Two weeks later, I went to drop off the bike and a different guy helped check me in. He was cold and apparently couldn't care less. The next day, I picked up my bike and a third person helped me. That guy is the only reason I'll ever return to Wheaton's because he was awesome, caring, and had great customer service skills. I'll include a picture of him. my 75 year old wife, wanting to support local business, stopped here to discuss upgrading to an…read moree-bike. during the course of that conversation, the salesman abruptly turned and walked away from her to address a customer with a flat tire on his bike. we went directly from there to REI in Kalispell and after about a 25 minute discussion, she ordered a Cannondale that cost almost $4,000. after receiving and riding her new bike, She is now in love with REI and Cannondale.

And then we were told that they were done yesterday, an entire WEEK late, and when we got there today the guy was all "Oh can I have an extra hour or hour and a half?" The hell? Does "ready to pick up" mean something different to them than it does to me? We came back an hour or so later, and he gave the us two of the bikes back...the third was forgotten in the bowels of the repair shop. So we had the pleasure of waiting another 45 minutes for the repairs to be done on the last bike. In a nutshell, this place is disorganized and although the repairs were done, and I suppose you could say the guy was nice (but who cares about nice when the inefficiency is sending you into a blind rage!), it took so damn long I would never go back here. What a waste of time.

Some said they had it outside and covered. They just lied through their teeth to this day which is over a year since we picked it up. They still haven't finished it. They were supposed to be getting part for the back window. They said it had to be special ordered. We just stopped in two days ago again and the manager still couldn't talk to us a special order piece of aluminum to go around the back window trim I will never recommend them to anybody. Had my 2017 Chevy Silverado brought in due to hitting a deer. The body work was done really good…read morebut my stereo/ entertainment system won't power on or anything. Was working fully before ohs had it. This isn't the only vehicle we have had issues with. My mom Honda fit has a short or something wrong on the dash display that off and on has the fuel gauge info and millage display lines and hashes. Have to hit it real hard few times to get it set back right. Then my sisters car has issues too. They where very rude and told me no that they never did anything when yes your shop guys did something to my system
