He said he would get me a quote within 2 weeks - here 3 MONTHS LATER (May 7th) WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A QUOTE!!! We even stopped in there 2 weeks ago (Saturday, April 24th) and he said he would get it right out that Monday, STILL NOTHING!!! We are so disappointed that we have been treated this way. The contract provided a clear timeline for the work and the deliverables. Zufar also recommended a cabinet company that was able to provide custom wood cabinets at far less than the cabinets I had been looking at..I felt like this company wanted to do a good job and not upsell me on more than I wanted/ could afford. They tore out abs disposed of existing cabinets and appliances, installed new flooring, lights, repainted everything, installed a tile backsplash, the cabinets, and all new appliances. Even when things went awry, they remained calm and solved the problems. They worked hard to stay on schedule and deliver a beautiful kitchen. They will be my first call next time I need any work done.

But then I spoke to Valerie and she is just so warm and friendly that I immediately got the best vibes. Wes and his partner then came out to do a free consultation to evaluate a few projects I needed done and were nice enough to give me different quotes for each. As someone who has to do proposals for their job, I can appreciate how tedious this step is and so I really appreciate that small gesture! The quotes were fair and reasonable and as soon as I signed off, the work was scheduled instantly. One thing that really stuck out to me, aside from the frequent updates from my girl, Valerie was when Wes called me to ask about HOA regulations for the railing I had replaced, as he noticed that all of the houses in my neighborhood (because he drove around to look on his own accord!) hafnd a different railing that I ordered. He wanted to bring it to my attention so I did not end up paying a ton of money for work that my HOA could potentially make me redo. I just think that is a the kind of service that builds trust.
