We will try to stay here again when passing through. It was the best! Leash off pet runs for both large and small dogs. Plenty of other unimproved areas as well as an expertly manicured awesome waterfall, pond and real grass garden behind the joint. The garden area is isolated from a busy train track by a large berm but you can definitely tell the trains go by. There's a couple of gas stations as well as a 7-11 just a block away to top off the tank and get a slurpee before you get back on the road. Breakfast was a typical free menu but I noticed they had a rotating feature each day. The hotel grounds and room were very clean and orderly with plenty of parking just outside of the first floor rooms. The pet friendly room had hardwood flooring so it was nice to walk around barefoot instead of putting on shower shoes just to go to the bathroom. The room was very clean and nicely adorned with necessities. An excellent pet friendly stay. Dicks

Alex was a constantly-smiling gem of a front desk manager and gave us good insight into local options for dining and sites. We were on the sixth floor at the NE corner suite and had a very nice view of the mountain range. Traffic noise below was negligible at night and I would request this room directorial in the future. The bath gel smelled very good and the shower was instantly hot with good pressure. I would like to see more channels available on TV, though -- it seemed that only 12 or 15 were available.

Expect to wait 30+ minutes for your poorly reheated food, and not be able to hear the order number when it's called due to the volume of the sound system. When there are delays, the employees don't inform you of the wait time, apologize for the wait, or offer any solutions. Poor seating, everything is sticky, dirty, and stained. Igor was very attentive and courteous, he met us just outside the security area, helped with luggage, opened the car doors, loaded the vehicle and made the very last part of our travels as easy as possible. After all that the drive was safe and comfortable. We got to know Igor a bit. His experience as a driver is phenomenal and it shows. I got the chance to chat with Igor on the drive and found out that he had one of the biggest chauffeur companies in Ukraine but he and his family were forced to flee the country at the start of the war and he had to abandon his business. I've already forgotten the girls name, but the long blonde haired lady receptionist and the long haired blonde girl Erica, at the first desk, . I think, I'm terrible with names ,we're so nice and accommodating.! They gave me a lot of information on what I was thinking about , the different ships , the destinations, the prices, you name it. This young lady was so helpful.! When I told her I wasn't sure where or when I was going, she was darling, gave me a booklet on different cruise lines and was very very helpful! Pretty sure they sold my info to other travel scavengers as my junk mail increased for cruise travel.
