I called all metroplex plumbing on a Saturday morning. I spoke with Carlos, who was very helpful! I told him about a foul odor coming from our sink in the bathroom. I also said that if it wasn't too expensive, I would have him replace the guts of a toilet, which I've done before, but don't like doing it anymore due to my age. He called me back late Saturday morning, and said they had an opening, so they came out mere hours after I initially called. I enjoyed meeting Mario, who gave me a price for all the work needing to be accomplished, which turned out to be quite a bit less than two other quotes I had received. Mario was fast and efficient, and the price was so amazing that I went ahead and had him replaced the guts of a different toilet as well. It seems that I have finally found a plumber who's not trying to rip us off. Call them! And whatever you do, avoid CW plumbing! read more

We contacted All Metroplex Plumbing for a toilet leaking and a showerhead and handle replacement. CARLOS was quick to respond to schedule an appointment. He showed up on time. The new toilet was installed. We had to remove tile in the shower before replacing the shower hardware, he connected us with a tile guy Alfonso Valdez. They teamed together to get the job done to our satifaction and the price was reasonable price. Cleaned up and helped us with various things we needed done in addition to the toilet and shower hardware. Overall we a VERY please. We will use both again. Great team. read more

Having had All Metroplex Plumbing do some work with positive results for us a few years ago, we kept their fridge magnet. When I ran into a plumbing issue, All Metroplex Plumbing is the first company we called. This project turned out to be a major project replacing the sewer line from the front door, under the driveway to the city connection. We did get two other quotes from companies that are well known. All Metroplex Plumbing's estimate was significantly less. Communication with Carlos was very good. He was patient describing how he proposed to fix our plumbing and answering the numerous questions we kept coming up with. He and his crew were punctual and took care to remove our grass so they could put it back. The trenching and cutting of the driveway were clean and the installation was well done. I had an issue with our natural gas firepit that I wasn't comfortable to address so my wife sent out a request to her network for a plumber recommendation. She got an immediate referral with high marks for Carlos . Carlos called us back immediately (on a Sunday !) and said he would come out Monday morning. He would have been there immediately if it had been an emergency! Bottom line not only did he fix the issue but he found several others that were serious gas connection problems. Yikes! Carlos got it all fixed up to code and was very professional in explaining what he needed to do and providing an upfront estimate. Carlos is reliable and will fix it right the first time. Oh, btw it should be noted that not all plumbers will work on fire pits. My wife liked his work so much she had him replace several faucets that had become out of fashion and had him drain our water heater that was making popcorn noises from our yucky Plano water. Called Carlos to come out and change two spigots and install a new tankless system. He shows up, we have a conversation and he saves me $4000 by going over the economics of a tankless system, its complexity and the changes we'll need to make. However, if I want to do it, he'll have it done at his next free appt... 2 days later. Understand that I was ready to just spend 5500 on the system. Home depot gave me the run-around, etc. If you are hear reading reviews, you already have your scars. He talks me into the tank. 2 hours later, calls me and says he can come over on Saturday. Installs the tank and spigots in 3 hours. So Carlos is out there working on the spigots, and then needs to check on Mario's work on the tank. My garage is a workshop, filled with sawdust, carpentry tools. Not a clean place. Carlos washes his shoes because he **might** bring in something on his soles. All in, 2 days later, 1500. The only clean spot in my garage is where Carlos cleaned the floor. I know you are looking for a plumber. I am telling you. This is THE guy. Humble, knowledgeable, has all the right tools, parts.. .no crazy trips halfway through the job. Oh. One more thing. The tank was full of sediment, rust, broken dreams, etc. So he and his guy made 10 trips with 5 gallon bucket to dump the water he drained from the tank from the top because the drain valve was jammed. This is a bit late, since I had this service done about a month ago. During the hard freeze of winter, my outside spigot had frozen and broke somewhere behind the wall. I called and made an appointment--based on Yelp reviews. The next day Carlos came, exactly on time. It took about an hour, and when he left, the spigot looked better than the one my builder had installed, and the cement around it was a better job. It cost eighty-five dollars, which was a high penalty for leaving the hose hooked up in the winter. (I'm blaming the dog, for getting poo stuck in his fur and needing an emergency hose down.) I looked online, and it's a tad on the high side for the repair. But considering it was done right the first time, and there was ZERO stress, it was worth it. I wanted to make sure the repair worked when the hose was being used, so I waited for the review. I also feel weird when I'm asked to post a review on Yelp. I planned to, but that's also part of the reason I waited. I'm sure folks do what they need to do for their business. read more

Wednesday night about 10:15 at night water starting coming up through my shower, toilets and guest bathtub. Wow, not good. I called All Metroplex Plumbing because I thought one of the vent stacks might be plugged, causing odors from our sink/garbage disposal unit. Carlos came over the same day, took a look at the unit, the speed at which water drained, etc., and explained why it was not likely a problem with the vent stack. He thought it was the garbage disposal unit, despite the fact that I thought I had cleaned it thoroughly, and he suggested a couple of additional things I could do to stop the odor. I wanted to pay for the service call, because he definitely used his expertise, and that should be paid for, but he said no charge. (By the way, his first suggestion worked and the odor is gone.) I've had Carlos over twice, and each time he has been friendly, understanding, and doesn't ever gouge you on the price of his job. I've been very pleased with the level of service I've had and now have a plumber for life. I wish there were more service industry people like him. UPDATE: I had to Call Carlos again.
