Victor came out and conducted a garage attic inspection using a tall ladder ceiling hatch. He didn't enter the lighted attic but just did a visual inspection using a flashlight. After his inspection, Victor claimed one side of my roof needed an asphalt roofing patch. What he didn't tell me was that, five to six feet from his attic ladder inspection, was an extremely obvious water pipe leak that had created black fungus on nearby wood. So obvious you could easily view without a flashlight. So what we have here is deceiving a possible customer by telling him he has a roofing leak when, in reality, a plumber was needed to correct the interior water pipe leak. Thus, my one-star rating, which actually should be lower.

None of them impressed me until Greg from Windows on Washington came over. He walked me through several options and explained how the windows they used were manufactured and why. Windows on Washington got the job. My windows and my doors were being manufactured. So they sent out a wonderful gentleman to get the final accurate measurements. Great guy. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are. We are very happy with our windows. Almost as happy as we are with the people who got them into our home.

The warranty repairman stripped all of the hardware to the door (shown in photos) and even tried to fill in some screw holes with caulk rather than install screws.. I want to reiterate, I paid 9,500 for this door to have a botched install. It's cost me another couple thousand missing work. Would never recommend. For one of the gutter installations, since we have many pine trees near, the pine needles got into the gutter after over 15 years and were clogged. I contacted them again, Carlos came over, not only he fixed the clogged gutter, he also fixed 2 valley gutter points that we had had water issues. We are really impressed with the quality of the service, especially the after sale part. It is so rare to have such long term quality service nowadays. Very thankful.

Communication throughout the process was slow, and I had to repeatedly call and request escalation before receiving consistent updates. Ironically, communication became much quicker when it came time to collect the final payment. While compensation was eventually offered, it felt like the minimum possible amount considering the inconvenience and lost time involved. In the end, the final product turned out well, but the scheduling, communication, and ordering issues made the experience frustrating overall.
