My appointment was for 1pm at 2pm I fired the practice as more patient's need to do to teach Doctor's that without us they are out of business. Leaving patient's in waiting rooms for over an hour is an unacceptable way to treat your long standing customers (and yes we are customers). The office personnel don't care that you the patient is sitting with other sick people during these covid times for hours as they sit behind glass away from the patient's. In closing the front desk personnel didn't care that I waited for 75 minutes drove an hour to get to my appointment early, they just handed me the form to release my medical information to the next Doctor who maybe will care about my time as much as he will care about my health!

They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. specifically, Dr. Roman visited me twice while I was in the hospital to make sure that his orders were being followed and I was feeling better. It's even worse when you need to schedule or see a doctor. But if you need a single medical form signed by the doctor it takes over 3 weeks to get a document signed or physical for your kids. If possible please choose a very personal care for your kids locally. I have been touch with them for 3 weeks and in person staff is horrible the way they speak to you and online people send mixed signals. The online staff is somewhere remote and they do not work well with in person staff. Avoid them at any cost.

My advice: avoid it - bad at follow up, not answering phones during work hours, after hours phones go only to the pediatric division, my Rx refill request months ago was ignored and I had to go to another practice, and to top it off - an administrative matter was not responded to that had to be done before the Dr. (Laureano - Dermatology) went on vacation today. If you can't get Rx refills, administrative things done, and after hours on call help, you are better off establishing a relationship with another practice.
