The next morning, my car was fully diagnosed, and they clearly explained the issue and gave me multiple repair options without any pressure. Since replacing the transfer case is a major job, I was told it would likely take a few days. To my surprise, I received a text message the very next day around 5:00 PM saying my car was ready for pickup! I honestly couldn't believe how quickly they completed such a big repair.
