I'm happy to say i will no longer return and i will continue to advocate against mistreatment of people seeking help! good luck, and if anyone experienced anything similar i am sorry and you deserved better. my experience with Diana Otuwa was horrid! hands were shaking the entire time of the procedure, it's concerning how she's managed to get this far putting patients at risk with inadequate care. And Kathrin Zimmerman has made false remarks and claims about patients. This physicians office is incredibly disorganized and unethical. They do not care about your overall wellbeing and it shows immensely through their physicians. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this office. I was seen on Monday for *** symptoms and completed a ** . On Tuesday, I received a call confirming that I did, in fact, have a *** and was told that a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. However, the prescription was never sent that day. By Wednesday, I had called the office multiple times trying to get answers and ensure that my medication was sent. Each time, I was given a different explanation for the delay. I eventually learned that the office was waiting on insurance authorization, even though my prescription coverage had been canceled due to being on medical leave and I would have been paying out of pocket regardless. This information was only addressed after I called repeatedly. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication and follow-through. On multiple occasions, I was placed on hold for extended periods of time. In fact, I had a similar experience just two weeks earlier, when I was left on hold until the office closed and my call was disconnected without any resolution. I understand that medical offices are busy, but patients should not have to repeatedly call to obtain medication for a confirmed infection. Delays, poor communication, and being left on hold without answers create unnecessary stress, especially when dealing with an active medical issue. I hope the office improves its processes so that future patients receive more timely communication and care. read more

I would not recommend this place Pih has bad communication skills. No ethics or compassion for patients. It took me 30 days to schedule an appointment then they called my appointment rescheduled for another 30 days drove to Pih and at the front desk. They said oh appointment has been canceled again. We were never notified. The first cancellation the doctor had an emergency. The second cancellation was not stayed away. The third cancellation they said we were bumped I don't even understand what bumped even means horrible place. So it's been more than three months and they have not been seen by a doctor. read more

They have very long waits for dr appts! Then on the appt day, they cancel my appt without even contacting me! They waited one hour before my appt time & cancel my appt with a family member that lives cities away! So sneaky! They wanted me to go to one of their drs that i refuse to ever see again! She had such a poor presentation with me on the day of my appt, i knew she was off my list for the future! And that same dr took 3 MONTHS to respond to my msg through their online healthcare app! Luckily, i had already dissed her services! It's not 3rd world patients here! And when i patiently waited for my appt with my new dr, her entourage cancelled me! I still need immediate attention to see a specialist! I called their patient complaint dept & no one even followed up on the issue! I have severe pain & had to make another appt that is 2 months away! I checked my online pih reports & they even have erroneous data under my file. Someone lists me having pneumonia & I never even seen any PIH drs for this illness! For that matter, I never had pneumonia in my life! Your chart is not even read & the some drs could care less during your appt interview! You have to beg to be heard & each visit is a joke! I'm still waiting after several days for the medical staff at the complaint dept to follow up about me getting an appt sooner than TWO MONTHS AWAY! Now, I'm really skeptical with the entire establishment! This nonprofit seems to move humans in like cattle to collect funds! I feel sorry our society has come to paychecks & deceit! Nobody stands up for principles! The collective choose to pass the buck & slide on by! Nobody is in charge! We have no leaders! We are all at risk! You have to rely on DR. My old PCP retired, so called this office to make 1st time appointment. After waiting 3 hours, the automated callback puts me on hold for 20 minutes to speak to a registration clerk. "Carrie" initially says the doctor "has availability within the month" and proceeds to collect unnecessary information over the phone, like insurance claim address info - she can easily look that up with my subscriber # and/or copy that from my insurance card at my appointment! She also tries to tell me my PPO plan *requires* a PCP (my insurance verified that it doesn't). NO WONDER THE WAIT TIME IS SO LONG, with registration staff like Carrie who don't know what they're doing! To top it off, the 1st available appointment is 40 days into the future, not "within the month". Had she started with that, I wouldn't have bothered going thru her long arduous registration process! read more

I take my mother to PIH for her health needs and they are great. However, today I received a call to let me know she had missed an appt this week for a therapy session thru behavior health. I asked when it was and when she said the day and time I realized that it was the same time that PIH had set up a last minute appointment for my mother to see a surgeon. My mother was recently diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and the tumor was in danger of closing up her large intestine and if not treated it could end her life sooner. I explained this to the woman on the phone and she proceeded to tell me if it happens again she will pay a $25 fee for no show. Even after I explained she did not even comment on anything and began to say AGAIN that there is a $25 fee. I said, Did you just hear what I said to you??" She said yes and I said then I will tell you what if my mother has not died in August then call back then. I could not believe how uncaring this individual was. This was not an attempt to avoid paying $25 at all. Unbelievable!! read more

So lets start off with my experience, the doctor I saw was a young indian/hindu guy by the name of Somil Viradia. This guy just brushed me off didnt do much to help me out and just went based of what he thought.. I had severe head pains from the front of my head shooting straight to the back of my neck. Horrible pain. His solution was to keep taking 200mg of ibuprofen for a week and see if I still had the pain. This is with me being dazed & nauseous as well. I Requested blood test and he refused.. Went to a different doctors office today and ran lab work along with xRays, came across that I had inflammatory. Gee thanks a lot Somil Viradia! other than this guy being lazy everyone else in this office is sooo very nice and very help full, especially Curtis at the front desk. If you decide to ever come to this location make sure you avoid Dr. Somil Viradia, shouldn't even call him a doctor. I give this place 3 stars because I know PIH is a great hospital and my past experience with the PIH near Whittwood, especially with the staff at this location have been great. read more

I really gotta change where I go for healthcare. First appointment of the day. Only one even checked in so room is empty. I'm sitting here waiting cause Doctors are not even here. Oh, here I go, ok did all primary stuff, ie blood pressure, blood sugar. Now she puts me in another room only to lie to me saying(" she'll be which you in a minute, she's with another patient" ?) Really? WTF, sat in waiting room for 10 minutes. Nobody here, calls me in FIRST PATIENT, then tells me I'm waiting cause she already busy? I hate it when I'm lied too! Sure glad PIH has decided how much time I have to spend cause STAFF CANT GET TO WORK ON TIME! OH, Still Waiting! read more

I started with this practice a little over a year ago and I couldn't be any happier. I was with Kay Wood prior and loved her but she sold her practice and moved to Prescott, AZ. I wasn't happy with the doctor that bought her practice, so it was time to find another. I researched a lot and came up with Dr. Ingrid Patsch with PIH. Our first meeting she explained that she headed up the Residents Program with PIH and I may not see her if I don't have a scheduled appt. I was fine with that. I have had several issues and ended up in emergecy and admitted to PIH Hospital and the care was beyond great. But, the Dr. on call thought my issue was interesting and asked if she could bring the entire staff over. Well yes, I guess. They all had lots of great questions, insight and were concerned, Since released their follow up has been above and beyond. Also, I walked in one morning with very bad bronchitis and I saw a doc in 10 mins. Saw Ingrid Patsch recently and she is just caring, warm, and funny. She is a keeper. Plus, she is younger than I am, so hopefully she will be around for my medical needs for years to come. read more
