$400 "professional" installation. The job was a simple a deadbolt install and he did so so much damage to our door. We reached out to the company multiple times afterward with no response. Obviously we would never use this company again. Edit: response is just not true. We were told an in frame bracket would be a lot more and wouldn't be worth it as long as we were comfortable the bracket not being flush. The tech ended up hammering the door and not properly screwing in the hardware making any future work a lot more complicated. It was a new deadbolt install, the tech cut the door to prep the install, there would be no reason the purchased lock isn't compatible. The tech even made the mistake of cutting an incorrect hole which he said he would deliver a plug and never did. It's clear the finished work isn't properly done, the initial agreement on it being flush within the frame is something else. We tried to reach out many times via email and cell after since we felt a $50 refund did not resolve our issue and we wanted to work with you offline. Worst customer service ever. I wouldn't trust these people. Had lock changed. Broke within a week. Took 13 days to come back. Safety issue couldn't open back door of business.... horrible and very unprofessional. They might come and break in afterwards is how I felt when asking questions about the lock they installed. Do not hesitate to use All Keys for any keying needs! I called them on a Sunday, hoping to get a quote to get a key cut and another cut and programmed. After calling and texting with the owner he was like "I'm nearby, I can be there when I'm done with another customer." I was expecting an appointment later in the week. Not only did he beat me to my home but he patiently waited a few minutes and got everything done quickly and professionally. The pricing was far better than the dealer ship and the fact that he comes to you makes it worth it. A+ service, so friendly, and more than helpful. I will be calling again if we need any keys cut. UPDATE/EDIT: After an uncomfortable text exchange with an associate; the owner called and apologized, explained the services we received and offered a partial refund. We consider issue resolved. ORIGINAL ISSUE: I had them change locks in February 2022. We wrote them a check in February of 2022 and they cashed in January of 2023. I'm not upset I had to pay for the service. But I'm ticked they held my check for 11 months without so much as a courtesy call. read more

I could not be happier. Hamza was extremely quick to respond, very friendly, and exceptionally knowledgeable. I reached out on a Friday about needing locks removed and replaced on my a/c unit cage and my crawl space. I received unasked-for same day service, although they kept changing the time earlier (and then eventually arrived at the first time quoted without telling me they'd be that late). Like most locksmiths, the job was expensive. But they did a good job, so I would have given them a four star rating. To clarify, I would have given them a four star rating except for their tip policy. They try to guilt customers into massive tips based on a percentage of the high cost of the job (including hardware), rather than the time spent. No, I will never tip someone $70 for a 20 minute job. I had to write in a custom tip to get it down to $10. I might have tipped $20 otherwise, but I was mad they were trying to screw me. read more

My car ignition was jammed. The key would not go in and the car would not start. After various google searches, I discovered I needed a professional locksmith. I found that All Keys had the best reviews and prices. I called the following morning. Hamza came out as promised. He tried various methods to get the key in the ignition, because most of the time it is a simple fix. This was not the case. The problem was a little more complicated and the entire ignition needed to be replaced, but Hamza had the replacement part! The whole process took about two hours because the problem was complex. We chatted as he worked and he explained that most companies to cheap fixes just for a quick buck, and explained why my ignition had gone bad and showed me the fault in the broken one; he also had a knowledge for locks. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Called and informed service provider that I was locked out of my vehicle due to misplacing my keys. I was told that he would be arriving in 30 min. I needed a car key cut immediately. The callback and service was prompt, and the quote was far below $250 quoted by 2 other locksmiths I spoke to. The tech appeared very knowledgable and surprised me by offering to make me an exact replica of the factory key/fob setup for an additional $100 whereas the other locksmiths couldn't offer that option. The replica works seamlessly. But the tech had a hard time programming the "spare"key - base model without the buttons. He informed me that he'd need to use a higher grade programmer-thing that costs an additional $40 if successful. I felt that was BS since on the phone he promised me a flat rate on the basic key, not to mention it couldn't be proved whether the failure was due to some electrical issue in my car or in his machinery. He admitted that he made a mistake assuming that the standard equip would work on my car and wanted to try it anyway to satisfy his curiosity. It didn't work. In the future they should quote a rate that gives themselves wiggle room for mistakes and then stick with that rate. Customers HATE surprise upcharges. I would've been 5-star satisfied if the quote had been $20 higher without him budging on the amount. Although I always feel ripped off in car- related expenditures, I had a good experience with All Keys. The tech was even available by phone for a follow-up question I had about the new key. I came out of it with a brand new key and fob plus a dud that opens the doors for $180. I would use them again and hope to get the same tech. I wish I knew his name.... read more

I just bought my first home and called All Keys Locksmith to make an appointment for the following day. Hamza called before heading offer to reconfirm our appointment and upon arrival, did a great job of advising me of what kind of lock would be best on my front door. I was worried about security, and he suggested I switch the lock but continually emphasized it was my decision. It certainly didn't feel like I was being upsold, and he even checked the screws in the door frame to ensure that the door would not easily be kicked in. Today I locked my keys in the car at a gas station. I called all keys and a nice gentleman answered. I told him the situation and he estimated 35min-1hr for someone to show up and that I'd have a tech call with their eta. That never happened. An hour and a half passed, by this point I had called 3 times every 20 or so minutes, the third time notifying the guy on the phone that the tech never called. He sounded really apologetic and like he was going to get right on it. Another 15 or so minutes have passed and still no call. So I call a 4th and 5th time back to back, which rang until voicemail and it was clear I was just not going to get serviced at that point. I had to call another locksmith which still took them another 30 minutes (mind you they arrived when they said they would, and had a tech reach out ASAP with an eta) which put me at a grand total of 2.5 hrs time in a gas station parking lot. I called on a Saturday evening, made an appointment for Sunday. The "smart lock" I had purchased was defective in its smart features. Hamza had to go on to other appointments but came back at 10:45PM on a Sunday to give me peace of mind on installing a new smart lock that I purchased in the interim on a unit where I had security issues and would be traveling the rest of the week. He's coming back Thursday to replace the rest of the locks on the unit and install a Ring doorbell. He wouldn't take payment for the Sunday work and charged me a perfectly reasonable price on Thursday. I cannot thank him enough for his honesty, excellent work, and even better customer service. We used all keys to unlock a filing cabinet. It cost us $150. They were lifesavers! They were responsive. I called them at 8 PM and they responded at 4 PM the next day.
