We were stranded with a tire issue one afternoon. I have AAA Premier with the RV upgrade. The vehicle that was stuck was a Ford F-150 with a small empty trailer behind it. With my AAA membership it specifically states that towing will be provided for the trailer. The girl I spoke to on the phone, without even attempting to get any additional facts regarding my membership, even though I explained that I had the premier plus RV, was short and said that the trailer could not be towed. I asked if there was anything else I could do and she said no. Utterly useless. You'd think she'd say that perhaps another company would do it if I called AAA back, but instead from the call, I was told I wasn't covered. She said our only option was the leave our trailer. Because of this one rude, incompetent girl's actions, we were left stranded and subsequently our afternoon turned into an absolute nightmare. AAA should not be affiliated with companies that are CLUELESS about the types of memberships. When I asked "what about the RV upgrade?" She should have looked into it further if she didn't know, which she CLEARLY did not. What if I had been alone??? I normally am!! read more

Horrible, horrible customer service. I ordered a tow truck to pull me off of a curb. The time went from 60minutes to 2 hours to 3.5 hours. And the woman who I spoke to had an attitude of "WELP!". Care about your customers or at least pretend to care. read more

We cannot make excuses for the people we hire, but this man is the worst!!! Each time he has been to my place of business he decides to unload vehciles where he thinks they should go, in spite of being told otherwise. He blocks the entrance to our place of business so no one else can enter, he is argumentative and disrespectful to anyone within ear shot. When his employer is contacted he is rude and disrespectful to them as well and refuses to speak with them. I am unsure what his problem is but if you are ever in contact with him, refuse the vehicle and run unless you love confrontations. I have no control over AAA companies or drivers but I have adviced all of my customers to utilizer other options if their vehicles are not drivalbe or take it to another shop I want nothing to do with this guy/company, life is too short. read more

Can not emphasize this enough: awful is an understatement. A family car broke down an hour away from home and we were connected to All Georgia through AAA. The joy of an old lady they use as a dispatcher hung up not only on AAA, but also us multiple times when trying to reach out in regards to the wait time. I am so unbelievably grateful for this company (specifically Tracy and Jerry) after they came to my rescue. After multiple failures on part of AAA to schedule a tow I was left stuck for over 5 hours. When I reached out to All Georgia Towing and explained what had happened to Tracy, she immediately made it her personal mission to get me help. It was now almost 10PM and she called one of their drivers Jerry, who agreed to work after he was supposed to be done for the day and came straight to pick me up. Their coordination and willingness to help got me home within roughly an hour after being told multiple times by AAA that I would be waiting until 2-3AM. Awful Awful Awful service I set up a tow with AAA because I was on the expressway, they could not give me a jump start so once they towed the van I called back to AAA to add to service request for the jump start AAA started it would be fine however once the tow truck guy arrived with my van he refuse to jump start the car this just ridiculous I had to call back to AAA only for them to send someone else for the service the AAA rep stated she will file an complaint about this company also she said this doesn't make any sense read more

This is long overdue. On May 31st of this year, I called AAA for roadside assistance as my daughter parked her car on a hill leading down a large ravine. As soon as she stopped the car and put it in 'Park', the car started sliding down the hill. She got out of the car and called me. Not fully understanding the situation, we called good old AAA and they dispatched one of your trucks. Upon further inspection, with the way the car was positioned, it did not take your driver long to realize that any singular attempt at pulling the car back on the road would be the equivalent to pulling the rug out from under someone's feet and the car would have surely gone down into the ravine. Your driver was professional and most of all concerned about our vehicle; it did not take long to realize we needed a second truck. The police officer on hand suggested the name of another company that he knew had a larger rig and so, in the name of getting the car off the ridge before it continued to slip into the ravine, I called the other company. Soon, we had two trucks of the same size and capabilities. Your driver, out of concern for us/your indirect customer, worked in tandem with your competitor and it was a thing of beauty. I can't begin to say enough good things about the service this towing company provided. It began when my car would not start and was dead as a door nail. I called AAA for service and they sent out All Ga Towing. The first tow truck was a flatbed and since my car is rear wheel drive he could not get it out of the parking space without dragging it. The driver called his dispatcher to have a different type tow truck come out and assist me. All during the experience AAA and All Ga Towing we're communicating with me and we're prompt. I would highly recommend them if you need a tow. Thanks for the help! read more

Terrible customer service, as many people here have already mentioned. The man that towed my vehicle this morning was so rude but most importantly a horribly erratic driver. One of the belts that secures the vehicle onto the tow truck snapped off, and he didn't even notice. We were driving behind him and honked the horn to get his attention, but he seemed to dismiss us until he got out of the car and saw what we were trying to point out. After that incident, he was driving more calmly but remained rude, dismissive, and totally ignored us when we got to the mechanic. Would not recommend this service, good luck to anyone that has to deal with them through AAA. If you have choice, stay away !! read more

I have been contemplating leaving this review or not, but it's still bothering me days later. So here we go! On July 9th at 5:00 I broke down on the exit road going from East 78 to 285. I call AAA and they sent a tow truck my way, saying they should be no later than 2 hours. 3 hours later at 8pm, I receive a notification that my tow truck has arrived. He calls me and tells me to share my location with him. I do so, but he said it didn't work. At which point I shared my location via google maps, apple maps, a screenshot of a map with my pinned location, as well as coordinates. I told him if nothing else works he can just us the coordinates. During this phone call, he and I can barely understand each other, partially due to a language barrier, however more so he seemed mostly distracted. I spoke clearly and slowly, and had to ask him to repeat himself as he trailed off talking to himself through half of the responses. After he kept asking for an address following all of that, I made sure to clearly explain to him multiple times that I was on the exit road between the two highways, there was no address, and to make sure he doesn't go to the neighborhood behind me, as there is no connection between the neighborhood and my location. He said he'll be there shortly. 15 minutes later he calls back and tells me I'm not here. Then he names the road he is on, sure enough it is in the neighborhood I told him not to go to. He asked me to provide him directions to get out of that neighborhood and to my location from there. I'm not familiar with any of the roads around that neighborhood and have no idea how to direct him out of there. I told him I'll draw a line on the map from the road he said he was on to my location, and share that screenshot with him. I also tell him to use the coordinates if nothing else I shared worked. His response was "It's just a bunch of numbers", I then explain how coordinates work, and as I'm doing so and creating his map with the line he just says Ok I'll be there in three minutes, then hangs up. I send over the map with the directional line on it. During all of this, my AAA app keeps updating constantly saying my tow truck has arrived. I call him back 10 minutes later, and after fighting to understand what he is saying, and if he is still coming. He just kept saying yes, yes, coming, traffic, yes, then hung up. 15 minutes goes by, I get updated that my tow request is complete. I call him and ask if he is still coming, he said yes. I tell him how it says my tow request is complete, and he just keeps saying yes, until I eventually get him to admit that he is not coming. He told me another truck is on the way. I told him he marked it as complete, and he assured me another truck is on the way. I asked him for his dispatches number, or if he had a direct line to AAA as the wait time was now 30 minutes just to get someone on the phone to reset the tow. He said it's all the same number, and someone is coming, don't worry. Then he hung up again. I had to wait 30 minutes to get a spokesperson from AAA back on the phone, and sure enough confirmed no one was coming. They started the tow over. At this point it's been 4 hours. The dispatch calls me directly this time after AAA starts the process over and asks if I'm sure where I'm at, as the previous tow truck driver marked that he drove up and down the requested location and I wasn't there. I said E 78 going onto 285. She asked if it was South or North 285 exit, I said North and she said the mixup earlier was that he had South 285. I explained everything that had occurred and how no one at any point requested or stated if it was North or South 285, and that I did everything in my power to work with the previous guy, but she persisted that he simply had the wrong address, that's all. The next tow truck went as it was supposed to, 5 and a half hours later, no confusion, no problems. It was actually a breath of relief to have someone on the other line that wasn't incompetent finally. Once I got home after all of that, I called dispatch to suggest either not working with that 1st tow service any more if he was an independent (for the sake of future customers) or training him further if he was an employee. The woman that answered was the one that first called me from dispatch, and she said she knows about my situation already, and it was a simple address mix up. He had exit 285 South instead of North. For some reason she refused to take in all of the information I explained to her (the same that fills this review out) and stick with a simple address mix up. This was by far the longest and worse towing experience of my entire life due to an incompetent driver who was absolutely unable to navigate, communicate, or properly utilize the software that directs his job. 1 Star because I have to, and because the next tow guy was easy and knew how to do his job. read more

Broke down last night and called AAA . Josh from All Georgia called and said he was en route. When he got there he loaded my van quickly and carefully. The driver arrived in no more that twenty minutes after I called AAA. I was impressed with both the expertise and professionalism that he provided and the personal care and sense of genuine empathy that he expressed. This wasn't a guy who was just doing his job-- he responded to my remorseful regret with his own singularly personal bright reassurance. This, I might add, was after 10:00 pm-- and who knows how his day had played out-- or how he was managing to cope at this difficult time for our world as we face the uncertainty posed by COVID-19. I wish that I knew his name-- I'd write him a note. And one more comment to concluded this rambling five star review. He sized up (diagnosed) the damage to my car with an absolute accuracy that the collision center itself failed to recognize upon first inspection. Well, how about that? read more

Kenn Jones showed up to tow my vehicle and immediately made me feel at ease! In a very stressful situation, he was kind, informative, and helpful! My situation led to my crying in his truck and he was ready with ice cold water, AC, and tissues! I would NEVER use this company again. My car was towed from my home to Marietta Toyota Collision, who called me and emailed the review below. Now my car is damaged due to negligence from All Ga Towing! The tow truck driver came in and asked where he could park the vehicle because the right front window was broken and the battery was dead. It was already raining when the tow driver pulled on to the lot. He did not have any covering or plastic wrap on the vehicle for transport. I advised him to put it under the parking deck. He said he ok and then, he said he was unloading it on the deck. I said, "no do not leave it on the deck. You need to put it under the parking deck". He went out the office door. He came back in the office and asked what should he do with the vehicle because it was raining very hard. I advised him again, he would need to put it under the parking deck and I asked him why did he not understand? He just looked at me. So just in case, I explained how to get to the entrance of the parking deck. He went back outside and proceeded unloading the vehicle on the deck! It was raining even harder. He had to jump the vehicle off once he unloaded it on the parking deck. He then drove in front of the office with the hood up and the jump box still connected and honked continuously until I went outside in the rain. He sat in the vehicle with the driver's window down and asked me where he should park the vehicle. I have no idea why he could not understand it needed to go under the parking deck. He wanted to put it in a bay because it was closer but all the bays were full. I told him he had better put the car under the deck now and roll the driver window up. He drove the vehicle around the building with the driver window down and the jump box under the hood, while the hood was up. I don't know how he could see. The driver came back in the office with the key and said it would have been better if he could have parked in the garage or if we had plastic to put on the car. I said if you have taken it under the deck like I said the first 3 times you asked, there would not have been such a big problem with the rain. He said he wanted to park it closer. I guess he meant closer to his truck. He also said he wished we had some plastic to put over it. I explained that he should have covered it before he started driving in the rain. He said it was not raining when he first picked it up and he was hoping to make it here before it rained. I called the body shop manager and asked him to check the vehicle for rain. He spent an hour getting water out of the vehicle. Mrs. Hernandez, I have no idea why the tow truck driver acted the way he did. There are 4 witnesses that were standing in a bay of the body shop. The witnesses were there to avoid the rain but the tow truck driver got their attention with his strange actions and all his honking. We are all baffled by the way he acted. read more

First, let me say I'm going to state the facts to help others make an educated decision on who you call for a tow. All Georgia Towing doesn't even deserve 1 star, more like a -10 stars. My car broke down and since I've had AAA for 15 years and never needed to use their services I decided I would give them a try and get my car towed. After all, I've been paying AAA membership fees over the years and figured I should use their services. Big mistake. Well, the bumper got damaged when the car was being unloaded from the rollback. Keep in mind we've had this car 18 yrs. since it was new and it's never been in accident or had a single mark on it until All Georgia Towing got their hands on it. If you read thru the reviews you'll noticed a distinct pattern. If everything goes well, it's all hunky dory and you got lucky. But as soon as things go bad, tough luck, customer's fault, no reasonable discussion. If you read thru the negative reviews you will see a pattern to their responses. It's always we are sorry, we have cameras, we reviewed this with our driver, blah blah blah. Not one time have they responded back with "We are sorry, we've made a mistake, it was our fault, we will get it taken care of". It's always on the defensive with some lame excuse on why it's the customer's fault and not theirs. Why is it always 100% the customer's fault and you don't take any responsibility for your actions? I haven't seen one response where they have taken responsibility. So please read the negative reviews because if you have any issues you will be given excuse after excuse on why they aren't at fault or partially at fault. There is no attempt to be objective or reasonable and look at the facts. Just their side of the story. If you look at the towing business, repeat customers aren't part of the business model. They really don't care if you are happy or not or ever use their services again. Because of this incident I'm canceling my AAA membership. So, All Georgia Towing you can tell AAA you lost them another long-standing customer. read more
