I was worried I wouldn't know how to use the equipment and I would just look silly! That wasn't the case (well maybe I still looked silly but no one cared!). The gym is very clean, up to date, the equipment is friendly to use, towels are provided (cold ones too, which are amazing after breaking a sweat!!). I used my free consultation with Justin and he was wonderful! He pushed me even when I wanted to tap out! I know it was totally worth it and having someone to push you when you want to quit definitely helps! I look forward to going again tomorrow!! Solid big box gym with a fair amount of equipment to choose from. They are missing some of my favorites, but no gym can be everything to everyone right? I haven't yet found a time that they aren't busy. I have tried morning and evenings, as well as the middle of the day, with no success. I like that they have a basketball court and I can shoot hoops for a cool down after my workouts. They have a lot of amenities that I haven't yet tried, but want to, including massage chairs (aqua-massage?). Staff is always really nice.

Wife asked for memberships to be cancelled and was told to go home and do it online. She goes home to cancel and there is a $25 cancellation fee, for each membership. Be honest and upfront with customers and this wouldn't have happened.

He had been going to Vasa or golds and staying in somewhat respectable shape, but he knew high intensity fitness was what the research has been showing to be the most successful. So Moe joined RCF. He was apprehensive at first about not being able to do a lot of the lifts and not being able to keep up with the really fit guys. But they all welcomed him with open arms and were never shy about sharing workout tips and offering help. Every coach has been fantastic to work with. Even Van who yells at me during the workout, I know he's just trying to help. Moe has been doing CrossFit now for about 5 months and his body has changed for the better as has his mind. Joseph was great working with us and keeping the vibe positive. Everyone had a blast & when it came time for the fire show, the rain had cleared up so we went outside. Everyone was "wowed"!!!
