This dealership has made my life a living hell for months since I bought my car from them. They "forgot" to give me the title when I purchased the car (after charging an exorbitant $600 "processing fee" for paperwork). When I called to demand my title, they said they still had it (illegally) and would do the car registration for me through their third-party registration service. They illegally and prematurely sent me license plates and registration, but I discovered SIX MONTHS later that they never actually registered my car with the state of Virginia. I had been illegally driving my car for months thanks to the incompetency and dishonesty of Zia and his employees. Finally, they corrected the issue after I noticed it and confirmed with DMV that my car was not registered. But Zia was incredibly rude throughout the entire process and refused to apologize (despite his employees admitting that they made a serious mistake). At this point, I'm waiting for the title to arrive in the mail and also waiting for arbitration with the Better Business Bureau and possibly small claims court as I seek a refund for the processing fee. This dealership should NOT be allowed to do business in the state of Virginia. The dealership also failed to disclose known issues with the vehicle that I purchased and my mechanic informed me that it appears they replaced only sections of certain parts with slightly less worn-out pieces (but not at all new pieces, as I had been assured). Zia and his dealership has acted illegally and incompetently on many fronts and I am confident that arbitration will lead to my refund of at least the processing fee, but I would caution you to RUN from this dealership and never do business with them. read more

If I could give zero I would! We bought a Camry from them 30 days ago. Less then 24 hrs the tire light came on so I emailed them, was told to bring the car back and they would check it, so I did (the car failed inspection because of the tires which I wasn't told until after I bought it?!?!). I was told by two inept employees that it's ok for the tire light to come on...um no not if all the tires are properly inflated (which we did check). 3 trips later I was accused of driving on a flat tire! I'm smart enough to know better but they didn't think so (I'm sure it's because I'm a woman). This is a picture of the tire the car was sold to us on. Eventually he changed the bad tire for free, however I spent 9 hours in 3 weeks sitting there and now we have to buy a new tire to match the back one he replaced. read more

Beware of All in One Auto Service or trusting their word. I was told the vehicle(s) to test drive would be available when I arrive in an hour. Terrible smell in first vehicle. The second vehicle took 4 guys to locate on the lot and they charged the battery just to move it. I know, why did I get into it? 30 mins to locate would include recharging the battery to test drive...you think? Made sense to me. Integrity at work? No. Sure enough it died on the test drive. It took 1.25 hrs (only 5 mins away) and 4 phone calls to the manager before he came to reclaim his dead SUV. Pleasant over the phone and initially, but beware.
