They gave me a smidge of a resolution but even follow up-I was the one that requested a call back to make sure the issue was resolved. I've tried different things with minimal relief. She was able to relieve some of the pain I was having using the right amount pressure by incorporating different techniques like cupping and scraping that other therapists hadn't done before. The bed also was warm and comfortable. Other therapists I'd been to before had only minimally dealt with my foot in spite of telling them about it. Overall good experience. Space is small, there's no waiting room and you may hear people dropping weights now and then but the massage is worth it. Prices are reasonable, could be slightly lower.
