The sales rep arrived at my home on time and wearing a mask. He brought a full line of samples to choose from, and explained the installation process and timeline. He measured all my windows and provided me with a very competitive quoted price, which I accepted. A couple of weeks later, on the day of the installation, the installer arrived on time and was done in about 1 1/2 hours. He did a great job.
