The Hygienist did an excellent job, she was very professional, but also was very personable and kept the atmosphere comfortable. Dr. Bonikowske, and her assistant are the Very Best duo that have ever worked in my mouth! (and there have been many) Doctor Bonikowske is very meticulous in her work, but very gentle in my mouth, and she always keeps me informed on what is going on, she is just the Best at her profession! Every time I've gone to ForwardDental, the Receptionist has always been really friendly and professional, while taking care of her many tasks, including adhering to keeping people safe from Covit-19! I still have a few appts. on the schedule, but I'm sure that I'll be coming back for years to come!

I went to him with clear symptoms of a dental issue--significant pain and a visible swelling on my gum. Instead of taking it seriously or performing a thorough evaluation, he dismissed my concerns and told me it was not a dental problem. When I tried to advocate for myself, I was told I could go to Marquette's dental school so they could "tell me the same thing" because I was wrong. Being spoken to that way while in pain was not only dismissive, but completely unprofessional. Because I wasn't properly treated, I had to seek care elsewhere and was eventually given antibiotics by my primary doctor. The problem improved temporarily but was never resolved. Now, nearly a year later, I am dealing with the exact same issue in the exact same location. A different dentist has since confirmed that the tooth requires a ROOT CANAL--meaning the dental infection was there ALL along and was missed. This experience delayed proper treatment and caused unnecessary pain and stress. No patient should be dismissed or spoken to this way when they are seeking help. I would not trust this provider with my care and strongly recommend going ANYWHERE else if you want to be taken seriously. Thanks a-lot again Azim Presswala. You do not even deserve to be called a dental professional.

She's great with kids and adults both. Never had I had a bad experience and I've been seeing her for 9 years+. I came back here to get a second cleaning and my dental hygienist Sue is super nice. She's very good at explaining things and knows my sensitive spots on my teeth. She's so helpful with addressing my questions and concerns. When I asked her what she likes about her job most, she said it's the people that comes here. She one of the patients/clients came here saying it's like seeing family members. It's true. They're so kind and respectful that you feel welcomed there like family. I recommend this place. Other endodontists on my insurance plan wanted me to wait over a month. I presented for a consultation regarding a redo of a root canal. The staff were courteous, professional and polite. The dental assist was skilled, very kind and gentle. Dr Sharma was one of the nicest people I have dealt with in a long time. Very knowledgeable, humble, incredible bedside manner. Although he could have recommended, and I really wanted, a redo of the root canal performed by a general dentist many years ago, Dr Sharma was very firm, polite and apologetic that a redo would almost certainly fail, clearly gave the reasons why, explained his reasoning thoroughly using CT and plain xray images. He then arranged for oral surgery consult in my region. I traveled over 100 mikes to see him and it was well worth the trip. I most highly recommend Dr Sharma.
