I'm just updating my situation. He answered my review as there was a mechanical problems in my car and therefor he could not fix it and I reject to pay his labor and the fees to inquire him. I told that my key was working sometimes and sometimes does not. I was upfront about there might be a technical problem at my car. He was like 'BRO DONT WORRY, I KNOW WHAT I DO' he came and I showed the cars behavior is weird and before he start I gave him ANOTHER heads up. I think the problem was he was not speaking language as first language as him and he did not understand my explanations. However, this is not my problem! He pushed the whole night as he drove from 33 mile and therefor I need to pay for him. I told him that my car might had some mechanical problem and you decided to take risk and not be able to fix it. I am not gonna pay for the thing as promised service and he did not give me the service at all. You can work with him or not work with him but when I read their page I did not see a review to help me out to see their quality of their service. I am not letting you know that he was not able to communicate basic English, he pushed me so forward that I got scared of him and decided to call polis and as last he blamed me instead of owning the mistake. Later on, he kept texting me after he left to clean my review. Don't give him business, or give him business in your mind you might waste money. Good luck everyone read more

I'm very happy with the overall quality and experience of the service I was given. This gentleman knows what he is doing no doubt about it. I'm very happy he was able to fix my key and my husband's key. My original key suffered a tragic accident and shattered to pieces, no key no car running. I called this gentleman at 4:10 pm today he answered my call right away and gave me a same day appointment. He arrived as scheduled and was done in less than 15 minutes. Wow that was amazing and shocking to me. He accidentally made the wrong key with no trunk button and was honest and told me he did that but not before making the second key with the trunk button like my original key. He did not charge me for the extra key and he let me keep it, that great customer service. Upon his arrival I let him know my husband's key was not working properly he told he would check it and try to fix, well he succeeded in doing so and to my surprise he did not charge me for the repair. I'm very happy and definitely recommended this business. Fast response is a plus for me. I called many other before him and all flakes. I was giving up and decided to try one more business, was feeling pressure from my husband since it's his car to get to work and we need the key asap.
