They encouraged me to stop by, and I'm so glad I did. The bumper had a shocking amount of bright yellow paint on it, but they took the time to work on it and removed virtually all of the paint transfer. The difference was incredible--and then they refused to charge me anything! I was genuinely touched by their kindness, generosity, and wonderful customer service. They helped someone who wasn't even an established customer simply because they could. That kind of integrity is rare and tells you everything about how a business treats its customers. However, the car started to smell really bad around day 2-3. I reached out concerned, but never received a follow up. The smell has subsided for the most part. I wish they had communicated back to address my concern, especially after paying over $400 for their services. Update- I appreciate the owner reaching out and taking accountability for their delayed response to my concern. They offered to provide additional services free of charge to remedy the problem. I don't think it's necessary at this point since the smell has subdued, but I do still appreciate their offer.

The exterior was completely covered in pollen and had built-up dirt that made the paint look dull. The inside was even more challenging between pet hair, everyday mess, and food spills. I honestly wasn't sure some of it would come out, but they took their time and cleaned every little area so thoroughly. The difference is unbelievable. The exterior is spotless and shiny, and the interior looks, feels, and smells completely refreshed. You can tell Vic/his team paid attention to the details instead of rushing through the job. Even the small areas that are usually overlooked were left incredibly clean. My neighbor sees my car almost every day, and when they saw it afterward, they genuinely thought I had bought a brand-new car! That alone says everything about the quality of their work. The price was also extremely reasonable, especially considering how much time, effort, and attention clearly went into it. I got an interior and exterior detail and the seats did not seem to be shampooed well, there was wax residue left on the inside of my windows and minor things that just didn't seem to be wiped down thoroughly. Without looking too hard it's a good clean, but I've gotten details in the past and they've left my car looking brand new. This was more just like a good car wash. If your car is already pretty clean I would use them, but otherwise I don't think it was a true detail.
