I put (All Inclusive Tag & Estate Sales LLC) on my DO NOT GO TO LIST ! Because honestly it's cheaper to shop on e-bay, at least e-bay has a return policy. So if you are looking for a pleasant estate sales experience with good bargains, don't waste your time with (All Inclusive Tag & Estate Sales LLC) because the lines are too long to get in and as people trickle out empty handed, they are all complaining about the ridiculous prices. Brenda's sales feel more like in-person eBay auctions, with extremely high asking prices. Many of the items are priced based on unsold eBay listings that have been sitting for months...except you're not shopping online, you're digging through dusty boxes in a basement. Don't expect bargains or to leave feeling like you got a good deal. Her sales often require a second weekend simply because most of the items are still sitting there after the first, due to her asking prices. read more

ASTRONOMICAL pricing. I understand you're in business to make money, but prices higher than antique stores or eBay. I know the replies to other poor reviews state that she has 800 people at a sale, but if they don't buy due to overpricing, it doesn't really matter. There has to be a happy medium. I can imagine this house still being full on Sunday, with the owner left to either pack themselves or pay them a high cost to do so. I have heard from other people who have been in the business that this is an estate sale company tactic - overcharge, then the owner doesn't want that stuff anyway, so the company gets to keep the goods to resell at normal prices after the fact. Or then they get paid to pack it all up. I just think there's a hierarchy, and estate sales should not be charging prices higher than ebay and antique stores. I'm a big fan of this woman and her company, so I felt like leaving a review. Such a sweet woman who runs the sales THE RIGHT WAY. No tricky stuff with the lists, first person to arrive starts and stays with the list. Very simple. These simple rules have been lost by many other companies who bring in their own people to purchase items or manipulate the list. Im glad that I found them. Items are priced fair for both the family and the customers -- and they work with you when you're buying a bunch of stuff. Oh, my, the prices were ridiculously high! Many were more than the retail value. I saw collectibles at twice the price they sell for on eBay. Most of the people walked out with no purchases. I got the impression that most of the items would be left unsold at these prices and I can't imagine that would be good for the estate. Might be good for the person who offers to buy the leftovers at a lump sum, though. Seems that might be a good reason to inflate the prices at the sale. read more

Brenda and her team is super cool you will not find people more nice, professional, and ethical. She sets the rules and follows them it's normally the first 10 people that are allowed to go into the house (of course that depends on the size of the house but this is just I think a general rule ) you have to stay there so there's no nonsense about people signing up their friends (she comes out personally and checks the list to the people that are waiting to get into house) she is the only one that I've seen ever do this and it's super fair and super ethical ... She's very fair with the prices she's very professional I've been doing this for 20 years and she's one of the best in the business by far... I will definitely be looking out for her future sales ... Just as a sidenote I woke up this morning to get to a good sale that is next to my house in Harrison New York ...I woke up at 5:30 got to my local tag sale and I am number 27 because the numbers are gone before I ever get there it's just the way a lot of people do things.... very unethical... Brenda is a breath of fresh air we need more people like her doing Tagsales!! One of the sales that I went to Brenda had A whole bunch of very very expensive books that the gentleman that owned the house collected all his life. Brenda and her team got two tables and set them up in the middle of the living room and made sure that this man's legacy was respected and handled properly her staff literally kept an eye on the books the entire time.. The general public at times it does not respect and handle peoples personal property the correct way and buy her staging this man's legacy the way she did you could tell she took great pride and time and effort to do this... The last sale I want to I was absolutely blown away the person had literally hundreds of towels and blankets and linens and when I walked into the house it looked like it was a Macy's display the way they were all folded and put together and I said Wow that person really took great care of organizing all that stuff and she smiled and said her and her staff did that and literally took them three hours that's the kind of detail and staging and effort she puts into her sales I never seen anything like it I was absolutely blown away to be honest She cares about the little things that most people would never think about I'm telling you if you need somebody to do your sale she would be the first person I would call you will not find a more honest hard-working smart Person in the business without a doubt I never seen anything like it and I've been going to Tagsales all my life I'm 57... I would highly highly recommend her if you were going to consider an estate sale for your house you will not get a more qualified honest person believe me when I tell you she is the best in the business read more

Her sales will leave you feeling angry which is not how estate sales are supposed to go. I wish I could permanently block all of Brenda All-inclusive Tag &Estate Sales from ever coming up when I search. She prices higher than eBay. Whether you are first in line or you've come on the third day, she won't budge with her astronomical pricing. When you raise an eyebrow at the price she quotes you, she loves to use the famous line "oh this belonged to so-and-so in the family and they wanted to get this price for it" One time, she said there was a rule that day..where I had to stay in the front room of a house and purchase everything I wanted from that front room, before being able to look at any other room. Well, other people were making piles and moving to other parts of the house and somehow they knew her and weren't be given the same rules that I was having to abide by. All Inclusive is one of my favorite estate sale companies. Brenda and her team are always very friendly and helpful, prices are fair, and selection is usually great. In addition, I like her sign up process for estate sale entry on the first day of the sale. The first person comes and starts a list and stays with it. This practice is simple and fair and pretty much guarantees there will be no chaos on the first day of the sale. This weekend I had the unexpected pleasure of meeting the owners of AIE at one of their sales and I have to say that it's been a long time since I met such a pleasant and knowledgeable couple of Tag Sale professionals. These guys knew their stuff and had no trouble balancing their obligations to their homeowner by finding the right price to empty the home, all the while being polite and respectful to me and the other Buyer's. I only have regrets about hiring this company. I was helping my elderly Aunt with the sale and clean out of the home she had lived in for almost 60 years. Throughout the process I found the owner to be difficult to work with. Things that neighbors and friends of my aunt told me that they overheard and saw at the sale were shocking. The mountains of trash they left was shameful. (Although when I complained she offered to repack boxes at the rate of $500/day) Items were found broken. She never provided signed contract as I asked. I don't think that there is anything special that they did that I couldn't have done with the help of a few friends. My opinion is that you handle the clean out of your home yourself and if that is not an option, I would never recommend this company. read more

Wow, just reading the reviews for ALL INCLUSIVE Tag and Estate Sales My experiences with this company are so much like James C and David G. and after reading Jack M and Jacquelyn W's review, I wondered if Jack and Jacquelyn are the Same Person ??? They used words like overpriced, rude, Cursing ????, unfair and terrible. I really disagree bc I have attended some of these sales and found each and every one of the employees and the boss, to be the exact opposite of the way J and J describe them... I found them more than fair and really quite sociable...It is mean to try to pit employees against each other by saying only 1 man out of the usual 6 to 7 people waiting to help you, was nice... Yes, the man at the Front Door is really nice , if it's Nick you are talkin about, and so are the rest.... I have NEVER heard Cursing except from potential buyers who were furious when their lowball offers were not accepted. I give them 5 Stars and I hope this # is accepted by readers.. I stopped in on the last hour of one of All Inclusive Tag & Estate Sales. I noticed the house was still full and when I went to get a price on the items I picked out, I was given a price that was ridicules over priced for items that did not justify the asking price.
