When they finished the job, I could see only very tiny moss on my roof, but it was very very small. That's what sold me on them. You get immediate results after the cleaning rather than having to wait on the moss inhibitor powder from kicking months down the road. Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics. I would use them again but definitely recommend double checking their work to make sure nothing was missed.

Imagine my surprise as I see one of the cleaners nearly nose-to-glass with my window grinning like an idiot as my cat - who had been fairly curiously watching - flees in a panic from the sudden loud noise. I don't think they saw me from behind my monitors and with the glare on the window, but they certainly saw the sun-lit cat in the window watching them before they decided to scare the poor thing. The company also rescheduled my in-person estimate twice (the day prior to the appointment). Fearing the damage the gushing water might cause, we needed to get our gutters cleaned fast. Our neighbor had recently used Bubbles Gutter Cleaning, and said they did a great job ... so we immediately called them. Antonio promptly gave us a competitive bid and he scheduled the work this week, as we requested (before the rains return this weekend). He and his helper showed up early(!), did a terrific job, finished promptly, and cleaned up nicely. Per our request, Antonio also installed six downspout strainers to fend off those pesky leaves. He texted us nine helpful pics of the cleaned gutters, and he also reported (and texted a pic of) a vent pipe cover that has failed. Antonio agreed to come back when things are dry to do some minor gutter repair work if needed. Communications were consistently timely and effective via text messages.
