Needing a tow is already stressful, and this company made it ten times worse with their terrible attitude and complete lack of basic customer service. Businesses like this should not be operating if they can't treat people with basic human decency. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This was a complete waste of time, money, and patience.
