During this time with LOTS of free time on our hands we decided to purge our house of unused furnishings and the tchotchkes that adorn them, which meant we could finally see just how much the newly exposed carpets needed cleaning. And with perfect timing we came across a flyer in the mail for All Natural Carpet Cleaning. We immediately contacted them, told them what we needed, and they described the perfect service for us. Lots of helpful information and they were helpful in setting up an appointment time. Service Technician Jebediah was right on time, safely masked-up, and proceeded to attack the three different carpeted levels in our home. He had described the method of natural carpet cleaning that they use, and gave us some helpful hints on how to maintain the newly cleaned carpets "naturally." Jebediah worked quickly and efficiently, and the results are outstanding. And the area we thought would be the most difficult, the highly-trafficked stairs, now look newly carpeted again. read more

Response time was decent. When the carpet dried, it didn't look like it had been cleaned. Carpets were not stained just soiled from daily use. So, was surprised that the cleaning didn't take it off. read more

We get our carpets cleaned about 2-3 times per year with Jebediah. He is always punctual, honest about what is possible with stain cleaning and super efficient. Very trustworthy, we just leave the house and let him do his work. Pricing is fair for his attention to detail and efficiency. I hired this company to clean the carpets of an apartment I moved out of, and they went in by themselves on a weekday at my request. They were responsive and professional. They seemed to do a good job, but my carpet was pretty simple and very low pile so you couldn't really tell either way. There wasn't any odor which was great. I was able to pay over the phone with a card so overall, no complaints! read more

I'm so happy that I hired Jebediah to clean my rugs! He arrived a few minutes early (when does that ever happen?), spent time and energy figuring out the best and most economical way to clean multiple rugs in rooms with lots of furniture, and he did an excellent job making 20+ year-old wool area rugs look new again. I suffer from MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity) and was greatly relieved that there was no toxic odor from his cleaning product -- as he promised. His price was very reasonable. He's also a really nice guy! I'm inspired to bring him back for other rugs I hadn't planned on cleaning at this time. Just make sure you're calling ALL NATURAL CARPET CLEANING. Since my review of this Carpet Cleaning Service a couple of my closest friends have used him and as I stated in my last review the were so very much happy and very, very, satisfied with his service. He was very professional and fast. Prices were very reasonable and he did an excellent job with not only cleaning the carpet but cleaning a couch as well. They were both very pleased and said that they were definitely going to recommend him as well. I knew I didn't go wrong by not keeping this secret to myself. He did an excellent furniture cleaning job on my two chairs as well! So as I stated before, especially if you have small children who crawl around on the floor or pets who run around and play and like mine likes to lay on the floor and lick the rug for some strange reason, give this all natural service a call. Wow, it's great to locate Jebediah (not "Jeremiah," as one reviewer called him)! We had used The Naturalist for years and didn't realize he'd left this past year to start his own company. Jebediah was the heart and soul of The Naturalist, so we had zero qualms about leaving them behind after realizing that the 2 phone numbers we had for them had changed. When I finally found the new number for The Naturalist, the outgoing message was so badly recorded (like from a cell phone with one bar of service), that I'd never even have left a message if I'd known Jeb had left the company. It was only after not hearing back from anyone there, that I surfed Yelp to see if there was anyone else who could get out here today. And that's when I found All Natural Carpet Cleaning. Went to the website and saw Jebediah! Yay! That's who I wanted to call in the first place. I guess it was just lucky, but Jeb was just finishing a job when I rang and had an opening right away between another job. He was here in 10 minutes. In all fairness, he said that doesn't always happen, but after I'd dumped an entire cup of coffee this morning all over the brand new carpet in my home office, I considered it welcome change of fate indeed. He came, he saw, he conquered. Stain is gone, he checked another area in the house that my wife wanted spot cleaned and left me with a very reasonable bill. Ironically enough, after he was already here and cleaning away, The Naturalist returned my phone call and left a quote that was twice what Jeb charged. Jeb's a good guy with at least a decade of experience and carpet cleaning wisdom, a family man, and a local that has done right by us for 10+ years. I'm really happy for him that he finally has his own company and is continuing to do excellent work without all of the toxic chemicals and cancer causing ingredients. Jebediah comes to the house whenever the cat barfs, which is getting too frequent but that's another story. I have all-wool carpeting, and it's such a joy to have those stains go away and magically all is clean again. Today we have beach tar getting removed, a first for us, and again I feel my anxiety lessening as my once-expensive, once gorgeous carpet is restored to decency. He's great, the service is great, always reliable. You can count on most of your carpet issues to vanish with All Natural. I would give more stars if I could!! We had a lot of puppy stains (every room, some hardcore big ones) and colored soap stains that didn't come out with our bissell stain remover vacuum cleaner and so we really had doubts whether or not the stains would come out at all. I let Jeb know about my worries about some wet food dog stains, when he finished up and he said "it's better... but it's not perfect". We come home to find a miraculously clean carpet. I've used All Natural Carpet Cleaning and I have to say -- I'm very impressed. The method that is used helps the carpets dry MUCH quicker than the traditional method. The stains and traffic area on my carpet also came up very quickly with no issue. The process is quicker than you would expect, however it is very clean, orderly, professional, and I found the cleaning extremely effective and the carpet has been great ever since!
