The owner, Holland, was very quick to provide a quote, and communicated extremely well throughout the process. One of his crew, Bo, did the work. He was a really nice young guy, who explained what he was going to do, and did an excellent job, despite having some problems with his pressure washer. We had all of the concrete around our house and on the driveway cleaned, and it looks infinitely better than it did before. Removal of all of the algae makes it much less slippery when wet. If you're reading this review, you probably have a mossy roof, that sounds pejorative :-). All kidding aside, we hired PDX Clean King to remove the moss on our house and garage, as well as, clean the gutters and lay down a treatment. I contacted them for an estimate and they got back to me pretty quickly considering this is a busy time for them. They gave us an estimate and we scheduled a time. Worker arrived on time and worked very hard scraping the roof and garage, which is north facing and was covered in moss. The job was complete and the clean up was great. Another five star from me, 10 if they had it. This time we had PDX Clean King powerwash our house. So easy...he came by to give us an estimate. I have to admit, he was the most reasonably priced! Holland did a bang up job. The house was sparkling, I could almost hear the sparkles when I came home. The steps had this gross mossy, dark stain that was gone. He made the house look beautiful on the outside again. I would trust him for moss removal, pressure washing, window cleaning and gutters. The payment was easy too! We used this service 5 years ago, and sadly did not keep up with the moss on our roof. Now, it has become a much harder job than it had to be. It was super easy to make an appointment and the communication was good. Bo (Beau?) arrived on time and got right to work. It took him all day, but hopefully next year it won't be such a tough job. Damn fine work. This is the second time we have used PDX Clean King and I cannot imagine using another service. We have a two story house and a garage with a room above it - the roof is quite steep. They did a beautiful job on my very mossy roof and filled gutters. ! I had delayed for way too long so I was thrilled with the work they did. However, they did it on a very rainy day and filled my compost bin with wet moss to where I couldn't even move it. I called and they came out and took some out of the bin which I appreciated. But now as I garden I am finding piles of moss all around my yard. Behind bushes, in the corners....it's everywhere. So I am moving moss as it dries and gets lighter. I guess next time I will be better about asking what happens to the moss. read more

Wow. Poor guy came out in the freezing Troutdale wind, got his ladder and hose out climbed up to my high roof and got to work.
