The first time I ever hired movers I had a pretty good experience. The last time I hired movers, it was a bad experience. It made me nervous to do it again. But All N All Moving was phenomenal. Best movers I've ever used. They helped with our move this morning. I booked them only a couple weeks in advance. The process was very easy. Prices were just about what others are charging, but just slightly less which I appreciated. I asked that the movers call me 15 minutes before arrival which they absolutely did. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They emptied my storage unit and loaded their truck in just under an hour. We were so impressed. They quickly made it to our new home, unloaded the truck, and moved our belongings into our 2 story house. 117 degrees and they handled it like champs. I got the best crew today. They were quick, friendly, and followed instructions (like what to put where) without issue. I'll never use other movers again. Just these guys moving forward. They do excellent work. read more

Update March 2023: I chose All N All again for my move and my moving team this time was Chris and Eric. They did an outstanding job, just like I remember! It was rainy today and they took extra care to make sure that my belongings were packed securely and nothing slipped or got muddy. When I asked for a last minute request to drop off an item that I no longer had room for at my new place, they were able to make accommodations without trouble. I sent them an email to which they did not respond. I have been angry about this for the past 3 1/2 months but I was busy unpacking and doing all the things associated with a move. I was going to just let it go as one of life's bad experiences but , when a friend of mine at my old apartment (who saw my damaged items) called me and said "you should have used the mover I saw here today, All n All , that had EVERYTHING wrapped" , the anger over what they did to my stuff just resurfaced. They offer "extra" help (for extra $) for packing and unpacking and maybe you don't get the white glove treatment unless you spend the extra money for the "extra" service. read more

I have let this review get away from me in the sense of how long I waited to get around to it. However, I wanted to ensure I gave a shout out to the entire team at All N All Moving for helping me with my recent move. For me, it was very small (a few pieces of furniture, chair, Christmas tree, and half a dozen heavy boxes). From the time I used the website for fielding a quote to speaking with them on the phone, scheduling, and day-of service; everything was as I was advised and exceeded expectations from the execution side. I had a 3-man team that all worked well together, kept me in my billing window, and handled the 1 flight of stairs at my new apartment with ease (despite the heavy nature to some of the large, oak furniture). Outside of running a little late from their prior job before coming to me (and forgetting to call before my window expired), there is nothing they could have done any better in handling my property and my time. It makes me so sad to have to write this review. After a wonderful experience with this company years ago I contacted them again for my upcoming move. Called a month in advance and had a great conversation with David. He even offered me a discount for being a repeat customer. I called Monday to confirm our move for Saturday. He told me I wasn't on the schedule, then 2 hours later said all moves are canceled due to a covid exposure. My guess is he tried to find some guys last minute since he forgot to book me and when he could he pulled the covid card. He didn't seem very apologetic either. Let's be honest, it's important to know the reviews of the company you choose to help you with your move, but what really matters are the two guys that show up with the truck to actually do the move. Tristan and Terrel were awesome! They called and said they were running early and asked if we were ready for them. I gave them directions on where best to park to accommodate ease of access and from that point forward they were "on it". The came in, introduced themselves and immediately got to work. This moving company is absolutely incredible. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. We literally had the day from hell when the moving company we had previously booked decided it was too hot (94, which is balmy for PHX) and that they had to walk too far to take our stuff from the truck to the elevator (we moved into a high rise). We were left with no one to unload our U-Haul from Nevada while also dealing with some pretty critical time constraints. After seeing the awesome reviews on Yelp, I requested an estimate and was contacted almost immediately by David. He was completely accommodating and was able to get his crew to head over after they finished another job. By this time, it was 6pm and these guys were probably exhausted. That didn't seem to matter; all of the movers had incredibly helpful, positive attitudes and a true commitment to getting the job done. We even had some pretty big hang ups--our HOA shut down the elevator and confiscated the elevator key, harassment from security and the HOA board President due to an after hours move...none of that stopped these guys. To ensure we had all of our stuff and were moved in, EVERY SINGLE BOX was carried up the stairs by hand. For reference, we had a 26' truck. That's A LOT of boxes. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. Seriously, these guys are superheroes and I cannot recommend them enough. You have a very good chance of getting good movers and having a great experience but if that off chance (20% by these reviews C+ chance by BBB) you have anything go wrong; the owner will deny everything, blame you and result to insults if you press for a better response. (See the other bad reviews too... it's the same unprofessional responses and anger) When it comes to a big life event like a move, this is a tough risk to take! See his responses below. It's almost comical (unless you spent over $600 like we did) :( 6/5/19 I sent an email on 5/24 and still no reply and zero effort to make up for the extra $$ we had to spend. 1. we had most of our belongings already in a front room, and it still took 4.5 hours to load the truck 2. the movers did not make use of all of the space and said we couldn't fit more. After they left, we removed a few feet of stuff, added more and replaced the stuff we removed, we still had to rent a pull behind trailer ($250) to get more of our stuff. We did this move 3 years ago and ALL of our things fit in a 26 foot truck! This time a 6x6 shelf, a dining table, a grill, a 6' shelf and 2 additional couches did not make it?? I had to leave behind things I didn't want to. 3. the movers did not listen well... removing things that shouldn't be taken, had to remind them several times of things they didn't get yet, and when we unloaded in WA 3 items were loaded that were NOT supposed to be. 4. They did NOT use blankets all everything they should have and we have a lot of scratches now and one broken shelf. We still had 6 moving blankets available to them for use. 5. Once the unloading began in WA, I discovered that about half way in.. a few feet of top space was not filled! We had a quite a bit of light items that could've been put up there and secured with blankets and clothing. We spent $445.47 for 4.5 hours and not all of our items were loaded. Plus we had to spend an extra $250 on al pull behind and still have to do loading ourselves. I am 5 months pregnant and really couldn't do much. We had options to hire just a couple random strong guys to do this job, but we wanted professionals... I am not sure we got that. Owner's First Email response: Good morning, I did speak with the guys, they did their best to pack the container as they were directed. Anything that may have been damaged in boxes as they did not miss handle any of the boxes. If we did not pack the boxes we are not liable for anything that was damaged in the boxes.For anything that would not fit that was at the movers discretion from a liability standpoint. If they believed that something could get damaged during the move they would not stack something inappropriately. I apologize I have been out of town an now coming back to this, we do apologize for any miscommunication. (me) I said nothing of damaged boxes, only damaged furniture that was not wrapped by this guy's workers. and he is ignoring all my other issues of wasted time, not listening, extra money needing to be spent. I was super excited to use this company. I had scheduled with them what seemed to me last minute and they were extremely accommodating and friendly...until moving day! Their communication was less than satisfactory on moving day! I even tried to communicate with them.that they could come earlier than planned. David the owner said he would contact his guys and call me back. No call back. Now its 2pm and they are supposed to be at my home, no movers, no phone call nothing. I had to message them on Yelp to get a response and they tell me that the drivers had been trying to call me, now that's a lie. And then they tell me oh, they had the wrong number...odd how I called and spoke to David at length the day prior and day off. The movers show up 50 minutes late, broke my desk and one guy thought pick up and delivery took at least 5 phone calls. So of course now if they would've showed up on time, everything could've been done within 2 hours. They were packed up in less than an hour. Going from N Phoenix to Chandler we then got stuck with rush hour traffic!! The text messages attached are appaulikg, rude, crude, disrespectful, and uncalled for. These messages are from the owner! By the time they got to my new home, had just had them dump my stuff, put the bed together and leave. So drivers if you're reading this, you did not get a tip because of your boss. I was charged an extra hour because they were late and were stuck in traffic. If they would've showed up on time there would not have been an issue. read more

These guys are awesome. Their prices are competitive compared to other moving companies here on Yelp and they will do everything within their power to make sure you're satisfied. Both the movers showed bright and early and got to work immediately. It's always bothered me in the past when movers show up and are either extremely awkward or unfriendly. All In All Movers were friendly, courteous, and even got a few laughs out of me. I had a dresser and queen sized bed that someone was supposed to pick up from me the next day. Unfortunately that person wasn't able to come around and pick it up - I was worried that I'd be forced to leave the bed in my apartment and get charged a crazy fee from my management. But David (the owner) took time out of his schedule and picked it up for me the next day for free. If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is. definitely recommend All In All. We highly recommend All 'N All Moving! We were referred to them and decided to give them a try after talking with David the owner. He is friendly and knowledgable since he has done this for a while now. He has a very large truck that can hold a tremendous amount if needed. He really made us feel at ease with an easy, affordable hourly rate and knowing just the right questions to ask...even suggesting the best way to move all the clothes in our closets. All 'n all, my wife and I really love All 'N All Moving! That was my quick review. If you are interested in more of the details that have prompted this rave review, please keep reading. We have used quite a few movers over the years, luckily we have had only good ones. But All 'N All Moving went above and beyond. We have never seen a mover be so careful, yet fast at the same time. Just little things really made a big difference as well. Like covering the door jams with a blanket for protection, and using something called a Speed Pack (a giant box that holds other boxes or items that really speeds up the process). We have so much stuff! Besides furniture, there's things for my business, boxes and boxes (we actually use mostly bins) of our crafting supplies, daughters room, and the usual "too many of everything but it's hard to throw away" stuff. We labeled everything with color coded stickies to make it easier. It takes a lot of planning, but it never fails, the morning of the move is a crazy and stressful day. I bet some marriages don't survive moving days! (Glad my wife and I are mostly on the same page). Luckily David arrived on time, with a call beforehand with his ETA. He arrived eager, with a plan and in a friendly, calm manner. Having moved the same large furniture many times over the years, I have watched other movers really struggle with it from a second level, angling it around tight stairwells and corners...maneuvering down stairs, etc...making dents and scrapes in the wall. But David and his helper handled it very well! They even padded items that needed it or wrapped things up in plastic. He recognized right away that the king size mattress would be a nightmare to bend around our small staircase with short ceiling and organized a quick "over the railing" technique as his helper grabbed the other end from below. Piece of cake! I was actually ready for a piece of cake at this point but there was still so much to do. Our move had a stop off at our storage unit. Second floor. Yeah, this was not the world's easiest move. My wife was not even sure the 10 X 10 we had just purchased would hold all our stuff. David said "no problem" and went right to work. It was like a game of Tetris. It went fast and was loaded perfectly, with room to spare! The last stop was our new place. We were all glad to see a nice clean, single level space with easy access, and boxes labeled as to where they go. All 'N All put our king size bed together in a timely manner. Our clothes were in big garment boxes Dave had brought just for us. As he dropped them off, we simply unloaded our clothes into our closet, then he took the boxes away. Such a smart way of doing it! Moving is never easy, and almost always stressful. David and his helper really helped out tremendously in relieving that stress. This is the way to move! We hired this firm based on previous reviews and we were not disappointed. We were moving from Phoenix to Prescott and the team showed up on time and was very efficient. Unfortunately their truck broke down on the grade and had to be towed all the way back to Phoenix along with our stuff. One of my favorite mottos is "it's not the problem but how you handle the problem that makes a difference". Patrick kept me informed of the entire situation. Many companies would have just waited til the next day but this team went above and beyond and ensured us we would still have our things delivered. The team offloaded our stuff from one truck and put it on another who's crew thought they were done for the day but they sucked it up and drove all the way up to Prescott as promised and delivered. That crew probably didn't get home til at least 9 PM. When the owner found out about our inconvenience of having to wait around for 7 hours he gave us a small credit and apologized for our troubles. This is a company that clearly cares about customer satisfaction and though it would have been nice to have no issues, watching this team respond was impressive. Very competitive on the cost estimate and the actual cost invoiced was very fair with no surprises at all. Moved a one-bedroom apartment into a 10x15 storage unit where I was afraid it would not fit. They showed up this morning unprepared after providing pictures of item to be moved. 3 men very friendly but were not equipped with dollies or correct truck to load heavy items. Owner said he'd be back in the evening however after requesting them to show proof of liability coverage per request of property management refused to provide the certificate and passed on the job after assuring me he'd be back. Unprofessional business and worrisome they couldn't provide proof of liability insurance. Seek another moving company. Not happy with their service at all! Very disappointed. read more

I can't say enough about how amazing this company was to us. I called in a panic at 1pm because another company had left us high and dry and never showed up! Ruby was so sweet and amazing. She was empathetic and IMMEDIATELY went into fix it mode. She called us back within 5 minutes to tell us that we had workers coming by 3. Matt showed up and jumped right in and started moving stuff out, when Patrick got there (he had been on his Way to see a family member in the nursing home but turned around to made sure we had help), he jumped in with Matt and they knocked it out of the park. These guys get top grade, they were so incredibly accomidating! We moved from out of state and had a unique situation, we needed All N All to meet our truck (a 52 foot trailer that we had only rented a section of) and unload our shrink wrapped pallets, break them down, load it onto their truck and then transport and move our stuff into our home. Due to some weather, the truck was a day late and so we were forced to do this on a Sunday ( a 116° Day!). They owner (I think is David) kept in contact with us for updates about our truck and always reassured us that they will be there to move us in. They made all this happen in a timely manner and the movers themselves were so pleasant and professional!!! They made the last part of the whole incredibly stressful process...Stress free. Let me begin by saying DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I know what you're thinking, "this is some crazy person that gets upset about the smallest thing." Well, let me tell you, you're very wrong. I am someone that won't send food back if it's bad at a restaurant...I don't really complain about many things. I never write reviews. Period. Good or bad. HOWEVER, I had such a bad experience with this moving company (especially the unprofessionalism of the owner) that I felt compelled to make sure no one would ever use their company and have to endure the same experience that I did. There was a bunch of damage to our stuff that the owner refused to acknowledge - including an expensive grill, smoker top, grill covers ripped, newly painted walls/trim ruined/dented, desk completely dented (the owner literally didn't respond to me when I texted him proof). Let it be known we specifically hired this company to move our fridge onto the main floor in our townhouse - which happens to be the second floor. There were no questions asked of us before the job about what types of furniture we were moving, only about the size of our house and location and floors. Get this though! The owner was basically trying to tell me on the phone that it's my fault that the movers couldn't take the fridge upstairs with only two people, when their company NEVER asked me what type of furniture we would be moving. How am I supposed to know that it's more than a two person job to move a fridge, that's why I'm hiring professional movers in the first place.... It should be THEIR job to ask the right questions before scheduling a job. The movers "attempted" for LITERALLY 45 freaking min. to get the fridge upstairs and only got it onto the landing step inside the front door, then called the owner who advised them to give up and not complete the job. I later asked the owner after texting him the photos of our damaged things (and again, him never replying) if he would be willing to at the VERY LEAST send a crew with more people to bring up the fridge (WE WERE DESPERATE) and he said he could MaYbE have them drop by at the end of the next day for an ADDITIONAL fee. (For the job we had already paid $500+ for them to do the first time...and didn't successfully complete plus all the damages to our stuff). Save your money and sanity. Go with someone else. I wish we would have. Oh, p.s. if you made it this far in reading lol, we had two friends (with no professional moving experience) drop by to help us move the fridge and they succeeded in literally 30 minutes. So yeah, this moving company sucks. And should have refunded us. Hopefully the owner learns from his mistake and will learn to not be so prideful and will treat customers with more respect in the future. read more

We were desperate for last minute moving help and I definitely couldn't have found a better group of guys to come in and save the day (and my back!) They were on time and they communicated with me often. This may sound strange but I was really impressed when they washed their hands before grabbing the mattress to take upstairs!! One of the worst experiences I've ever had with any company period. I thought it was a joke when (after waiting over an hour AFTER their communicated arrival time) one of the 2 movers they sent showed up in skin tight jeans that he could hardly even bend his knees in. I wish I would have taken pictures of this guy trying to lift objects -- it was like an actual comedy sketch where the point was to show exactly what NOT to do when picking up and transporting items. I could not believe I was paying an obscene hourly rate as I watched this before my eyes in agony. Many of our expensive items (including my gas BBQ and a brand new pellet grill) were totally destroyed in the move -- they didn't tie them down or secure them at all on the truck. They didn't even come prepared with an appliance dolly, or even a shoulder dolly or forearm forklift for that matter. Just a total disaster. The worst part is we actually chose this company over others that gave us cheaper quotes because we hoped this would be a "get what you pay for" situation. Let me be clear, you do NOT get what you pay for with these guys. You'd be better off renting a uhaul and paying a couple bucks to some high school kids. read more
