I am very pleased with my decision to hire Four Seasons to replace my roof. They did a quality job! All the employees (yes they use employees as opposed to other shell companies who use sub-contractors, call centers, etc.) were professional and knowledgeable. My mom's house which is 35 miles away from where I live and is a 45 minute drive. During one of our extreme weather events flashing on the upper roof and the porch roof were both blown off. The gutter on the front porch also needed replacing. I didn't know the condition of the upper gutter but they also included it in their estimate. The house also had 2 shutters on each window which were shot and I asked while they were up there if they could pull them off. All of the other houses in the neighborhood had long since pulled theirs off. I made the 45 minute drive and waited an hour and a half for the estimator to show up and he never did. He came early the next morning and emailed me an estimate which I thought was high but since I want to sell that property I agreed. When the work was done the shutters were still on the house and the lower flashing was not replaced. They wanted to give me another estimate for that work but by that time I had already found a buyer willing to take the house as is. The work they did was good even if they left their tin snips hanging out of the downspout and some debris on the roof which they came back and corrected. read more

Excellent Job and Customer Service. I received 4 estimates and Four Seasons roof ranked 3 for pricing. Although the other company was cheaper by $300, the company customer service was poor. Everyone that works at four seasons roofing was pleasant and informative. Also, a friend watched Four Seasons complete a job in his neighborhood. The staff was very neat and didn't disturb the neighbors and he even took pictures of their quality products. I highly recommend this company!! I will start from the beginning. I get this envelope full of useful coupons in the mail each month. I kept seeing this deal for new windows for $198 each installed. I thought to myself,there has to be some hidden costs....well two years went by and I finally called them. Weathermaster window company out of Baltimore! They came down to Rockville to estimate my house and I was pleasantly surprised that they honored there coupon price and even insisted that I was not required to pay sales tax! Joe Montegna is an honest business man and accomplished everything he said he would for the price he said he would. So I asked him if he knew a good roofing company..... He immediately recommended Mr.Fix-it Home solutions,also out of Baltimore.....he went on to explain that they had just done his own roof and also did his nephews roof for a really low price and very high quality! I was like,really? Unheard of in my past experiences..... he told me to call Alex over there and mention the referral.......(sorry I am getting to the point soon) I called Alex and he came down and walked the roof with me and gave me a really great price with extras thrown in gratis to make me feel good,I guess......I mean he said he would do a roof vent free,he would pay for up to six plywood sheets of sheathing that would probably be needed......and he upgraded me to architectural shingles when I did not even ask for them........well suffice it to say they came down from Baltimore and completed my roof in one day.....and those shingles look amazing......and it comes with a certificate of guarantee that is transferrable for like 25 years! I am liking Baltimore contractors......so Alex changed the name of his company to Four Seasons Roofing.......and I followed my success with windows and roof by asking Alex if he did vinyl siding or knew of someone that was good.......he said he does indeed do Vinyl and we set up a future appointment.....won't bore you all but great price again,great service.....I mean did the whole job in one day plus three hours the following day......this job blew me away! I mean a new roof is great and new windows are great....needed to be done and all but not nearly as exciting as new vinyl siding! My house looks like its a brand new house! No joke my neighbors all came over and just stared at it......"Bob your house looks amazing,like new" they suggested light grey siding and black shutters,and bright white trim.......I actually felt good about spending the $7500 which was very very reasonable..... I mean like new car feel good spending......I now have a completely low maintenance exterior and I have a new found perspective about researching and hiring contractors......I would say don't be afraid to call Baltimore area companies to give you an estimate......especially Alex and his guys.......oh and what did he throw in......sorry I love freebies.....he installed my new storm door,and new exterior lights,and he also let me fill his trailer up with the cabinets and demo trash from my kitchen which I am re-doing myself.......well trying to do myself......more reviews about that later......you can read my other reviews to tell that I like to research stuff to get the best value......for my hard earned money.....I hope you all take advantage of my experiences.....I have a second home and I will call Alex and Joe when needed ....in a heartbeat....I'm gonna go outside and stare at my new house now! read more

I called Four Seasons Roofing to do a roof assessment and met with Alex at my recently vacated rental property. Upon entering the home, we both noticed that it was freezing in there even though the thermostat was set to 68 deg. two weeks prior. Immediately, he went into problem-solving mode, addressing the important issue at hand instead of what he was there for - the roof. He looked at my thermostat and noticed that it wasn't working at all. He asked to see my furnace and did a quick assessment, and told me to immediately call an HVAC tech. He then asked where the water shut-off valve was, and recommended I shut it off. Then, he turned on the faucets to drain the pipes for me. This is what one calls a decent human being! He is not there for ANY of this, but recognizes the importance of 'first-things-first' so that I can preserve my home and eliminate the risk of broken pipes and water damage as it was freezing and the temperatures were supposed to drop again that night. We finally got around to assessing and discussing the roof, and he gave me outstanding instruction, information and guidance, without trying to sell me a new roof, as I did not need one. Integrity is everything to me, and Alex from Four Seasons Roofing went above and beyond in offering quality customer service in roofing (and HVAC maintenance, and home preservation, LOL)! People who truly care about other people are hard to find, and this man went out of his way to help me, even beyond what he was required to do. read more

I had my roof replaced and the returns capped. I am beyond satisfied with the work done. Chris and his team were amazing! From the first call, Chris was pleasant, courteous, and very professional. When on site to do an estimate and appraise what needed to do be done, he took the time to answer all of my questions, provide options, and explain all the work that would be done. When it was time to do the work, the lawn was covered, the work was done thoroughly and meticulously (the caps and fascia looks AMAZING) and with the utmost care. They paid attention to detail and neatness. What impressed me even more was that they cleaned up impeccably - this is something I rarely see with roof contractors. Both my neighbors had their roofs done and my yard was a mess for weeks. My yard and my neighbors' yards are spotless. I HIGHLY recommend this company without reservation. We by accident became involved with Four Seasons Roofing during our walk with our dog in our neighborhood. We were waiting for another company to give us an estimate for our roof that was damaged in a wind storm. So down the road came a work truck with Four Seasons Roofing on the side. We flagged it down, and asked if he was coming or had come by our address? The worker stated; "No, but would you like me to look at your roof"? With that Shawn Royston came back to our address, unloaded his ladder, got on our roof, and took pictures of all the damage. He was absolutely wonderful, thorough, with a sense of humor, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. Last week we just had our roof completed by Four Seasons Roofing and they did a fantastic, and beautiful job. The job was completed in a day as Shawn stated. The crew worked super hard, and Sonny who was the crew chief was absolutely wonderful, helpful, and answered all of our questions. Shawn was also present during the day, and also at the end of the day, to ensure all work had been completed. One of our concerns to Shawn when we met was our gardens, and flowers throughout our yard. They were so respectful of our yard and when they left at 7:00pm, you would never have known any work was completed In our yard. The grass is still beautiful as well as all gardens. Everybody's roofs were leaking after all this rain and it took A LOT for me to find a roofer who would even pick up the phone for a repair. Some even said "we're not taking repairs" and hung up on me. Four Seasons took my call, booked the estimate, and Ron called the day of the estimate to see if he could come by early. He gave me the quote and booked the job earlier than I anticipated - the workers showed up on time, were respectful, kind and efficient. They carefully preserved the old cupola they were removing from my roof and carried it down so I could save it and even offered to fasten the weather vane back on for me. They did more work than we though needed to be done and did it beautifully and cleanly. I *highly* recommend. read more
