He tightened everything up, explained the issue, and didn't even charge me for it. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism. A lot of places could have tried to sell me on repairs I didn't need, but they were straightforward and helpful. Great customer service and definitely earned my trust. Highly recommend!

Was going to be over $500 for everything he suggested. I passed. Went home. Checked all that for myself. Brake Fluid? Clean. Picture of my "nasty" brake fluid needing changed attached. Compressor absolutely turns on. I can HEAR IT. Didnt bother checking power steering because so far all ive seen is confirmed lies. Basically, if youre willing to be ripped off, these are the guys to go to. Theyre gonna drain your clean brake fluid AND your wallet all in under an hour.

I immediately pulled into the Jiffy Lube parking lot. For some reason all my lug nuts came loose. I parked my trailer, and took my truck down to Pep Boys to get five new lug nuts. I came back to Jiffy Lube, and Matt, the assistant manager, helped me jack up my trailer and put on the new lug nuts in the freezing cold 29-31 degrees outside. I just wanted to thank Matt for going above and beyond. I was more than willing to do all of it as a former Army Diesel Mechanic, but great to have the help, and the torque wrench to get tightened correctly.

The Davis shop has been my go to place for all 5 of my behicle; 5 drivers/5 vehicles. I've worked with them under the old managment and the new. I've seen a number of managers come and go, turnover is to be expected. I've been able to work with each one. I understand that they're going to suggest additional preventative care it goes with the territory. Each time I've taken their suggestions into consideration and either acted on it or had them add it to the vehicle's notes for future work. Each time they've honored my decision and we work well together. Work on my vehicles include, oil changes, inspections, engine and coolant flushes, front end alignments, head gasket replacement, coil replacement, and AC work. Their prices have always been reasonable. When the work is outside their skill set (interior work)they've pointed to other ships in town. They back up their work. Once after a major job and my truck broke down in Fort Worth, I was reimbursed for the tow and the repair was free! I've read many poor reviews but I'm here to say these guys are good guys! My vehicles include a 2001 Ford F-150 with 310K miles, 2003 Toyota Camry with 150K miles, 2007 Honda Accord with 89K miles , 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan with 212K miles, 2008 Dodge Durango with 160K miles on it.

Scott Skid the owner is not standing behind his company's motto and service. Within 48 hours and 49 miles of me getting my vehicle back from them my check engine light came on and a message saying engine compartments are hot. Heath the service manager had me sit in their shop for 3 hours because the shop foreman was servicing other vehicles, only to tell me my spark plugs had residue over them and fouled out. I advised Heath that I didn't bring my car in with bad spark plugs on a check engine light. Heath stated it must be coincidental. I advised Heath when the initial inspection was completed there wasn't any concerns for misfires. Heath turned me away. I was forced to attempt to resolve the issue on my own. I even brought this concern up to Scott Skidd, the owner and he is refusing to take accountability for what his team did. He keeps saying they never did an inspection on my vehicle when they clearly inspect vehicles everytime they are brought in. He doesn't even know how to repair vehicles. I have a 2018 BMW 540i that i take great care of. Had just purchased brand new run flat tires $1500. Who would purchase BRAND NEW TIRES on a vehicle they don't take care of?!?! I never should have let this shop touch it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FOREIGN VEHICLES TO THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They will not honor their service commitment to you.
