Never again. This place is shady. They will act like they accept your insurance and then charge you cash when you leave. They will later say that your insurance picked their name out of a hat to list on the in-network list, even though the insurance company has an exact date of their contract ending and the visit date was before that. The owner is too spineless to handle the complaint himself, even after trying to reach him directly. They were also told over the phone what the insurance was so they knew what it was. It was also submitted on the website when the appointment was made. Bait and switch. Then in person they say they only accept 2 insurances. Ok, so you just admitted that you knew in advance that you did not accept mine when you were told about it weeks before the visit but did not tell me. Their is clearly no real training from the management. My insurance confirmed that they were in network and trust that no insurance company is going to offer to pay for something unless they are required to do so. They refuse to bill my insurance or to offer a refund, even though my insurance says they will pay the bill if they will just bill them. I did not read your silly letter, Erin, because your list of excuses is just nonsense. I contacted the owner anyway, not you. read more

Disappointing. Felt very rushed to "correct my vision" during exam. Very poor advice regarding glasses and lens type from tech - wondering if it was an up sale that leaves me with glasses I absolutely can't use - waste of huge money. Won't return. read more

I was due for an appointment and I needed a contact lens desperately during this Covid 19 time. All Eyes customer service was exceptional They had 2 of my lenses in stock, I called from the parking lot and they personally bright them to my car. I am so grateful to them read more

Started out great. I was happy with the service and the glasses. I was so happy I decided I wanted another identical pair about 14 months later. When I tried to order them they said I needed another prescription. I said I was happy with my current prescription and they claimed it was a LAW to get a new prescription every 12 months. I asked, if it was a law, why could I go to RX Optical and only need a new prescription every 24 months. They wouldn't answer. They lied to me to get me to pay for another prescription. If they lied about that, what else would they lie about? read more

The staff is rude and disrespectful. I tried to contact the doctor (optometrist) about this via email but was completely ignored. Another place said they would have given the same exact lenses for $160 less. Go elsewhere. read more

My son experienced trauma to his eye, and Dr. Campbell's medical expertise and concern for his healthy recovery were comforting and greatly appreciated during this very trying time.
