It was my first time coming here! The girl at the store was very friendly! There was so much to choose from cups, piggy banks, plates, etc! It was so relaxing. I painted a cupcake container and added a butterfly too it. You had a bunch of colors to choose from to make your creation your own! It's great for a group! LOVED IT! I took my mom and a friend for her birthday last night, which was a Friday night and we arrived about 6:30. There were about three other groups of people so the place was not crowded at all. We finished around 9 AM. There are great price ranges and so many different things to choose from. The front door says "You are now entering a stress free zone" and it was SO relaxing. As someone who works two jobs and goes to college full time, this was perfect. They allow you to bring your own wine and food in. Amy was the one who was working and we loved talking with her. She was sweet, funny, and very helpful. Her assistance really made the experiences so amazing. Our pieces will be ready to be picked up on Wednesday and we have already made plans to paint some more when we go pick up! Interesting visit. I was invited by a friend who was new to the company as well. Last Friday 7/29/16 at 1:00 pm I arrived first. Walked in with my 10 yr old daughter. Several ladies were chatting and ignored me. One finally said hello. I asked one of them who was at the register if she could give us some direction since we were new? She frowned and snapped that she was busy working on a party. I stepped aside and told my daughter that this may not work today. I then walked over and said I'm a teacher and I'm not accustomed to this type of atmosphere where children are the focus client. Lady at the register continued to frown. My friend arrived and the youngest female there helped us. At one point another customer came over and said that she noticed the treatment we received and offered to help by giving us the round spinning accessories that made painting easier. We spent $70 bucks! When the party arrived for the "frowning" lady the parents left and my daughter heard her snapping at the four children about running inside. I did hear that one of the little girls only spoke Russian. So watched in horror as the "frowning" lady told the kids after they were done to go outside and play. She said just stay out of the road and don't talk to strangers! This location is right on the street! Those kids could have easily stepped off the sidewalk and been hit by cars zooming by! Or grabbed by someone with the wrong intentions! No one was watching them. As I left I told the young boy to go inside and stay in. This could have gone wrong fast. When we returned Tuesday 8/2 at 3:30 the same nice young girl was there alone and was very helpful. She really tried Friday but her hands were full. read more

My boyfriend and I went on a little date here and we had a good time! Everyone there was helpful and it was the perfect activity for a cold, rainy Sunday. He had a blast making a glass sculpture. I painted a little dish. We're excited to continue exploring our creative side! read more

From the moment we walked in the door, I knew this would be a place I would visit again and again. The choices of pottery are endless. The relaxed atmosphere is divine. I love that you can bring in your own food and beverage of choice. Next time, I will be sure to utilize that option! My daughter and best friend took me to All Fired Up for my birthday. Once we had all chosen our pieces, we were confused as how to proceed. And, then stepped in Amy! What a complete and utter joy and delight she was! She ran through the steps of preparing our pottery, showed us the paints, brushes, and stencils. I would highly recommend All Fired Up for children and adults. I recently moved to Alpharetta from Decatur and was ecstatic to find that there is an All Fired Up here!!! They have a wonderfully large selection for pottery, and there are many different stencils and techniques to use to spruce up your piece. The staff is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and comforting. A tip though - if it's your first time just say so! The staff is very helpful and if you get stuck on a piece they can show you how to fix it or give you tips on what your next step would be. :) don't be shy!! Have a great time - I do every time I go. As long as there is All Fired Up I will be painting pottery. :) read more

I would like to be able to review the place but I didn't get that far with my experience. My friend and I decided to stop off and try them out. When we walked in, there were two female employees and what looked to be two moms with their kids. Nobody acknowledged us when we came in. One of the employees looked briefly at us before sitting down and painting. We looked at several pieces and nobody asked us if we needed help. It was very uncomfortable. Finally I told my friend we should just go. As we walked out, one employee gave a half-hearted "thanks" to us. Maybe because we were two guys? If we'd been soccer moms with twenty kids in tow would we have recieved more attention? No matter. First impression was a lasting one and I will not go back. read more

I have been to many pottery painting establishments over the last 15 years. All Fired Up has to be the least impressive store I have been too. The staff really had no interest in being there or doing their job. They basically ignored us as we went on about our pottery painting. They offer no assistance, no creative ideas, no help! They do not offer any food or beverage. I begged for some sort of beverage so that I could take a Tylenol and they gave me a hot Mountain Dew. The workers do not even help with paint selection. I had read the good reviews of the store, so I was excited to go. I was very disappointed in the service and the costly prices of the pottery. This is thee most expensive pottery painting store I have ever experienced. It seems as though, if they had a better staff the store would be able to offer you great options to paint your pottery. Its really too bad. Because I had brought friends, I was then embarrassed by the poor service and the mediocre experience. When I went to pick up our pottery pieces I found that they had been stuck on a shelf with every one else's pottery. You just have to do the best you can to find your pieces. There is no order or system to how they store the pottery for pick up. The clerk had us grab our pottery pieces and then she walked away. I had to ask her if she could please wrap them for us. When I looked at the piece I had made with a letter on it, The letter was off center and upside down! Fortunately, it fell off when I got home and I was able to glue it on correctly myself. read more

What one would expect for a pottery painting experience. I thought the prices were actually pretty reasonable, compared to other places I have visited. Smaller pieces were available for around $5 and up; so, one doesn't have to spend too much to have a fun afternoon. The selection was well stocked. The employees were there if we had any questions, and were not rushing any parties out the door. Walked in on a weekend afternoon, and the turn around time for four pieces was 4 days. read more

We had our daughter's 14th birthday at All Fired Up, and let me tell you, it was a great experience. The staff, especially Scott, went above and beyond to make our group of 10 energetic teenage girls feel welcome, he took extra care to show them some neat effects that could use in painting their pottery. In addition to painting their chosen pottery, the girls enjoyed expressing themselves by painting their table as well (which is totally cool with the staff). I didn't really do much research ahead of time so I wasn't really sure of what to expect. It's a "main st" location, which is great to support. There were lots of choices and price ranges of wat you could do: plates, mugs, glass art, bowls, figurines, etc. I wasn't given immediate direction on how the flow and process worked...but once I asked someone they were happy to point me in the right direction and explain it to me. I was by myself so I'm sure they thought I was a regular. There wasn't a time limit for me to paint my bowl, which was nice not to be rushed, but I can see how it could be negative if you had to wait to get in. Overall it was fun and relaxing...but I think if you went with a group it would be much more relaxed. Let's face it, most of us aren't going to be creating a masterpice so it would be much more fun if you had a friend there to "make fun of yourself" with. Looks like a great place for kids to learn to do something other than play on the internet or video games. read more

We took our 6 special needs students to All Fired Up for a community trip. Their staff was beyond helpful and accommodating to our class. Sarah helped our students pick out their pottery and pour their paint. We will definitely be back to All Fired Up! We had a wonderful experience. read more

I have been to this place 4 times and 2 out of the 4 times I have gone the business is not open. I looked on line before leaving this morning. We showed up with three kids at 10:30 going to the door in the rain. The store was closed. Other people were running to go in also. The hours on the door also say 10 AM. It was 10:30 AM. The other time I came in the morning the person opening the store was an hour and a half late. We had to go to lunch the. Come back and hope they were open. Obviously this does not sit well with three small children. Will never go back. It is funny though that the time on yelp says 11 AM. You would think that the store would correct the hours on their own web page and front door before going to yelp. read more

Really cute place, but I wish they had better customer service. I took my niece there (6yo). Arrived and told the woman working the counter we were interested in a block of clay so she could make her own creations. She told us to just grab a seat and she'd be over to explain everything in a moment. We ended up waiting for over 20 minutes. I had to go back to the counter and remind her we were there. She came over and rushed through where our supplies were and left us alone the rest of the time. No real problem since we were doing our own thing. When checking out, I was told they would be ready in about 2 weeks, maybe earlir, but they'd call when I could come pick up. 2.5 weeks later, I called to check the status and was told everything was ready and I could pick up whenever I wanted. I asked about the 2 weeks and phone call I had been told about and was told they don't call and items usually only take 1 week. So overall a fun activity for sure, but the workers should be a bit more considerate. read more
