I used to love this doctors office. The doctors are still great but the front staff has changed up so much and the new staff seems to be all friends and don't want to actually work. The drs are amazing here but the staff is horrible. I've now 3 times scheduled appointments this year that I've verified while scheduling that my insurance is good that the dr is who it's supposed to be on my insurance and then gotten there and it's a big problem and they won't see me... one of the times my son also had an appt and threw his entire appt I tried to see about rescheduling mine or if it had been cancelled and they ignored me. Worst clinic I've ever been to. It's extremely hot and run down. The receptionist/supervisor Liz is extremely rude! She told me it's my fault they don't have my labs because I didn't go to lab core. I called the lab I went to and they faxed my results 3X. They kept saying they didn't get them, so the lab called them and told them to look in the tray. And there they were. Dr. Harsimran Singh is a great physician, I can't begin to say how grateful I am that he's my doctor. Originally found because of his office's proximity to my house, Dr. Singh and his staff are always professional, courteous and helpful. One recent situation I had, they were just closing up and I was in a lot of pain. They were willing to take me in anyway so that I didn't have to deal with pain over the weekend. I now understand why this place has so many negative reviews. I have had an ear ache for two days to the point that I haven't been able to eat. I made an appointment to see Dr.Tellman at 11:45 today. I arrived on time for my appointment. At 11:55 I was told I would have to reschedule because the Drs afternoon was blocked off and she needed to leave. I'm standing there in tears telling the nurse that I have an ear ache. I drove over all the way over here on my lunch break to see the Dr. The nurse just said we can schedule u tomorrow. The reality is I have already been waiting and I was in pain. The office staff did not care. If I'm required to cancel 24 hours in advance or face a fee, what's their consequence for canceling my appointment while I am there 10 minutes after the appointment was. I am so disappointed. No one apologized or acknowledged the fact that they wasted my time and money. Had the Dr actually come out to talk to me maybe I could understand. Slowly Going To Hell This place used to be fantastic. Quick wait times, patient and informed staff, doctors who took the time to listen, etc. If you are luck enough to get Dr. Singh and Katrina, you're in capable hands. If not, you gonna die bro! Now, it's a clusterfuck of epic proportions. I can't tell you how many times I've shown up for a scheduled appointment and been told that they "don't have me on the schedule" DESPITE HAVING AN APPOINTMENT CARD WRITTEN BY THE STAFF, DESPITE HAVING MULTIPLE VOICEMAILS LEFT BY THEIR AUTOMATED SYSTEM, AND DESPITE HAVING REMINDER EMAILS SENT. I can't tell you the number of times I've show up for my appointment only to be told that the DR had "a hospital emergency" and won't be there all day. No phone call to let me know. Just a huge waste of gas. I can't tell you how many times I've been told that I would be called with an appointment to see this specialist or that specialist, only to never hear from anyone on the subject again. They sent me for a sleep study. The sleep study came back saying I needed a CPAP machine. The sleep study office said my Dr would take care of that. My doctor insisted that the sleep study office would take care of that. It's been 2 years and I still don't have a CPAP machine. Dr. Singh listens. He reads your chart. He's up to date on your bloodwork. He's a great Dr. The rest, not so much. No matter how many times you explain that you've been a patient for years, no matter how many times you tell them you've already had multiple second opinions and surgical consultations, they insist on wasting huge amounts of time by not reading the chart. If you are unlucky enough to be seen by ANY doctor other than SINGH it's like being treated for the first time all over again. I took my daughter in today for a physical and well-child check. They couldn't find my daughter, who has been a patient for years, in their system. Turns out that they lost their ability to treat patients under 18 and the insurance had reassigned my daughter to a new doctor, a month ago! They didn't know this when I scheduled the appointment! They didn't know this all week while I waited for the appointment! They didn't know this when I was in the office! The office staff is weak. The scheduling is weak. The support staff is weak. Hello, On 3/27/18 my husband had to be seen by All family care to be referred for surgery. We show up to the dr office and they claim we owe $890 of unpaid claims because we failed to answer a questionnaire sent by anthem blue cross and they reversed the claim payments from 2017. They advised we had to pay $100 out of pocket if we want to see the dr. We paid because it was extremely urgent. I didn't think to ask for a list or bill of claims at the time because I was so worried about my husbands health and they said I would be reimbursed as soon as insurance pays claims. They claim my husband has multiple unpaid claims from October and December of 2017. My insurance co. Is Anthem blue cross and I called multiple reps there the same day and day after. Anthem Blue cross states there are no record of any claims submitted by All Family Care, P.C. on the dates given to us or at all. I did the research myself online and found none. I called All family care and spoke to the manager named Jody. She said she would have claims emailed to me by end of day. I attempted to conference in all family with blue cross but all family never answered their phones. I got no response from mgr. I went to the office in person on 3/29/19 and talked to the manager again and now she states that she cannot give me any records of the claims or bills. She gave me a black and white card that literally said "call my biller" she said the billing Dept is out of office and her name is Tabitha. I called tabitha and I received an auto msg stating "the magic jack customer is unavailable." I called and left a msg with no response. My husband and I have 3 kids and he has been out of work with serious medical issues and we need every last dollar we have. I would like the reimbursement of $100. I also want to know what's going on with these missing claims. I have never received any notification about these claims in The last two years whatsoever! read more

My mom has Alzhiemers. It appeared she had a bladder infection but she can no longer tell me. I talked to Liz and she was able to squeeze me in right away. Dr. Singh is so patient with us and gave her medicine and called it in right away. Another time I had to take my mom back to get her TB shot examined for Respite stay and she had dozed off on the way and I could not get her out of car to get review. Terrible. Good luck getting in touch with someone via phone. An automated message will tell you to call back during business hours even when you're already calling during business hours. On the off chance that you do get through you will hold for 20 minutes get to a human and then hold for 20 more. The answering service is rude and will only pass on a message and your call will not be returned. God forbid you should need something as important as oh, I don't know, medicine that is the difference between life and death! These medical practitioners will not refill your prescriptions under any circumstances (I.e. you're on your death bed) unless you go into the office for your quarterly labs. No exceptions during a pandemic even if the patient feels unsafe due to preexisting conditions and advanced age. You will hear "you should have taken care of that," well THEY SHOULD CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS, answer the phone in a timely manner, return phone calls oh, and perhaps a bit of compassion. These people do not care about the health or wellbeing of their patients. They're not patients to them, they're customers. read more

My doctor was nice, examined me for the problems I cane in for wrote out a prescription and I was on my way. Dr.sing is a really good docthor hands down he listen to what you say he pays close attention to his patients. He always calm and never rushes you during an appointment. Your medical concerns is his first priority. He makes sure to help you in the best way he can or send you to the specialist that you need to address your medical problem. I no longer use all Family Care. There are few issues that I have with this location. One of which are at the time I was a patient all the front desk girls We're Young unprofessional and at times crude. That wasn't half bad except that I opted to use their in-house chiropractor. The chiropractor offered me a particular payment plan at which time he forgot yelled at me and then got mad at me for advising him of the deal. He also would higher an additional masseuse who he would verbally abuse in front of patients. That was uncomfortable and a little disturbing and thus will never use this facility again and what advise others to do the same. read more

Dr Singh became our family PCP back in 2007. My husband and I moved our family back home to Kansas City, MO. in December 2014 but our daughter and son who are now in their early 20's have since moved back to AZ for work and continue to rely on Dr. H. Singh for their care. This is no small statement as my one and only has inherited my horrible I'll esses of Systemic Lupus and Rheumatoid arthritis. My sweet girls medical can be very complex and confounding for many PCPs and when she flares/becomes very ill it is very stressful and frustrating as many doctors know less of our disease than we do. Because of this having a doc that will LISTEN and respect you for living with this horrible illness is a huge blessing. From her broken arm at 7yrs old to her tonsilestomy at 9 yrs to her complex care now, Dr. Singh is the ONLY MD in all of Phoenix I trust with my precious girl and I am hard to please. My second and LAST appointment here! This place is a joke. I had an appointment reminder stating my appointment was at their Goodyear location. Called the day of appointment to see if I could be moved up. I was informed that my appointment was at their Phoenix location and not their Goodyear office. Showed up to my appointment and waited over an hour to be seen by doctor. While I was waiting in the room, back office staff were VERY unprofessional. They were talking about pictures of them going out in Old Town Scottsdale and talking about other patients that were waiting in the waiting room. The MA came to the room and said "here is your referral that you needed" and left the room with the door open. I assumed that was the end of my appointment, since no one else came to let me know I could leave. As I walked out the room, three of the MAs were in back office checking each other's blood pressure and joking around. Not to mention, waiting room were full of patients that needed to be seen. Got into my car and checked my referral. It was electrically signed by an NP that doesn't even work at their office anymore. Not good practice to be using someone's signature, if they don't even work at the clinic. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR OFFICE TO ANYONE!!! WISH I HAD THE OPTION TO GIVE IT ZERO STARS. read more

Really annoyed. My health insurance was about to stop covering me, so I made an appointment here a couple of days before. My work is very strict about me leaving early, but I got them to work with me a little bit. I made an appointment for 4:00, left work 45 minutes earlier, there were 2 big accidents on the way, which delayed me by 20 minutes. I made it to the doctors office at 4:01, and the nurse/front desk person refused to see me, even with me describing my situation and literally being 1 minute late. It is 1 minute. After my visit today with one of the doctors at all family care I was informed that I could choose to either have my pain pills refilled or I could have my blood pressure and thyroid medication refilled; however,I was informed that they refuse to write a prescription for all my medication because that was the way that the owner and head doctor wanted it. The ladies that I spoke with said that it had been that way for over one year how ever, I have been able to have all my prescriptions refilled at one time. When I informed them that I would really like all my prescriptions refilled at this time because of my very high deductible they told me that they were sorry but rule or rule and this was the way it was going to be now. I am very upset because I feel like I can't afford to just go there to just get my refills I went for nothing more and they were not pleasant about my needing a refill done so now I will run out of my thyroid medication and my blood pressure medication because I needed my pain medication more I actually had one day more for pain medication then I did for my other stuff. I feel very upset because I have been at this clinic for seven years and they have been unpleasant however I worry that changing would mean starting over but I guess at this point it's worth it. read more

I really like Dr. Singh. He is very pleasant to visit with. However, the wait times to see him is over the top. Last week I had a 2:00 P.M. appointment and finally at 3:05 P.M. I was called back. I wasn't happy but I remained calm and civilized. I did make a comment about the wait time. The aid that called me back responded she didn't know why they had her call me back because they had no exam rooms available. I responded by saying I really couldn't wait any longer and wanted to leave and come back next week. I also said it might help them out. So here I am a week later. I had a 10:00 A.M. appointment and as I type it is 11:30 A.M. and i just got into an exam room. I again mentioned the wait time issue. She remembered me from last week. She told me that they get behind because they get allot of "walk ins". Why in the world do they allow walk ins when others have made appointments. When they try to set up my next appointment I'm going to tell them I'll just walk in when I have time. read more
