Had my very first facial here today! I've come here for a massage in the past but it was years ago before they moved locations. Everything very clean and sanitized, definitely a comforting feeling knowing they care so much about Covid precautions. For booking either go online or call, super easy process and Donna was very helpful and was able to book my husband a Swedish full body massage the same time as my facial so we could go together. Highly recommend the custom facial ( pricey, but there is cheaper options ). My skin is literally glowing and feels so incredibly smooth. I truly don't know how this place stays in business. I've made appointments via their website multiple times. Every single time, they call to tell me they can't take the appointment anymore or that the time slot I chose, on their website is not available. If a business is going to randomly decide to close that day, they should not keep the time slots open on the website. I called to complain about this, the receptionist hung up on me. As Stephanie Tanner would say..."How rude!" I have had issues with them in the past not taking responsibility for their actions and blaming it on the customer. I drove to body works to get a gift card. I arrived at 2pm, website said they closed at 3pm. I walked in to a woman closing up. She told me they were closing. I mentioned the website said they don't close for an hour and asked if I could purchase a gift card quickly. I was denied. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Their loss! read more

Im always beyond pleased with all of my services which include facials, derma planning,waxing and brow shaping and tinting. This spa follows strict covid 19 regulations. Very clean and hygienic. The staff is frienedly and knowledgeable with the services and products they are trained in. The receptionist Donna is also friendly and professional. Overall the facility was great, but there was one instructor in particular who was extremely rude. I purchased the unlimited package a few months back and decided to stay for a second class, taught by another instructor, one evening. I remained in the studio with my mat out, when Dana (the instructor of the first class) came back down to tell me the second class had been cancelled. I thought nothing of it and packed my belongings and went on my way. The next day, another person attending the class asked how the second class was, to which I responded it was cancelled. She proceeded to tell me that they never cancel classes. I then spoke to management who confirmed the class had not been cancelled and that Dana was out of line by advising me as such. They assured me that it would never happen again. Even with that assurance I felt uneasy taking any of Dana's classes, which made scheduling somewhat difficult seeing as they don't offer way too many classes to begin with. Two weeks later the same incident occurred. I decided to take her class, which went fine. I decided to stay for the second class with the other instructor. Dana told me that "I'm the only student signed up so the class might be cancelled." To which I said that was totally fine and I would not make the instructor stay if no one else signed up. The other instructor was extremely kind and really trying to get me to stay regardless of any other students joining. Dana stood outside the doors and continuously made motions to say "what the heck why are you staying. You should leave. This isn't right" it was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I truly could not believe that someone had the audacity to act in such a way. I ended up staying and had an amazing class. Marci was extremely kind and very helpful in ensuring I was performing all the movements & poses correctly. I just truly had a very unpleasant experience due to her and would likely not return. Other than Dana, the facility was great! The place was very clean and always smelled amazing! All other instructors and staff were very kind. The instructors did a great job at helping you push through the workouts and maintaining proper postures, which was extremely helpful. read more

Way overpriced and extremely tiny spa. Don't expect a relaxing day at the spa. You go directly in for your service, no frills. Facial left me with very dry skin after I told the aesthetician I had dry skin. She offered me the most expensive facial which I was not impressed with at all. Very disappointed. read more
