The woman I spoke to was friendly, informative, & got us scheduled right away. The technician called when he was on his way as promised. The job ended up being more than estimated bc he found a second septic tank that none of us knew about, so I was ok with the increase. After he completed the job, I got a phone call explaining everything that was done as well as the findings & later received a report. The customer service & attention to detail was excellent.
