The designer we worked with was knowledgeable and friendly, however, we received a bathroom cabinet that was poorly constructed and all the drawers faces and rails were out of alignment. When I called the office, they said it was poor installation by my contractor. I paid $7000 for particle board cabinets, which made realigning the drawers very difficult. The only solution that was offered by Belmont was to pull the cabinet out and wait for a replacement (6 weeks delay). No one from All Floors and More or Belmont, was willing to assist us by coming to see the cabinet, make the necessary repairs, or stand by us, their customer. They assumed the customer was wrong. Next, it took 5 months for the hardware to arrive, which was way too late. When I was notified it had finally arrived, I asked to return it, and they told me I had to return hardware with 60 days of the order ( which was 3 months before the hardware arrived). These people just want your money and do not stand behind their products if there is a problem. read more

Everything started out great, but went downhill quick. I called about completely replacing the flooring in one room which had some water damage, and the estimator came out that same day, bringing samples. Later that day I picked up another sample at their store, and then followed up with a message to my estimator with my selection. The next day I returned all samples to the store, and a store employee told me to leave the estimator another voice mail since I hadn't heard a response. Three days later, I called the store and was told my estimator was not in, but to leave a voice mail. I explained that I had already done that, so she told me to leave another voicemail, and she would send a text my estimator. Later that day the estimator texted me to send a photo of my selection and promised to get me an estimate. I immediately sent photos of my selection. That was 7 days ago, and I haven't heard another word. BTW - I figured out that this wasn't going to end well, so I went to another store. They have already been out and measured, sent me a thorough, detailed estimate, and are sending me the contract today. I guess I owe AF&M a huge thanks for directing me to someone else! read more

I recently went to All Floors and More for my new cabinets and counter tops. Everyone at the shop is amazing. When I had some issues with some of my new doors, they came out and replaced them as soon as they could. I had Bryce out to take care of the knobs, handles and other problems stemming from the contractor (not All Floors), he did a great job fixing up all the problems I pointed out to him. The counter installers they used, Why Not Granite were also amazing and very professional. I will be going back to All Floors to finish off my back splash. I highly recommend using this local company. They will be coming back shortly to finish up and finish up the back splash. read more

The girls All Floors and More were great! They let me bring home big size samples twice, they showed me apps to download where I can take pictures of my room and see what the floors would look like, and they also had College H.U.N.k.S Junk removal call me and ask if I needed help removing everything from my house and to put in a storage box while I put down my floors. Exceptional service! Carolyn and her trusty band has done several projects in our home, and we have asked for her help at our little canal house too. From day one, she listened, had ideas and gave me great options making my projects more interesting. The encouragement and support she provided, along with the in depth project knowledge gives you such assurance that you have come to the right place. The fellows that lay carpet, Ernesto and A J, are so very pleasant, and fast!! They get the work done very quickly. Adam is the flooring guru, and is a master of older homes' "hiccups". He works little miracles. Sierra and Rachel in the office keep everyone on track, and the wheels spinning. Before my project begins, I am given the bid, sometimes there is a little wiggle, sometimes not, depending on additional ideas. I have always thought the price to be a great value. When my refrigerater hose line broke over Labor Day, about 4 months after my new floors had been installed- CAROLYN was my first call- then the insurance company. She was great. It has been my experience, that it is rare to find a company that delivers such customer service from beginning to end- and even after, but I truly found it with CAROLYN, and ALL FLOORS AND MORE. We cannot recommend this business. We recently used All Floors and More to supply and install custom cabinetry, tile for our three baths, carpeting and counter tops for our kitchen and baths in our new home build to the tune of over $50,000. Our tile proved to be a nightmare in our master shower. It did not turn out to be the the beautiful shower we were prmised. While we like the gentleman who did the work the work itself is less than acceptable especially for the price charged. It looks like it was done by an amature and my husband had to redo the drain. Our custom kitchen cabinets are far from custom and after only a few months the paint is cipping off. The touch up paint they provided does not begin to match the color of our cabinets. The drawers do not stay properly aligned. MF&M measured our kitchen for our cabinets and when they arrived they did not fit and replacements were required. We waited at least two weeks for replacement and still all the trim pieces did note arrive. Nor did the trim pieces for our bathroom cabinets. The flooring contractor was rude and condensening when he arrived to install our flooring. There are a couple of places where the boards were cut short and the floor trim does not cover the subfloor. The carpet and tile were not properly fited together between our master closet area and bath. It took numerous phone calls and emails and at least 1.5 months to get this corrected. The only acceptable work was our counter tops and the carpeting. Acolades go out to those who installed them. Other than those two trades we can only provide a two star rating. read more

I have a very limited list of people that I can comfortably say "I have a person for that". I do a lot of research and do not place trust easily. All Floors and More is definitely on that list. From the moment I entered the store there was a sense of ease and comfort. There was no pressure, the selection was amazing and Carolyn really went out of her way to help me with my design. Even when I though I found what I wanted, the tile Ended up being discontinued and not in stock. Carolyn was very upfront and made sure that we found another option even better than the one I selected. Just like that I took the samples home and I was thrilled with the result. She definitely made sure what I was getting was perfect. On short notice it was ordered and on a truck right away. The pricing was very competitive and I had no problems with the transaction. Communication was prompt and they addressed every question I had with in-depth knowledge. If you are looking for any flooring or tile needs, I would definitely check them out. You will not be sorry you did! They have earned my business, trust and they have my highest recommendation. read more

"All Floors and More" has re-carpeted several of our rentals as well or personal home,we found "All Floors and more" to be the best value in town. We completed a whole home remodel with their "JK" cabinets, very pleased bamboo hardwood was installed throughout amazing results. We had this company (Carolyn) come out to take measurements on several areas in our Bremerton vacation home & cottage and expected them to send us a quote. After more than 2 weeks, 3 phone calls, & an email later, we finally received one. It was not a formal quote, just a number sent via email. I needed more info and asked her to break down the quote by area and she agreed. I never received the requested information, and have not heard from them since. We live in Las Vegas and have worked in the service industry for a several years and I'm shocked at the level of service that this company displayed. Even if you're crazy busy and people are knocking down your door, responding is the least you can do! Even if it's to tell us that you're not interested in our business so that we can explore other options. Terrible. This is my 3rd review EVER, on any site, but thought people should know. read more
