A very beautiful and peaceful experience through the area on the railroad tracks. The area was taken care of and I had no complaints. While waiting for the people in front of you to start, there are big umbrellas provided on the bikes for when you're waiting in the sun. (Very helpful, we used ours!) The bike has a motor so you aren't using your own muscle power, and one person is assigned the brakes and overall pedal power. I recommend assigning the best fit person to operate the bike as they'll power the bike the most. They offer 2 seaters and 4 seaters, I had a 4 seater. The front seat pedals don't move the bike much, but its still fun to ride! I would love to visit again and/or visit their other locations! 100% recommend!

After weeks of trying to get a call back was told they would give us a 10% credit for our hassles. This was our first stop of weeklong vacation so had to add in laundry mat to clean all our clothes to make sure nothing left the hotel. Found a total of 14 roaches in the room. Since sites are independent was told by Corporate that they could suggest to the site a resolve but the site manager just stop responding after the discount offer. Being full capacity is more important than safety of guest.

One of the booths was Boone Creek Creamery. Since I love cheese, I had to indulge and buy myself some! I love hot and spicy, so two of the flavors I got were "Sassy" (Sharp Cheddar with peppercorn and red pepper) and "Habanero" (Sharp White Cheddar with Habanero Peppers). Sassy was unexpectedly wonderful. Rather than hitting the tongue with heat, the heat was more in the back of the mouth and throat and lingered. No too much, but not too little either. Delicious. The Habanero on the other hand, exploded with heat from the initial bite. This one didn't hold back, it was full-on HOT! Way too often things that advertise Habanero try to be delicate... this cheese was not delicate in any way. It was HAWT!! And I'm a huge fan!! My third block is Blueberry White Cheddar. I haven't had any of it yet, but I have no doubt it will be epic! This was such a pleasant unexpected find. If you are in Lexington and like cheese... check them out. You won't be disappointed!!

We appreciated that they were studying in a field that applied to whiskey production and thus were able to explain concepts and methods in a scientific way that might not come up on your typical distillery tour. The tour included some pleasantries that we did not encounter on other tours such as the bourbon ball and opportunity to taste white dog off the still. Other treats included tasting the mash, thieving straight from a barrel on the column still floor, sampling the different bourbons and overall touring of the historic building. The complimentary glasses were appreciated and the "original old fashioned" from the bar afterwards was a great way to wrap up the tour. Whether your first, last or only stop for a distillery tour, I would recommend this one for an all inclusive experience. Our guide absolutely earned our gratuity with the passion and knowledge they displayed. Do recommend!
