I originally went to All Eyes Optometry because of it's great yelp reviews, but a yelp review really cannot do justice for how amazing Dr. Anita has been to me and my eyes. I came in with a really bad scratch and infection in my left eye and Dr. Anita took great care and measure to make sure I left her care 100% healed. Her bedside manners were amazing, and her professionalism and expertise incredible. Clearly by my zealous review I'm very grateful I found an great Optometrist. I've been meaning to write this review and finally have a second. Anita and Fred have helped me on 3 separate occasions. They were so responsive when things were not quite right. That's what makes them stand out. I had to tweak my glasses from progressive to bifocals. It took a minute to figure this out, because I had other progressive lenses from them that were great. We problem solved together. It might have been a stressful situation at another shop - but they stayed in good humor and we made the right decisions. I've been seeing Dr. Anita since I returned to Los Angeles 4 years ago. She has always been wonderfully attentive and so accommodating. I really appreciate how she takes extra time to provide me with the solution that works best for my eye health and lifestyle. She even checks your blood pressure :) The hours are convenient, and I love that it's always been fairly easy to obtain a Saturday appointment. Fred has always provided wonderful customer service and assistance with frame selections, appointments etc. My husband is super picky when it comes to frame fit and glasses, but Fred and Dr. Anita were able to find something that he loves! So the entire family (all four of us) see Dr. Anita and Fred every year for annual appointments. We're all very happy with the office! read more

I only have GREAT things to say about All eyes optometry! The doctor and the staff have always provided excellent, above and beyond, customer service for my family and I. We have been coming for 2.5 years and we were lucky to find them so close to our home. Dr. Anita has so much patience for each client and she always provides a thorough exam. She'll ask about any health changes, medications taken, etc because all of that may have an impact on vision. She always takes her time to help me get the best prescription for my glasses ( which does change almost every year) and it does impact my reading/computer use for work/school. I even found the best contacts to use ( she will give plenty of different samples for you to try) for my astigmatism, as the ones I used before felt like they were drying out my eyes quickly (and that was painful). I received good advice on the types of eye drops I should use for dry eyes and allergies. I've never been to a doctor that has ever asked me those questions. This may or may not matter to some, while my first language is English, there are clients that speak English as a second language. They have always been courteous and professional to them ( my parents included). Definitely glad I found her on yelp!!! Ps I got really stylish and light weight frames here. This is my 2nd year with All Eyes Optometry. In my opinion the eye exam I received was way more detailed than the one I had with my own health care provider and this made me feel comfortable. I have purchased glasses by bringing in a prescription and the price was reasonable. Now that I have additional insurance the prices and the services are even more reasonable. You will always receive the best quality of care when you're there and if for some reason you cannot afford their prices they will work with you. Dr Anita and Fred are the best! read more

I had such a great experience here! Dr. Anita is the so great and Fred at the front desk was also super nice and helpful. I've been dealing with a problematic contact lens prescription from my previous doc which never got resolved, so I needed to find a new place. I was able to get an appointment super fast and when I arrived I was taken in at my appointment time! No long wait. Parking was super easy and lots of spots available. All my questions were answered and I was treated with respect and individuality and not just like a number. I feel like a weight has been lifted and most importantly, I can see again!!! I only gave 4 stars as it's still a work in progress with my trial pair of lenses, but I have a really good feeling about this place and how caring they are! Anita and Fred made the process enjoyable and easy for me and my gf. Both my parents are teachers, so as far as Insurance goes, I'm double-covered. This is super fortunate for me, but isn't so common--Anita and Fred helped communicate with my Insurance company to understand the best way to use my coverage--which was awesome. I came in for an eye exam (of course). The doctor did an excellent job dialing in my new prescription. I can see again. When I was having trouble seeing after my eyes were dilated they were nice enough to text my friend for me and let me hang out for a little while. I was very happy with the selection of frames they had and they helped me find the perfect pair. I was very impressed with how quickly I received my new glasses. I am just so grateful for this place! When I first moved to the neighborhood and did a Google search, I saw that this store was a 3 minute walk from my house. It's always nice to be able to stretch your legs while running an errand. Little did I know that Anita and Fred would be the NICEST people I'd ever met! I'm super indecisive when it comes to choosing glasses. I rarely get new ones, so it's a big style change whenever it happens!! I spent literally hours in there while Fred patiently let me try on every pair of glasses 10+ times, showing me new ones in case I was interested but never pushing me to get something I didn't like. After a couple hours, I said look, I can't really make a final decision without my partner's opinion, and so he SENT ME HOME with the two I was deciding between and let me come back the next morning with them! I mean, this is a real neighborhood business here -- you don't find places like this very often, and when you do, you definitely want to support them. And let's not forget Anita -- I am a total eye-phobe, and freak out during eye exams. She's so nice and helps calm me down in the exam room in the back. Usually eye doctors say come on this isn't a big deal, but when my heart is pumping because I'm getting puffs in my eye, I definitely appreciate Anita's kindness and calm. They're both such a sweet pair, running an honest, local business. They know what they're doing, and they're always willing to adjust my glasses when I'm in need. I can never come to this place without stopping to chat with them about life, and they always remember me and treat me like an old friend. This office is so amazing! I've been coming here for two years now, and I've always loved the service they provide. The exam is THOROUGH, and you KNOW she's paying attention to you. I came to this checkup a little bit late after my last one, and Dr. Anita STILL remembered minor details from my last exam and how it took a couple tries to get the right lenses. You can tell they just want what's best for you, and she and Fred are just wonderful. What a nice couple! Our flight got canceled out of DIA and we got put on a flight 3 hours hence! Pack! Jam! Scram! Forget your new sclera contact lens remover. The fine people at All Eyes only had one in stock, but gave it to me gratis! She said that even though it was their only one, I needed it more than they did. Dr. Anita is extremely thorough with the whole examination process. She's given me tests that I've never received at any other optometrist! I was really impressed with the various kinds of tests and makes me question my previous optometrists. She and the front desk associate, Fred, are always so friendly and accommodating. When I couldn't make a decision on frames, they offered to take it off the shelves and hold it in the back so no one else can buy it until I make a decision. Wow! That's going above and beyond in displaying excellent customer service skills. Fred is quite the comedian and always cracking jokes, which makes you feel right at ease. They are very personable, unlike your typical doctors offices that are sterile and stoic. Dr. Anita remembered minor details from my previous annual exam that really blew me away. Was able to get in, in a pinch. They were very helpful and did a great job. Last year during Covid I was desperate to get in, I was sent to them from medical, however when I called them they said they were not taking medi-cal due to Covid. I was desperate and needed an exam so I pull my funds to make that happen. And quite frankly I didn't have a problem doing that. However fast forward to this year when I called Medi-Cal to situate a new I exam I am told that I can't get a new I exam this year because All Eyes Optometry billed medi-cal after I left. So they got paid from me and them. When I called to try to see why that happened I was told that only part of the exam was billed or something of that nature. But that would mean that my contact and eyeglass exam would be over $300 which isn't even close to normal even for a super high-end optometrist or ophthalmologist. Either way I'm just leaving a review for people who have Medi-Cal to make sure that you don't double pay. Because now I'm sitting here and I have to wait another year before I can even use my benefits. read more
