Absolutely awesome service! Chris was quick and efficient when I came in looking for someone to fix my bumper. It had been halfway torn off and secured with a rope. The entire front looked brand new, but what I didn't expect was how nice the rest of the car looks (I'm assuming hand washed, but I didn't ask), including a deep cleaning scrub of my interior! Absolutely amazing! I came to Jim with honestly a impossible situation.. Something I would have even turned down myself and most did! But Jim still took me in and helped me out. He went above and beyond on my car even when I had damage prior to my accident, he took the time to notify me and assured me he would take care of it. Through this whole situation Jim had nothing but compassion and strong will! He even went out of his way to detail the inside of my car. I felt it necessary to write a review outlining the unprofessional and terrible experience I had with All Makes Collision Center. First, Jim was recommended to me. My 1968 Dodge Charger was in an accident and needed repair and extensive body work. I dropped the car off and he kept the car for 3 months and no work was ever done. The car was never covered, so when it was picked up it had all kinds of dust and dirt on the exterior from the painting and grinding in his shop. The interior of the car also was full of dust and dirt because it was never covered up. There was a broken window that was unable to be rolled up, so you would think to avoid dirt and debris entering the interior through that broken windows they would have covered the open window area to avoid this! Jim first quoted $21,000 and then advised it would be $50,000. They also put a small dent in the right front Fender that was still in good condition after the accident. There was no dent when I left it at their shop. Jim continuously lied to me about parts he was supposedly getting and that it was taking longer than expected when in fact he never got any of the parts and was dishonest. I will start out by saying that Jim Brinkley is the most dishonest man I have ever met or had the extreme displeasure to work with. I bought a project car from Jim about 5 years ago. He asked for all the money up front. I liked him and trusted him. He promised me that the car came with all the parts to rebuild it "new and in the boxes. 5 years later I still have only gotten about 80% off them. I received the engine just a month ago. I had to ge a Lawyer to get that. He even tried to cheat me on that. It took so long that the project had to be abandoned. he has told me literally hundreds of lies over the last 5 years about where the parts are and when he is going to get them to me. After I purchased the car friends and people in the hobby contacted me and told me their horror stories. They told me "he will never give you what he promised" and they were right. His reputation in the area is horrible. As an example an engine he sold me he said was a 1969 COPO 427. Turns out it is not a 427. It is not a COPO motor nor is it a 1969 it is a 1973 454. Just an example. He simply cannot tell the Truth. For those of you with good experience's with him, I am happy for you, but I will also will tell you that Chris is the reason that he is still in business. He is honest, talented and a wonderful person. If you are working with an Insurance Company, they know who they are dealing with and will keep Jim honest. Do not do business with him outside of insurance. NEVER pay him till he is absolutely finished, and you are happy. Even with Insurance, if he tells you he has done something extra for your, he is probably lying. If he calls you "buddy" run for the hills. read more

I stumbled upon this shop and got a good vibe from the reviews as everyone was actually using the name of the guy who helped them - Jim! And they weren't wrong. From the second I arrived there, Jim was over the top fantastic with his customer service and help. I have never been in an accident before, so I didn't really know what I was doing. Jim helped me call my insurance company, and scheduled my rental car and even had someone pick me up and take me to get the rental. The insurance company wanted to total my car, but Jim was able to find a way to make it work. My job has long hours and I only have one weekday off. I was hoping my car would be ready that day so I could pick it up, but it took a little longer than expected thanks to waiting for the dealership to deliver one last small part. So the next day, Jim stayed after hours on his own time to wait for me to get off work and rush over there to get my car. In no way did he have to do that, but I am so grateful that he did. Brought "Ruby", my red Corvette Convertible dream car, to All Makes after she got hit in the nose by some debris that flew off a lawn truck . Jim looked her over and explained what had to be done to repair the damage. I also had him look at some other minor dings to get fixed while he had her. Truly disappointed with the quality of their work and service. About a year ago I had my roof repaired by this business. Unfortunately a leak occurred in the front and back of my car after they fixed the roof damage. I took the car back in and the leak was fixed in the back but the front continued leaking. I called again for about 2-3 weeks trying to schedule a time to bring my car in to get it fixed and they we're always busy. I told the owner I was going up to school and needed to get this leak fixed and he finally told me to bring it in. I brought it in on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready in a day or two. Fast forward to Friday and the owner tells me that afternoon that my car will be ready on Monday. The only problem was that I told him I was leaving for college on sunday (This was the entire reason I was finally able to bring it in.) So he tells me it will be ready in an hour. Ok...? I pick it up and as I'm driving away he tells me to call him tomorrow if it still leaks. I'm almost sure no work was actually done to fix it. I spent another 2 weeks trying to get the car in for a fix and was told the person who would fix the leak was not responding. Since then the car has been sold (with the leak.) Overall this was a terrible experience. There seemed to be no pride in the quality of work done. There was no desire to fix a problem that THEY CAUSED. Avoid this place. read more
