I have used them for maybe about 6 trips so far, and never had a problem. I had a trip booked for last year, but covid cancelled it. I was notified in plenty of time about my options. And was even able to rebook the same trip, same date for this year, with a credit, because the price dropped during Covid. I highly recommend them. They are my go to for all inclusive resorts. Just do your checking when choosing resorts, check the reviews. Check the TripAdvisor ratings of resorts. Google is your friend, use it. read more

This is definitely the worst company ever. My family and I booked a 7 day 6 nights trip to Jamaica and I just received my travel documents showing we wouldn't get there till 6/9/21!!! I paid for air fare and hotel from 6/8-6/14. I spent 6hrs on hold today, to then be hung up on since they close at 8pm. I'm going to have my family member who works for the FBI to investigate these scammers! They did the same thing to my mother and father with their booking. read more

I thought about writing this review long and hard because I never do this but I just can not believe that a business can operate the way that All Inclusive Outlet does. I have called the help number and waited 2 hours on hold only to not reach any customer service representative. Then I found the "message your specialist" section on the website and was so happy to receive a quick respond from Kim on 6/29 who told me she could help me change my travel dates. I was so happy! But now the panic has set because I am still waiting on my travel change confirmation that I have now approved twice. As the days continue to pass the price continues to rise regardless of how quickly I approve both quotes that were given to me. Not to mention that I am beginning to panic. This is the worst place to process a resveration!!! I got scammed! Don't believe the website reviews on there website like I did that's what made me even process the resveration with this company in the, Thank you for your email. You should have now received a travel invoice in your inbox with all of your travel details regarding your flight, hotel accommodations, and transfers purchased. Electronic travel documents will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours which you will want to print out and bring with you to Mexico. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. Stay away from this scam! 2 weeks ago, I purchased a 5 day trip to DR. They got me a cheap ticket, and when I got to DR, I had to stay in my hotel room because everything that they included in the trip I paid for, was all a fraud. I had to stay in my room because the hotel or whatever they said was going to hand over the ' All inclusive package/credit' during check-in, didn't exist. I had to purchase literally everything that I should have gotten as a part of my travel package in the 1st place. Trust me, you're better off purchasing through tripadvisor or other reputable travel sites than this. They give you a number to call in case you run into issues, but they never pick up or respond to emails. I tried to cancel my reservation (Booking #Q12B00VX) for a trip for 2022.  I would like to express how dissatisfied I am with your company and its customer service, I started with messaging support on your website portal with my inquiries on regarding my trip.  I got a response from someone named Kelly Martin who didn't even correctly acknowledge what I was asking.  When I sent back multiple messages correcting her I got no response.  I then tried to message Amy Hiles and that was sent back undeliverable. So I tried calling the support number and got a Sales rep who asked for my booking number, identified that it was a year away and said, 'Your trip is for next year so you can wait for Kelly Martin to respond.  We are only dealing with current reservations." I am not understanding how a trip I just booked and need to change/cancel is disregarded as not important? I was also told by this sales rep, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, that there was none.  Then I asked to speak to someone in corporate and was told that there was no corporate.  Funny, I was able to find you, perhaps you need to inform your sales team/support team that you do exist! I would like someone to contact me so I can get my trip canceled and that I get reimbursed my $500.00 deposit.  I do not trust just canceling online as I want to make sure I receive my refund based on other feedback on your company (Jim L review). Do not recommend! I have spent HOURS on hold, emailed 5 days ago, and left messages for a trip happening in 2 days. Cannot get ahold of anyone to cancel. Please someone answer us! When I addressed this with them, they stated I would be able to book another location with no penalty. The next day, they told me I was not able to change the vacation and I was stuck with the $2,000 charge. They then offered me $100 in site credits as if I would ever book there again. I would highly recommend (allinclusiveoutlet.com). Everything that we were told was done above and beyond. They handled every aspect of our vacation, flights, transportation and resort! Attentive friendly staff during one of the busiest times of the year and traveling during the pandemic was a breeze because of the staff. This is ridiculous!! I sent an email minutes after booking a near $2,200 vacation to Costa Rica, requested a cancelation. No one has replied. I have been on hold phone for close to 1:40 MINUTES, STILL HOLDING . This so frustrating as I really need to cancel this reservation. Can someone please get back to me? 06.10.21 Update. I finally did get a response from AIO. My concern was not about the changing of flights as described in the response from the marketing person from AIO. To be fair, the day after I booked, I requested to change my flight only to be told that someone would be contacting me regarding my request at a later time. This never happened. Over a month ago, I requested my entire booking be canceled or possibly rescheduled because of the high rate of Covid in Cancun. There were multiple news outlets reporting that Cancun was at a high risk for shut down. I did not want to take this chance as I had purchased the travel insurance. Several weeks later, on May 27th I received a message from Aaliyah Minor with information regarding my request for cancellation. I responded to her message the same day. Called her direct number that went straight to voice mail. Left multiple message about canceling or rescheduling over the course of time leading up to me posting my Yelp review. At the time of my Yelp review, I was panicking because I could not get in touch with a representative from AIO and still did not show a refund on my credit card and had no way of knowing if my reservation was still valid - it was! Now, I'm scrambling to cancel my other vacation plans that I made because I thought that this trip had been canceled and now going to Cancun because I no longer trust AIO and would have lost $1700 in airline fees. Today as I'm logged into the airline account to prepay for luggage, I discover that something is wonky with my airline booking and I need to again pay for my luggage for my connecting flight. I call the airline and discover that the 3rd party vendor that I used for booking (AIO) booked me 2 non stop flights and not a connecting flight. In order to not have to find my luggage in Orlando, re-check bags, go again through TSA and hopefully not miss my flight; I had to spend an additional $249 to get the flights corrected. Because you can't leave "0" stars. Horrible experience. Booked a trip to Cancun through them, which they pushed off to a third-rate travel company. CDC changes with COVID have us needing to cancel. Hotel says full refund - American Airlines says travel credit for a year - but we are being told hundreds of dollars in cancellation fees apply via voicemail, but can't get through to speak to anyone. This is the first time I've gone through All Inclusive Outlet and admittedly, I was a little nervous. I was wrong to be. The agents kept in close contact with me prior to our trip, ensured that I had the proper travel documents, and responded to my email inquiries in a very timely manner, usually the same day. Upon arrival in Cancun, my kids and I were met by a gentleman who was in charge of our transfer from the airport to our resort. Although I had paid only for shared transportation, he managed to get us private transportation in a Lincoln Navigator. The day we left, our driver was on time and got us to the airport even earlier than anticipated. We were met by another agent, who actually went to the trouble of running our passports through the kiosk in order for us to have our boarding passes printed out. He made sure we were in the correct place--and customs was INSANELY busy, so that was no small feat--and was extremely kind and helpful. I am so impressed. I doubt I'll ever be able to afford another vacation (ha), but if my luck changes I will definitely go through All Inclusive Outlet again. Oh and their prices are the lowest around. :) read more

My family books trips to Mexico twice a year (for 20 years) and we used All Inclusive Outlet a few times before with no problems. The last trip, last year (which was $25,000 for our extended family) was a nightmare trying to communicate with them. Noone would answer phone calls or emails. The day before we travelled, I was on hold for 2 hours and 30 minutes (I have a screen shot of the hold time) before someone picked up and said they would transfer me to Travel Impressions. Literally they sent us updated travel documents that we were waiting for (and tried to contact them about WAY before our trip) late the night before travelling!! Also, when booking, they told us because of COVID our hotel and airline were allowing full refund if cancelling. We had to cancel 2 of our travelers (within allowable cancellation timeframe) and couldn't get ahold of anyone to get the refunds! Come to find out, she told us we only get travel credit. I am POSITIVE she told us full refund because that was the only way my parents would pay for this trip was if it was fully refundable (during COVID). Fast forward to now......we booked another family trip with them ($15,000) *ONLY* because we had our travel credits we obviously wanted to use. Here we go again.....our trip is booked but we can't get ahold of them after leaving repeated voicemails, emails, etc. about a change we are trying to make with the rooms. Also, part of the payment won't go through online through their "convenient" portal system they use. You call the number and get a recording that basically tells you to fill out a form online and they will get back to you within a week! I don't get why they don't want our business? Like I said, we travel often to Mexico and use agencies or online booking companies and this is the absolute worst company I have dealt with. I WILL NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN. Utterly disappointed. Last year I booked a vacation through All Inclusive Outlet to Jamaica WITH cancellation insurance. We were supposed to leave in Early April. Due to Covid-19 we had to cancel, and contact All Inclusive Outlet in March. They would NOT take our request until two weeks before the trip. We reached out 2 weeks before the trip and they refused to give us our money back before 90 days. What a scam. It looks like we won't get anything back. It is now May 14. I paid them over $4,000 in January, so they have had our money for four months. We have not heard anything about our refund. Good business people do not do people like this. If I could give zero stars I would. We have a trip booked to Jamaica in November for a wedding. We booked only the resort through AIO. We decided to shift the dates of our trip a few days earlier and add a day. This should be a simple request that we should just be able to do ourselves on the website. I started with an emailed request and got an automated response followed by an email a day later stating an agent would be assigned to our request and that requests were being handled based on urgency. Fine, totally understandable. A week later I hadn't heard anything so I messaged them through the website asking for an update. No response and no agent has been assigned to us. I waited 2 more weeks before trying to call. I was on hold for over 2 hours before finally leaving a voicemail since I had to go to work. No call back. I sent another email. It has now been another week. It should not take 3 weeks to process a simple request. While I realize that we aren't traveling until November, it's for a wedding, there will be over 300 people, and the resort WILL sell out. The customer service is completely unacceptable and I will be posting reviews everywhere I can advising people to stay away! read more

What a disaster working with this company through COVID has been. We had to move our honeymoon due to a delayed wedding. It is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. If you call the main number, they put you on hold regardless of the options you select for about 10 minutes then ask to leave a voicemail. If you call the agent you are working with, they don't answer. I've called probably 50 times in the past week and left 4 or 5 messages to the general number and to my specific agent, and requested multiple times in email to speak to our agent or anyone or a manager and nobody has ever called us back. We have exchanged approximately 20 emails with the agent with nothing but excuses as to why they can't work with us or help us. Instead of moving our trip with the resort, they cancelled it. When attempting to rebook, they informed us that it is now $3K more expensive, even though our flights are now $1K cheaper. We looked up different options offered at other resorts during the cyber week and asked to book them. They informed us that they can't book at some of the resorts as their "tour operator" does not offer them, and the others they offered us worse rooms with higher rates (dead serious - a lower tier room with a higher total) than what we could get off of Google. They don't proactively work with you or help you at all. The only reason we used this company was because they saved us more money than booking direct with our original booking before the COVID age. With everything changing and plans constantly needing to be modified, this is DEFINITELY NOT the company you want to be working with. I'd recommend until everything is open fully and no plans need to be changed or tentative several years from now, you AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unfortunately they already took thousands from us as a deposit from our original booking and are refusing to refund and want us to pay more for worse rooms now so please don't end up a fool like me. Hotel gave me a the worst possible room in first floor. Horrible experience thank god im still alive being a single woman.
