He had to give me the hard news of needing my wisdom teeth removed and also needing to have my cavities filled. He was able to give me a referral to a lovely oral surgeon who took care of my wisdom tooth extraction easily and he took care of all of the cavities. He truly cares about your comfort during the experience as well and uses longer acting topical agents for numbing so your pain doesn't come back as soon as your filling is completed. He explains things well and gives you enough information to make informed decisions. He treats you with a lot of respect as well. The front desk staff is really kind as well and he makes it easy for you to get in for appointments.

As soon as you walk in, Haley will greet you and she is just so lovely! She knows all of their patients by name and even their partners (I got my husband to go there too). The hygienists are professional and thorough with their cleaning. This is a no judgement zone! I had not been to the dentist in a bit and they treated me with respect and patience. They do not usually take insurance but you can get reimbursed by your insurance after. Although this does not work for everyone, I recommend looking into it to see if this is an option because I swear this is the best dentist in MKE!

One of the many things I love about Milwaukee is that they have kept their architecture and old buildings. I think there is actually a historical society on the first floor. Anyway, while the building is quaint, the office is warm and up to date. Everyone from the front office, to the hygienist, to Dr. Zeeb are very nice and make you feel comfortable. I have to be honest I am that person who has dental anxiety, I do not know why but whenever I go to the dentist I sincerely get palpitations. Everyone in this office makes you feel very at ease. I had a full exam in which unfortunately resulted in the diagnosis that I need to have some cavities filled. However, Dr. Zeeb showed me the x-rays and explained everything thoroughly and showing me the pictures and my options. Betty was my hygienist and she is very gentle and works very quickly! Dawn at the front desk is really good about working with tricky schedules, getting insurance information and reminders. The smile I was promised was very short lived and soon after I paid for my services i have returned several times after my front teeth simply come unglued time and time again. My dream smile has never been the product as I was promised and Now that Dr. Michael Giolovin has left the practice and the The dentists at South Shore group claim no responsibility for my ongoing problem with my teeth falling off. Their solution? They say it's bite issue and they simply want to wash their hands of their responsibilities sending me away in tears and without a plan to manage and fix the job of fixing my teeth as the group guaranteed on consultation. On my last visit 7/25 a co-owner and dentist, Christian Harteu gave me a letter sending me to see yet another specialist, leaving me with loose veneers and no one wants to be responsible for Dr. Mike's work now that he has moved his practice to Florida. He seems to keep up to date on recent dental research and seems very attentive to any of our dental needs without going overboard with recommending procedures. Also, the TVs with cable in the dental chairs are a nice touch. They were also excellent with our 1 year old son! I thought he would run away when he saw the dental tools, but they made it fun without pressure if they couldn't finish the cleaning. They were able to finish though with minimal crying. They made it fun for him! They had a cartoon on the TV and let him see the equipment before using it. He also liked his sticker at the end. The waiting room has a nice view of the river, but I never spend too much time looking at it. Wait times are always very short! Also, they are very flexible with us when scheduling or rescheduling our appointments. I can't speak for the parking, because we live very nearby and walk. There is a for pay structure attached to the building. I'm not sure if they validate or not. I love having such a great dentist so close to us!
