I called this towing to try and locate my car that I was having to live in I had lost my job due to a car wreck so had no job me and my husband where having problems so we had split up ! No job no home and no where to stay I was staying in my car most nights but had stayed at families for the night bc sleeping in my car was causing me alot of pain so my aunt had allowed me to stay there in a bed for night! While there my car was repoed I called 911 and the finance company not sure how the repoed business was ran for this was first time I had ever had a car repoed ! They would not tell me any info but 911 said contact the finance company and vise versa ! So I decided to call every towimh company until I found out which one had it so I went down the list I called this company asking if they had picked this car up and explained to him my situation he was really understanding and compassionate ! Very willing to help even offered to help me locate the car himself! Very willing to help and giving of his time not many folks do that anymore so I would recommend this company to anyone and I will no longer ever call anyone but them for my towing needs ! When they arrived, they refused to drive to the Detached garage because there was grass. I explained the road was previously gravel used by trucks and tractors, but because it had grass on it, they canceled my request and left. I called them back to see why my request was canceled, and they hung up on me without a response. I called AAA to get another towing company that will drive on a gravel road with grass. I will NOT be using Lucky 13 for any of my other tows!

AnyWho, ONE call to this company and they gave me an ETA of 30 minutes and they were there in 28. The customer service was great, very accommodating, huge truck, which let me sit in the back very comfortably. They got me to my destination and "thanked me for my business " before I could "thank them for their service..." I use this platform more often than not to let people know the companies that I experience and if they should stay away But this is a few times I must say call them call Personally, I will call them first, especially if you're not in a good situation and would like a Tow with great customer service
