I bought an ex-military diesel generator at an online auction, which was located at a military yard near Tucson. I wasn't able to drive out from New Mexico to pick it up, so I posted an ad on the Tucson Craigslist asking for someone willing to transport the generator to New Mexico. Anthony of Team Hustle responded quickly, saying he'd be willing to take on the job, and shared pictures and info of his moving business. He was communicative throughout the process and easy to work with. More than that, he was flexible with changing requirements (trailer lights, a flat tire on the trailer when he picked it up, etc), and he arrived prepared to deal with these contingencies. He really went above and beyond, especially as this was not a simple matter of picking up a road-worthy trailer. Also, it turned out that the address the auction company had given me for pickup was wrong, and Anthony had to drive quite a ways out of his way to pick up the trailer. He didn't complain or tell me to find someone else; he simply got it done. Anthony stuck to the agreed-upon schedule and delivered when he said he would, and without issue. Requested service and it was starting out good. But when I gave feedback on how slow they were moving, one 2x2 box at a time. Standing around and talking on the phone and milking the time. Thought I had 3 hours but only scheduled two, disorganized to say the least. Went outside over working the guys I paid to move my stuff. They took advantage of this by being inside, being rude and yelling at my wife because they were mad. I walked inside and told them to leave the mover proceeded to get in my face and yell at me to justify why he was yelling at a pregnant woman who was watching out 1 year old. So the boss is the best part, called me a broken record, cursed and yelled at me. Listen if y'all can't act professional and take feedback y'all need to be in a different business. His justification for ALL OF THIS WAS BECAUSE MY "VIBE" WAS OFF. We hired team hustle for a move in around mid October, set up everything via Yelp then text and phone calls. Anthony was super cool and answered all the questions I had from what time they could move--I needed 4pmish because Of working from home and they were very accommodating. We communicated via text the day before to confirm that we were still on and confirming our addresses -everything was so hectic for us so I'm glad he reached out first! The arrival time on our Yelp message was 4-5 so I initially thought "wow it's only going to take them 1 hour to move us?!" But in reality that's the window of when they would actually arrive duh lol definitely didn't read that fully haha. they showed up around 5ish and we had everything packed and in the front rooms with a few big items in the bedrooms. Anthony had another guy with him and they got to work after we gave them a quick walk thru. They were quick in and out and got everything to the new place in one piece. My wife and I did what we call 'grab n go' so we had pretty much everything waiting for them to grab and put on the truck and just had them hand off anything that wasn't heavy to us at the new place. We did ask that They put our big items in the appropriate rooms which they did and we were all set. We were right at 3 hours so the price he quoted me was spot on. They were both super friendly and we had a few laughs. They offered to set up the bed but we were ok to do it ourself; we were missing a foot post that was left in their uhaul so I texted Anthony. The fact that you can reach your movers on their cell is important so we had open communication on getting that squared away and I'm ok with that ;) he took care of getting it to back to us and we are SO THANKFUL! All in all they were affordable, able to work around my work schedule, handle our big items, and got us from point A to point B literally lol. We were grateful they could help us out! We chose Team Hustle based on the reviews we read here on Yelp. We were not disappointed. We were able to move on a Sunday and encountered polite, friendly and hard-working movers who arrived with a 26 foot truck, dollies blankets and face masks of course. Door frames and furniture were well protected. The truck was unable to make it to the top of our very steep driveway so they had to push or carry everything at least 100 feet UPHILL to get to the entrance. Not one complaint! These guys were Amazing! I have moved over 6 times in the past 5 years and have had the spectrum of movers and moving companies. They were professional and really knew how to pack a truck. They got it all in one shot even though I probably needed a bigger truck. They wrapped every bit of furniture with pads and and open box or tub missing a lid, they plastic wrapped it so nothing would be lost. As their name suggests "Hustle" was on point. I underestimated the time it would take to move and had a deadline to get the moving truck back to U-haul. Thanks to their ability to go fast, organize, and prioritize, I returned the truck exactly on time. Not only are they experts at what they do, but they were fun and positive people which was an added bonus. Team Hustle prepared all our furniture and household goods for loading into the Penske rental truck we had rented. First of all, they immediately recognized that the truck we had was NOT going to be large enough. They worked incredibly well and fast as a team to use the furniture pads we had rented and the shrink wrap they had brought along to safely prepare each piece of furniture. They securely packed our rental truck from floor to ceiling, front to back, wasting no space. When the truck was unloaded at our new home out of state, there was NO damage! Terrific experience with Team Hustle on a local Tucson move . Gabriel and Ricky really DO hustle, and they have a great can-do attitude! They were extremely careful in loading all of our furniture and belongings from a 2 bedroom townhouse and delivered them to the new location completely intact. We also needed to get rid of several large items (mattress, box spring, TV, etc.), and for a very reasonable fee Gabriel took them to the dump; that was a huge relief and one less thing to worry about. I submitted a work order for Team Hustle with no advance notice (when ordering online through MovingHelpers, they allow you to select a meet up time, I thought "what the heck I'll try for right now and see what happens") , I pretty much knew that was impossible and expected them to call me back the next day to arrange a time. To my surprise Anthony called me back within 5minutes and started asking me questions about how much we would be moving, what location he would be picking up the truck at, etc. I asked how late they are open until and he said "until we get the job done!" I was so ecstatic to get my furniture into my new apartment sooner than expected. Our first roadblock was when the rental location I sent him to was already closed, but he was ready and willing to find me another open location! He made it there with 2 minutes to spare and picked up my rental! Him and his team member (I think Richard was his name) met me at my storage unit and blew me away with their communication skills with one another and their packaging skills. I was only moving big furniture items, I had scuffed all of it pretty badly moving it the first time and told them not to worry about wrapping anything bc it would save them some work, but they still wrapped everything in cloth and wrap and put fabric liners on the doors. Our second roadblock was my bed frame, it's huge and I was moving into a second floor apartment and the corner to get up to my apartment is about 3 feet wide, so i had prepared myself in advance that I might have to bite the bullet and get a new bed frame. Alas, they amazed me again and lifted, maneuvered, and waved their magic wands to get it up. I didn't witness this for certain but I'm pretty sure they had to lift it up the side of the stairwell, & that takes some serious muscle. They were so friendly and pleasant! I can't rave enough about how happy I was with their service! I've never hired movers before but I can certainly say I'm looking forward to requesting them again next time! read more

We had a great experience with Team Hustle Moving! Easy communication, extremely professional and courteous, timely, and you can't beat their prices. No extra fees for moving appliances or going between floors. They even brought all their own equipment, with the exception of the truck which we rented on our own. They plastic-wrapped everything ($20 extra for this feature but WELL worth it), and unwrapped them at the new location. Some pieces needed to be taken apart and they did that with the utmost care and put them back together again too. Everything arrived in perfect shape. Incredibly disappointing..what started off so promising ended up being any person's worst moving nightmare. Stood up on day of move with no cancellation text, no response whatsoever. I would highly caution anyone to use Team Hustle for their moving needs. I had set up a time with Team Hustle over a month prior to my move date. They were initially responsive and accommodating, with the lowest quote out of 10 moving companies for my moving needs. However they never did "shoot you a text to confirm" as they said they would. I called 1.5 weeks prior to the move date myself to confirm. They again were pleasant and remembered my move date and were accommodating when I asked if I could move my time to one hour earlier "no problem, you're our only appointment that day." They said "we will call you closer to the move date." The day before the move, I still had not received a call from them. I called, no response. On the day of the move, I started calling at time of move, no one picked up. I sent a message on Yelp 15 minutes after the start time hoping they would see that and got no response. Left another pleading Yelp message with my phone number and "please call me." Left a message on their listed phone number (520 869 1112). On around the 10th time of calling them, someone picked up and started talking in Spanish, I asked "Is this Team Hustle? " they laughed and said no and hung up. By this time, I had honestly thought that something awful had happened to one of the movers as this would be the only reason for their complete lack of response and was worried. I wanted some answers, so I immediately called back again and the person on the other line opened with "Team Hustle." I asked who had picked up before and they said "oh..I just dropped my phone.." When I told them that I had called 10 times, that this was completely unacceptable, the move time was supposed to be 2 hours ago and be done by now they said "I'm so sorry, let me figure some sh*t out and call you back in 10-15 minutes." I could hear in the background some laughter and "wasn't ricky supposed to go?" Never received a call back. Called them at least 3 times after. A family member called several times and left a message, no response. Worst moving experience. No one has even called after to apologize or explain what happened. I gave up a few hours after the phone exchange and not receiving a call back. I have Sunrise Saguaro to completely be thankful for, for after several hours of frantically making moving calls again, they were available immediately, incredibly efficient and excellent movers. read more

Found them on Craigslist and thought their pricing was reasonable so I emailed Anthony and agreed on a date and time. The day came and I rented the U-Haul ready to pack it full. After 15 minutes of no show, I called but got voicemail so I left a message and asked for a return call. I started to move the items myself and after 30 minutes still no show. Figured I was being stood up so I did the work myself which took us twice as long. Wasn't until I got home and checked my email that I found a poor apology stating they were unable to complete a job the previous day and were running behind, but would keep me posted. Guess integrity is just a word on their slogan. Be careful if you decide to hire these guys. If you really need someone to help you move items and you're renting equipment/ truck or are under a time crunch consider having another group on standby because they guys might not show up. read more
