They are a quality company and care about their customer. However, I asked them to clean the soot off my fireplace surround and they said they could. That they'd charge me $600. Seemed pretty high but they said it would take 3-4 hours. When it was completed in 1 hour, I thought they'd charge me more appropriately but they didn't. I was kinda disappointed. But the soot did come off, 99% so that's nice. read more

The cleaners did an excellent job. However, communicating using their web site and by telephone was difficult to terrible. Their web site is very confusing to use to set up an appointment. I tried to call them but did not received a call back. I went ahead and used the web site to set up an appointment to get an estimate. I ended up scheduling an actual carpet cleaning appointment. I was very surprised and not really ready to have the job done when the cleaners came. I went ahead and let them clean our 4 large bedrooms and living room. When the cleaning was completed, they left a dirty and muddy mess in my driveway. I tied calling three times, left message describing problem, and received no call back. I gave up on them. I had some really dirty outdoor furniture from the ashes from the fire as well as my outside ceramic porch and inside faux hardwoods. It just would not get clean with my methods. José was incredibly professional and hard working, even scrubbing on his hands and knees. The furniture looks brand new and you can literally eat off the floors they are so clean.
