Made my girlfriend completely at ease, helped her feel confident in the fact that he was going to take care of everything. Short story is, girlfriend was at work went to grab lunch found tire was flat on her lifted Jeep. Tried the default manufacturers jack but was too small. Nothing she had worked and all her coworkers couldn't assist. I was at work in another city and looked online for roadside assistance. This was the closest and the gentleman on the other end was really friendly and understanding. Was upfront with prices and said he would leave immediately. He arrived 29 minutes later. Which in the afternoon rush hour means he was really fast. He jacked up the Jeep, took the tire off and removed the tire from the rim. Pulling a 7 inch metal rod from her wheel. He was able to patch the tire, fill it back up with air, reattach the tire and place the cover over the rim from the tools in his van. The man came prepared for anything. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the DFW area who is looking for professional service at a great rate.
