The polite and patient tech took his time and located what I needed and gave me the estimate. I was told it would take a couple of weeks for the screen to be sent from overseas and I would be called when it was ready. After about 3 few weeks I called and was told it was ready. I went here about a mouth ago to fix my screen On my iPhone. Few weeks later I had a notification on my phone saying the iPhone doesn't recognize the new screen. After a few days that notification went away. Then shortly after I have a pink line running vertically on the phone. Went in to see if they could fix my screen as it should be covered by some type of warranty. They blamed me saying it's from physical damage and would have to buy a whole New screen. I had a cracked phone screen and needed a fast, competent repair but I got even more. The night before I scouted Yelp for the higher rated repair facilities and sent estimate requests to several. Two replied promptly that same evening. Quick Fix was among the lowest at $169 (iPhone 12Pro screen). I later discovered a check-in discount via Yelp of $25! I went in the next morning shorty after they opened at 10am and met Brennon, their newest technician at this location, and a gem of a human being - kind, patient, and informative. While I could see several jobs pending in trays at the back of the lobby -- and as the only employee at that moment he also had to answer two phone calls -- Brennon assured me he could get the replacement completed in less than 90 minutes. Barely an hour later he called (my backup/work phone) with the good news that all went well and my iPhone was ready. With the Yelp bonus and after taxes, it came to just over $150. During the "tablet spin" I happily added a $10 tip for the tremendously personal and fast service. Their work comes with a warranty and you can purchase an additional warranty that I'm rethinking as I type! If I remember, for $29 extra you get screen replacement for life, with no deductible. Whaaat?! I like that there are three of these establishments in Tucson as that gives me comfort that they stand behind their name and warranty. There is easy parking in this small strip mall with Quick Fix located in between Peach Skin and an Army Recruiting office. The lobby is airy, clean, and inviting. read more

I needed my iPhone 14 back glass replaced. Quick Fix was the only shop in town that had it in stock and for the price/timeline was fair. Took less than 6 hours to get my phone back. After I got my phone back, it was having some issues powering on/off. I took it back the next day and they realized during the previous install, they needed to replace an additional item. They were able to get the part within a day and had my phone, back up and running. Great staff and high quality workmanship. Easy, fast, reasonably priced. After a tragic dropping of my iPhone I could not muster the energy to go to the Apple store for repairs. Quikfix was a breeze. I used the $25 off any service with yelp check in so my iPhone 6 Plus screen was only $65 to repair. The check in offer is only listed on one of their other locations yelps, they will still honor it! Hopefully they can get that check in offer added to all their locations soon. I called ahead to make sure they had my screen in stock and they said to walk in anytime. Took them less than 30 minutes to make the repair. My phone is good as new, I've had it repaired for about a week now and have had no issues. The staff I worked with, Dustin I think, was professional and friendly. He offered and explained their insurance plan to me, when I declined he did not push or make me feel uncomfortable about saying no. One phone repair place said it would take a week to get a new glass back for the cracked one on my phone -- and it would cost half the price of a new phone. Another phone repair place said they couldn't fix my phone because it was too new... when I asked, they recommended Quik Fix, which I'd never heard of. The store is a big empty room with a counter and a workbench at one end. Don't walk out! The friendly employee at the counter looked at my phone for a moment and said that the back probably didn't need to be replaced; he thought there was a lens protector with the crack. He was right. He peeled it off and handed me the phone -- no charge. I could order a lens protector online much cheaper than they could get one, he said. As I left, the other employee wished me a lovely day. I visited te Quick Fix on Wimot near BroadwAY. My issue was the charger would not connect to my phone for charging. I discoverd this at 10:30 p.m., PANIC MODE. I went online to find a solution. Saturday morning, I took the phone in for repair. I was serviced by Nick, wonderfu gentlemen. I had my phone back in my hand, working properly in less than 5 minutes. I was told the charging port had something stuck inside preventing me from plugging in. You can imagine how I felt to know this was something minor. I asked the cost of the repair, there was none. Over the last few weeks my iPhone hadn't been connecting to my chargers, which as you can imagine, would be pretty frustrating. I had a problem with the screen light on my cell phone not coming on. I went to the Batteries Plus on Wilmot in Tucson to ask for their help. I advised Antonio that I could receive calls on the phone but, since I could not get the screen to light up, couldn't do anything else. He asked me if he could have the phone for 1/2 hour and I said yes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I came back to the store after about 45 minutes, and he handed me my repaired phone, which only needed a system reset. I asked him how much I owed him, and he said nothing. Seriously bad experience with phone repair.I called and ordered a new screen for my Andriod phone. After a couple of weeks I called to check and found the order had never been placed. Reordered and weeks later was told that screen was lost in shipment. Reordered and 2 weeks later got my screen replaced and ordered a new battery. While the battery was being replaced they broke the new screen.Had to use a loaner phone while reordering another screen. New screen replaced again but glue didn't hold and phone was unusable. I took it in and left it with them overnight so they could get it glued securely. When I went to pick it up the next day they hadn't even glued it yet. I had to wait. This was a total of 3 months of nightmare for someone that uses their phone for their lively hood. Even now it occasionally ticks and flips through apps or is nonresponisive but I will never take it there again. read more

I stopped in at this location on Wilmot today. My phone wasn't charging correctly. I was helped by a great employee (shame on me for not getting your name, guy with nose piercing). Turned out my phone just needed the charging port cleaned to be charging properly. The man cleaned it, checked to make sure it charged properly, and sent me out the door. The whole time he was really nice, didn't charge for the quick diagnosis, and had me out the door in under 15 minutes. The inside of the store was very clean, neatly decorated with smashed phone and tablet screens (assuming from repaired items brought in?) and had a nice sitting area. This was horrible service!! My son went and drop his phone for a back cover replacement on his iPhone 12 (it was broken) they supposedly need 24 hours and when he went back to get it, not only that it wasn't ready, but they ruined the screen which was in perfect condition, and they will not own their mistake, since apparently this happens all the time, and people are ok paying an extra 245 dlls for a part that they damage, all they have to do is telling in advance.. I don't understand how they are still in business, there's no warranty if they damage your phone!! They took advantage of my 20 year old son on my opinion...so if you have an iPhone 12 I recommend to go somewhere that would warranty their job since apparently is so common for this model to break and end up worse than before the "repair" and obviously more expensive (over 400dlls) cause you have to pay for their mistake!! My screen was cracked but still worked on my iPhone X but was just ugly. Went to this place for the price but it definitely you get what you pay for. The colors are off and don't look like they use to, the push to move the cursor feature isn't as responsive, the screen has static retention for a few seconds when you scroll, it lags when scrolling and isn't smooth. I could have gotten the same quality screen for a hole lot less off Amazon. I would highly highly highly recommend going to best buy and get an oem screen! Im not happy with this one at all but I guess I'm out of luck. The kid working the counter acts like he knows everything and you or not knowledgeable even though I've been with geek squad for over 16 years. I went to the East location on Wilmot to get my screen fixed and I wanted to say that Nick did a great job. He honored the price and time he quoted me over the phone. When I got the screen swapped, the first one he gave me wouldn't read finger prints like it is supposed to. So, without question, Nick took it back and fixed it. He also did a great job explaining the Nano Screen protector and I took one of those too. Overall, I'm impressed by the service and speed in which it was delivered. It was cheaper than going directly through the apple store or their approved vendor. And it was done (twice technically, not Nick's fault) within an hour. Apple wanted me to wait until next Monday (5 days) and the approved vendor wanted me to send it in and wait for 7-10 days for my phone to come back.
