Do not choose this business!! Turn around, change your mind, go anywhere else. The management are irresponsible, immature, and rude. The 2 employees were nice and tried to help. Even at one point said they can't help anymore because there boss has to approve, they seemed confused as to why their boss wasn't trying to help resolve the problem! Basically, my wife purchased a Living Social deal for auto detailing for me and her dad, my father-in-law. We took our cars there on a Saturday morning and was not available for pickup until about 3 pm. My car was nice and clean, I was fairly happy. HOWEVER, my father-in-laws car was in worse shape than we brought it. It appeared that some type of chemical was spilled on the headlight covers and it marred and etched the plastic. The employee new something was wrong and was worse than we brought it. The manager was called in who completely denied anything was wrong, blamed us for trying to pull some kind of con, and refused to try to make it better. Instead, he told us that WE could pay about $100 each for a service they conveniently offered to "restore" the clarity of the headlights! After an hour of arguing we just left, no offer of correction or compensation. I contacted the BBB (Better Business Bureau) who tried to reach Titan, without prevail. In the meantime, unbeknownst to me, my father-in-law went back and talked to someone. They then called me and said they would rectify the problem. They did! They fixed his headlights and restored the clarity using their "service" at no charge. They did make it right in the LONG run, which is what they should have done the moment there was a problem, not 2-3 weeks later. BTW, the review from Pesho is biased. Here is an update to my previous bad review of Titan Motors. It gets worse! the 1999 Porsche Boxster was in good cosmetic condition for it's age. I had no way of knowing that, in 500 miles, it would need an entire clutch package, disc, pressure plate, throw out bearing as well as clutch master and slave cylinder, wait, that's not all, the front sway bar link was broken, the coil and spark plugs needed replacing, the cowling was clogged and holding water, They should have addressed this when the top was replaced. He showed me some list of bogus repairs from a company having zero familiarity with German cars, again, of his choosing that addressed absolutely NONE of these issues. Then, he handed me a singed titled that had been incorrectly filled out with his name in the buyers signature spot. Now, I'm out 5k on repairs and can't even drive the vehicle until I have a new title and it's legal. RIDICULOUS. Note to anyone buying from this seller: YOU MUST take any car you are considering purchasing from this seller and have it evaluated by a good mechanic, particularly the German cars, BMW, Porsche, etc. There is a good shop on the other side of the building that has competent mechanics who are German car specialists. It will be money well spent on your part, Caveat Emptor to anyone who considers purchasing from this seller! read more

Pretty close to 5 stars. I was able to get a replacement vehicle within a week after my previous car was totaled in a car accident. The cost was very reasonable for the used car I purchased and the service for followup inspections and repairs was done as well as could be expected with the resources they have available there. I would recommend this place as a good one for buying a used vehicle at better than competitive cost. You must remember though (as a previous reviewer mentioned) a used vehicle has its own set of risks! The insurance offered may not be worth getting since it covers a very limited set of issues. The downside for me was that this location, in Chantilly, is so far away to take care of any followup issues. They did give me a ride to the metro once so I'd say that's going above-and-beyond! read more

After reading some negative reviews, I found the specific vehicle I was looking for at Titan Motors. I have no complaints at all. I checked the car...it looked good...and bought it at my own risk. You're buying a USED CAR people...!!!!! You always buy used at your own risk. I drove my Subaru to the local shop here in Fredericksburg the next day...changed all fluids...they gave it a once over...I'm satisfied. As far as warranties or detail work there...I can't give a review. As longa s you do your own homework, I'd have no issue recommending Titan to anyone I know. read more

I have dealt with Titan Motors multiple times over the past year and I have to say my experience each time has been 10/10. Buying, selling, maintenance, or inspections they are able to do it all. Enayt and the staff there are very understanding, honest, and fair. I saved myself hundreds on maintenance and inspections plus thousands on buying and selling. They are straight up and fair with pricing so I didn't have to deal with lowball offers as I had to from other businesses and dealerships. I don't think I'll be taking my car to any other place but this one. The staff there is also very knowledgeable so they help explain all the details and break matters down in a simple and honest way. I don't really understand all the negative reviews written about Titans Motors Inc, however I would take them with a grain of salt. At first I was skeptical of this place because of the location and reviews, but boy was I wrong. I took full advantage of the $99 full detail special they're having. From my experience, it was top notch as I was pleasantly surprised by the quality they provide. The owner whose name is Enayt provided me with nothing but hospitality. He answered any questions that I had. Taraq, the gentleman who worked on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee was a really nice guy as well! He literally spent 3 hours on my vehicle. Vacuuming, wiping, scrubbing, and washing every inch of my car. He paid attention to detail, and because of his work my car looks brand new again! Thank you so much for your service, It was great! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and even included cleaning my engine and buffing the exterior of my car, even though it wasn't included in the package. First, I want to say that the staff was very courteous and respectful, but that's really the only reason why I'm giving them two stars instead of one. I wish I read the reviews on here before, but I found these guys via Groupon and decided to call for availability before purchasing their "Silver Package Interior Detail and Exterior Wash for SUV" for $95. I am selling my Jeep and just wanted it to be extra-clean for the new owner... I am a customer of Extreme Auto Details in Sterling and they quoted me $120 for my Jeep including a complimentary engine cleaning and while I was extremely happy with their service and attention to detail for my other vehicles, it was a) more than what I was willing to pay for a car that wasn't terribly dirty b) farther away and c) their schedule was packed until the following week. Anyway, when I called, I was told to not purchase the Groupon and to instead come in person so they can "take a look at the car" and that he'd give me a better deal anyway and possibly get the car serviced too. Thinking that I could get my car cleaned the same day, and that I could also help them out by doing business with them directly so they can keep Groupon's portion of the commission, I agreed. First mistake. (Also - if a detailing service is never busy...it's probably because they're no good....everywhere else I called couldn't get me in same week, let alone the same day). After they inspected my vehicle they said that it didn't qualify for the Groupon because of the "fine print" and that I'd have to pay $140+tax, because of all the scratches inside the vehicle and because it was "excessively dirty" (it was not). The Fine Print he was referring to on the Groupon was that there would be an extra fee for pet hair removal and other services that I did not want or need - I don't have a pet and thus no pet hair to speak of and the scratches were from the previous owner, and I'd gotten the car detailed and cleaned since then. I got an engine induction service at AAA just the previous week so the engine was in pristine condition and I routinely dust down the car (the dirtiest part was the front center console cupholder area that had some dried coffee on it - gross, I know, but not something that would qualify as "excessively dirty). But I think this might have been their play all along - just have the Groupon to get people through the door and tell them they don't qualify for it for some BS reason. I get my cars detailed once every 6-8 months and this is the first time I've been upcharged for such a bizarre reason. I was told that for the price of $140 I'd be getting the "platinum"package on their site worth $300+ that included engine cleaning and headlight cleaning etc, and I asked for that to be stripped down because it was out of my budget and things I didn't need, but he was adamant that I wouldn't be able to get the $95 price for a basic cleaning (removing all the extra services I didn't want), and insisted this was a "great deal". Being tired and having driven all this way already, I relented. The service took about 3 hours and the car looks clean overall but after driving the car home I noticed the slider-rail thing that the front seats move back and forth on weren't touched at all and were dirty, and I found a piece of an orange peel and other pieces of small trash that weren't removed. Overall the work was ok, not great, and definitely not "platinum" quality. They were really courteous but I felt they were dishonest and/or inexperienced and I didn't appreciate being blindsided with the price - if I had known I was going to $150 I would have just gone to Extreme Auto Details where the service and work really is worth it. I don't know why there are so many negative feedbacks. I have dealt with Titan Motors 4 times since 2012. I have sold and bought vehicles. I have had them fix my vehicles exclusively. If there are any problems, the owner makes sure that it gets taken cared right away. The owner is also conscious of any one's situation especially with payments. He works with you to make sure you are satisfied and, best of all, works with you for payment plans if you are tight on budget but need your car. I purchased a vehicle from them over 5 months ago in Oct of 2016. What has unfolded since has been stressful, painful, depressing, had a negative financial impact on my life, and my family's lives, that we'll be feeling for years to come. Beyond that they made nearly every single step of the purchasing process, as well as owning the vehicle, painful. Here are just a few of the highlights: (note that these are not in chronological order as some problems took months to reveal themselves and it requires to many characters to give you the full story) Closing was a complete ordeal. When I returned to close, the price had gone up $63 and they all of the documents had the incorrect address information listed. They had sent the wrong vehicle details on the bill of sale to the back which nearly resulted in me being charged an addition $1200. 3 days after buying the vehicle the car didn't start and through some digging we founds has some glaring mechanically and structural issues (ie major rust). Unfortunately, the 2nd dealer we'd taken the vehicle to for a pre-purchase inspection also failed to catch the issues. Though the 2nd dealer did the right thing by apologizing and completely refunded our money that we'd paid for the pre-purchase inspection. They did offer "discounted" towing, "customer pricing" for labor and no up-charge on the "part". But really at this point, in my opinion, I didn't feel I could trust them. Even if I did, why would I want to pay for towing to a shop that is an hour and a half away, and to a company, that in my opinion, didn't do a thorough enough inspection of the vehicle to catch these issues to begin with? Ultimately, within 3 weeks of purchasing the vehicle we had over $1700 in repair bills and within another month we had to shell out another $1000 in repairs. The Virginia state inspection (which had been done 3 weeks prior to purchase) was found by the Virginia state police to have been done improperly. While not directly Titan Motor's fault, since another shop performed the inspection, they chose that particular shop to have it performed and it was a faulty sticker on their vehicle that we purchased. Titan Motors was unable to provide a title within 30 days. As result Titan Motors supposedly had have to contact the DMV themselves in order to work it out. Once they were able to get it taken care of, as a "title-held registration," they were unable to send the plates and documents in the mail. As result, I had to make a 3 hour round trip on a Saturday, to pick them up. When paying for the documents they began to argue with me about a Yelp review that my girlfriend had posted that was based off of what had transpired to that point with in dealing with Titan Motors.They apparently felt I had no right to be unhappy about the services rendered to that point. I disagreed. Once we finally received the title in early February of 2017 I took the paperwork to the DMV to have the vehicle titled. In the process I found that the DMV had no record of the plates, tags, registration or my taxes that I had payed Titan Motors months earlier. Due to this, for several month, I was in a position where if I'd have been stopped, my vehicle would of have possibly been towed and I would have possibly been thrown in jail for falsified documents and plates. Since everything Titan Motors had provided was apparently invalid, I had to repay for everything immediately in order to drive home legally. Those issues along with the title paperwork, provided by Titan Motors, was so convoluted that It took nearly 3 hours at the DMV to get everything figured out. Mind you that I had to take time off from work to take care of this matter. When confronted with the issue of the invalid documents and missing funds Titan Motors dragged their feet for weeks saying that it was another company's fault, all the while promising reimbursement once they received all the proper paperwork. I still have not seen any reimbursement from them. Additionally, throughout the process of getting my reimbursement, they continually tried to pressure me into convincing my girlfriend to edit her review (which she ended up doing since the original posted review had contained outdated information and she wanted to be factual correct) and later into silencing her completely by trying to get me to convince her to take it down altogether. I'd say I've spend roughly 20 hour of my time fixing this. I did everything I was supposed to and still ended up stuck with a lemon and no real recourse to protect myself or my family from these, what are in my opinion, predators. It might be to late for me and my situation but I hope that this helps you make a more informed decision about who you buy your future vehicles from. I should thank Titan Motors, in a sense, for educating me in what to watch out for whenever I purchase vehicles in the future. read more

Do not spend your money at this business! I purchased a car detail silver package through Groupon for Titan Motors. From their website, it appeared as if it were a large and professional company. I was told it would take 2 hours so I scheduled the appointment for 9am on a Thursday (when they open). When I got there the man that details the cars, said that they didn't have room because the tiny shop had a couple of cars in it already. He called the owner and was told to move cars around. At 9:45 he asked for my keys and I explained that I had to leave by 11:00 so he said to come back on Saturday morning. Friday afternoon the owner called me to say that they couldn't detail my car on Saturday and that I was lucky that they'd do it at all since I left half way through the detail on Thursday! I told him that they never touched the car, but he didn't believe me. He rescheduled me for yesterday (Tuesday) from noon to 2:00, but when I arrived, the detailer said that he couldn't do my car because he was working on another one and it would take about 90 minutes. At first he refused to call his boss for me and when he did, the boss (not knowing he was on speaker), said it was my tough luck. Luckily for me, Groupon let me cancel my order. But spare yourself and don't even schedule an appointment with Titan Motors in the first place! read more

If i could put zero stars i surely would. This place is literally a chop house. Unfortunately, in our case they made too many mistakes and attorney will hopefully be closing this place down. My fiancé and i were looking for a used suv. We ended up looking at the 2005 BMW x5 thought while it has some scratches and interior damage that it would be find, was told she was a steal because of the rather low mileage and year of the car. They said it just passed inspection and they would fix minor interior damages. However what they did not tell us is the air conditioner doesn't work, there is an oil leak, the oil hadn't been changed in a year, the rear main seal was leaking. However on the things included on this car it states in add air condition. When i called to express my concern he said well the add says the vehicle has air condition. Doesn't mean it actually works? Are these people for real? Messed with the wrong people on this one. I can't wait to have your chop house shut down. DO NOT GET A CAR HERE!!! read more

I thought my experience with Titan Motors in Chantilly, VA was going to be positive. My son test drove a car, his first car, a 2002 Volvo, and we came back after viewing other cars to purchase it. Enayt Babe, our salesperson, was pleasant during the sale. We bought the car and drove it home on Columbus Day, 10/10/16. The initial mistake we found was that Enayt did not complete the title for us. After going to DMV on Tuesday morning, 10/11, we found out that Enayt failed to complete one section, so we were delayed by a few days in registering the car. Unfortunately for us, this may have been intentional. I did not allow my son to drive the car until Thursday evening for this reason after we had the proper title form, and I completed the registration process at DMV. Once we were able to really drive the car with title and insurance, it was too late to take it back, and of course the car was sold "as is". Of course, we were gambling a bit without a thorough review of the car, but the dealership in Chantilly was nearly an hour from our house in Alexandria, VA and a garage I trust. So, we had to rely on Enayt's word on checking the car and that it was in great shape and ready to go. After all, Titan is also a garage, right? Wrong! My son was out with the car for less than an hour, and I received a frantic call that the car was smoking. I advised him to pull over and turn the car engine off. Keep in mind, Enayt had assured us and charged a $395 fee to prepare the car. I realize the car is sold "as is," but if you aren't going to go over it in the most basic way, then don't charge your customers $395! The smoke was actually steam, because there was a leak in the coolant system. I had to take the car to a local garage in Old Town Alexandria, Yates Auto Service, that honestly diagnosed the problem. Apparently, someone had tried to solder the two radiator hoses to hide a leak. I am not sure who did that, most likely Titan Motors, and I am sure they hoped it would last a bit longer than it did. Enayt also claimed that he changed the oil for us, and Yates checked that in a general engine check. They said the oil was filthy and needed to be changed badly. I have since learned of an old, dishonest trick that can fool someone when checking the dip stick for the oil (don't change it, just add about a quart to top it off with new oil). Consequently, just one week after buying the car, I had to pay $900 to repair the coolant leak, flush the radiator, and get an oil change. We were lied to about the oil change and deceived about the leak in the coolant system. I tried to contact Titan Motors, and of course, Enayt was hiding. He finally called back after 3-4 days. He said he was shocked and knew nothing about the leak in the coolant system. After getting after him pretty good on the phone and having him get very defensive and deny, deny, deny, Enayt finally seemed like he wanted to do the right thing and promised to help. I negotiated a $300 fee to help with the repairs. After giving his word to pay $300, I found out that Enayt's word is not worth the "hot air" shooting out of his mouth! He lied through his teeth! I haven't received a dime. Since then, I have found the source of the coolant leak and am trying to resolve that issue. All-in-all this transaction has been a nightmare, and I blame Enayt for the lion's share of the problem. Titan Motors' prices are good, but BEWARE! I would never consider buying another vehicle from this company nor would I ever recommend them. JUST AVOID THEM! There's a reason used car lots have a bad reputation, and unfortunately, Titan Motors is a great example of that bad reputation. For their dishonesty, I am giving them the lowest score that I can. read more

I went there since I found a car I liked to purchase. When purchasing the vehicle I confirmed with the seller there Enyat Babe that the title has no issues and the paperwork is complete. When I went to the DMV after purchasing the car there was an issue with the title not having a valid lien release. After a lot of back and forth and going to the dmv 3 times Enyat was still insisting that the paperwork he gave me is correct and the DMV is wrong even though I asked him for the latest lien. He went and got me the old lien release after 2 months of waiting. Then after arguing with him again that I need the latest lien release he was asking me to pay an additional fee for a contact he has at the DMV that can finish my paperwork and hand him back the title. Of course I refused and went ahead and contacted the necessary people to get that lien release myself through the bank. When he found out I contacted them without quote "Taking his permission" I was met with him calling at me screaming and calling me a hypocrite and cussing. When I tried to explain my reasoning he hung up in my face and this isn't the first time he did this during this process. Steer clear from this dealer he has no idea how to run a business. Once he has your money he doesn't care and is always using religion to act righteous when he is in fact in the wrong. read more

I've bought used cars in a few different countries, so my tolerance for used car dealers is pretty low. (Truth be told, it's pretty much the same regardless of country, culture, language, etc -- must be something inherent to used cars themselves.) That said, I was happy with what I got at Titan: easy to talk to, no rush/pressure, answered my questions, and actually had a good side conversation on South Asia. The warehouses that house Titan and probably a dozen other dealers is a bit of a maze, but resist the temptation to think of them as one big lot. We went to a couple, and they're all different. We worked with Enayt at Titan Motors, and he's a good guy -- not that "used car" kind of good guy, but a genuinely nice person to talk to. I broke one of my cardinal rules of car buying and bought it the same day, and what's more, when it still had some body work to be done (which he got done the next week, exactly as he promised). I had given him my honest best price for an Infiniti, and he met me fair enough -- no "let me talk to my boss," no cajoling, no weirdo comments about my wife liking the car. It was more like buying a car from some guy in my neighborhood. And, I think he's got a good eye for selecting solid cars to sell. I'd have given him 5 stars, but I never trust 5 stars reviews myself. If you go, ask for Enayt, and tell him "the man from Okinawa sent me." I hope he remembers -- and takes care of you. read more

This place feels pretty disorganized (at best) or dishonest (at worst). Before writing this, I tried to call them and get the issue resolved. That didn't work. Nor did a message sent directly to them and which they ignored. They have a newer car detailing service. On their website, no information about it (e.g., what's included would be nice) is presented except for a banner-style ad advertising $199 (for exactly what is uncertain). I first tried phoning and spoke to a gentleman who told me he does the detailing. I asked him what was included and he listed out nearly everything that could be included (including engine, tires/wheels, wax, etc) and quoted me a price of $69! I immediately asked why that was so different from the website. He didn't know but did tell me that I could also get interior carpets cleaned for another $69. That made no sense so I asked again to be sure. Everything possible (except interior carpet cleaning) for $69 and then the same additional amount of $69 just for interior carpets?!?! Again asked why the discrepancy and he said something about a "different website" and "all being handled through them." Later he remembered the "other website": Living Social. I hadn't asked him anything about a LivingSocial promo. I just asked how much the detailing was and what was included. Also, why a much higher price was promoted on the website from what he was quoting me. He suggested I talk to the owner, who'd be able to "better explain." He then said the owner wasn't in (despite it being 11am on a weekday). I called back a couple of hours later and asked to speak with the owner as the previous person had suggested I do. This time I got the "manager" and he was having none of it. I asked to speak to the owner and he stiff-armed at every turn insisting he'd be able to solve any problem and address any need. I calmly explained that I really wanted to speak with the owner as his colleague had suggested. No go. I asked whether it was the policy that the business' owner doesn't speak to customers? He then said he was busy and hung up. Seems kind of clear what's going on here. They decided to do a LivingSocial promo for a new detailing service. Because the LS coupon has to be a discounted price, they put up a fabricated jacked up price on the website. They just forgot to train their staff to support the ruse so they quote a $69 price as the regular, non-discounted price without even realizing that a price nearly 3X higher is on the website. Won't be taking my car here. I'd be nervous about leaving it there given the experience above. Misrepresentative pricing and a business that is both rude to prospective customers with an owner who won't speak with them? No thanks. And all kind of ironic given some great empty tidbits on the site including this from the "About Us" section: "Titan Motors, Inc. was established in 2006. As a family owned and operated business, we hold ourselves to high morals and values. We strongly believe in the old saying that "honesty is the best policy" and we have built our business around it. I cannot even rate this company. The only reason there is one star is because I couldn't continue without a rating. I came to purchase an auto detailing and needed a paint job. I was told the could do the paint job, it would match and did an estimate. I did not get a copy of the estimate. THE PAINT DOES NOT MATCH!! It is too noticeable to let go. I have called twice about this and all I get from the owner is defensive argument about how expert they are. He doesn't even say he is sorry I am not satisfied or offered to try to correct the problem. Furthermore, I never got an itemized receipt. He said he was trying to work within my budget. I never gave them a budget. I just wanted an estimate. So sorry I ever got involved with this company. This is likely going to have to be resolved through the courts. read more

I bought a car from this dealership and couldn't imagine how much hassle I got from them. NEVER do any business with this dealership again. Bought a car from them and they promised me to fix the scratches on the hood and replace the broken plastic cover of the wheel. Ask: when? Answer: next week. However, in the following week, after several times calling him, he still didn't order touch-up paint and the plastic cover yet. Wait again. I started feeling the hassle coming when he asked me to go to Honda dealership to buy touch-up paint for him. Finally they ordered those things and I brought my car back. But this time there was only another guy (I guess he's the employee), he used the touch-up paint to fill the scratches and asked me to bring the car back another day so he can polish where he put touch-up paint. He gave me his phone # and told me to call/text him when I bring the car back. OK, few days later, I brought my car back again, this time that guy disappeared, called him: only reach voice mail, texted him: no reply. The owner now told me that putting touch-up paint on the scratches is the only thing they can do and if I want, bring my car to car-wash to polish. To confirm, I tried to call/text the guy I met before but couldn't get him. No choice, I had to bring my car home. But that's not the only hassle I got. I realized that the car doesn't have safety inspection sticker and had to bring the car back to him (1 hour drive). He asked me to give him the key, brought my car somewhere for about one hour (I asked him to let me go with him but he denied and asked me to stay in his shop), came back with a new sticker, then a new problem came: when got home, I checked and saw that the new sticker number doesn't match with the sticker number in the receipt as it should. Called him and he explained that because the inspection agency forgot to put the sticker on the windshield, so now they put a new sticker instead. He texted me that he can fax the new receipt to me, I replied that I don't have fax, so just scan and send it to me by email. NEVER heard back from him then. Called him several times but he never picked up the phone. Now I decided to give up calling him. Note that every time I visited this dealership, I had to drive more than one hour and the round-trip will take more than two hours. And I still remember his last words: I hope you will bring me new customers. To me, these are the most barefaced words I have ever heard. Haha, not sure he really meant customers or victims? I had a LivingSocial deal for a detailing here, so I finally took advantage of it ($65 for alleged $199 value). When I arrived and they inspected the vehicle, he said two things that bothered me. First, he mentioned that the LivingSocial deal didn't include clay bar rub or application of wax; both would be extra. He then noticed the dog fur throughout the carpeted sections and stated that pet hair was an extra $35, since it requires more labor. These extra costs weren't mentioned on the voucher, when I called to set the appointment, or their website. There were also no boards or brochures within the business that would mention these extra charges; I first heard about them once I arrived. Also, I understand that they did the LivingSocial deal to get new people in the door to sell other services, so they offered to fix some damage on the car for $XXX; even so, I felt they were a little pushy. They took around 3.5 hours, and the exterior looked great when they were done. The cleaning of the engine bay was also a nice touch. The interior was a mixed bag. The seats and carpet were VERY clean, and they had obviously wiped down all the trim on the inside. However, there was still a lot of large particles all over the dash, and a lot of dust came out of the vents when the HVAC fan was turned on. Finally, once the job was complete and I paid for extra services, the cost charged was more than he had initially stated - at the time of decision he said one price, but at time of billing the total was 30% higher (more than sales tax; more than a potential 2.5% CC fee that is mentioned in a previous review, but never uttered during my visit). In the grand scheme of things, that's a 25% tip for the "value" of the work, which I feel is a little high for the quality, and I don't like the bait-and-switch aspect of collection. Overall, I felt the quality of the work was a 3-star job, but the nickel-and-dime "extras" that are usually included in auto detailing, as well as the bait-and-switch tactics were a 1-star experience. If I was to pay full price for auto detailing, I'd stay away from this place. read more

Buying a used car is always unsettling. But the good people I worked with at Titan Motors made it less so. The car I bought was not running right when I first drove it. It had a great ride and the interior was in decent shape. But it ran very rough. Something was very wrong. While it took a little while - they ultimately got it fixed. Have had the car a few a months now and couldn't be happier. They provided a good car at good price and have been helpful all along the way. read more

Stay away from this business. The owner lies and will rip you off. He advertises for something to get you in and then charge you a bunch of fees including gratuity. Save yourself a lot of trouble and stay away. read more

I took my car to titans motors for a car detailing in awful shape.. I mean awful. My seats were covered in embarrassing stains so terrible I bought myself new seat covers!! There was dirt on the floor it was embarrassing and a wreck! (As much as I hate to admit to that) Anyways! I went to Titan motors because they accept Groupons (which is so so so great) and was immediately delighted to find they had wonderful customer service! They saw my disgusting car, explained everything they would be doing to it and they are very reasonable with pricing, very very reasonable! I unfortunately realized I couldn't pick up my car that same day, called Titan motors and they said my car could stay over night no problem, no extra charge (doesn't get much better than that)! I am so ridiculously happy to say I am now returning my seat covers I had purchased prior to the car detailing because all of the disgusting stains ARE GONE!!! My car looks practically brand new!! I am so happy with my experience with them, the owner gave me his personal cell number for any other car troubles I may have in the future as well (he is actually fixing my busted bumper for a very very very reasonable price next week) Titan motors is dependable, efficient and affordable!!
