Thinking that the rest of the house was finished after about an hour and a half I told her to leave and go pick up her son. She finished the floor and took the $200 flat fee and left. I am not a picky person by any stretch but I went and checked and discovered she missed at least one ceiling fan and the kitchen backsplash. I called and spoke with Helen who offered the "canned" apologies.. Her solution was to send the same employee back out to my house which I refused because of the language barrier.
