They charge about $200 an hour and give you about a $25 per hour job. Brandon was a nice guy but it's obvious he gets paid a commission. He did 4 rooms of carpet, one area rug, a couch and a love seat and 5 dining room chair bases in about 3 hours for just under $600. I complained and they sent out a talker, he said he could probably do two rooms better but the rest were just worn out. Wouldn't you know the ones he wanted to redo were the oldest of all. The newer ones he said couldn't come out any better. I had an ex-brother in law that used to clean carpet, I promise you they would have looked nearly like new had he been around to do them. Anyway The talker named Junior I had to ask him to leave. He talked so much I couldn't get a word in myself. Needless to say I didn't even have him try and do the two rooms he said he thought could have been done better. I would not call this company if my life depended on it. You've been warned!

No worries, that's reasonable. Heck, it can be any day, just do what you promise. Monday nothing. Tuesday nothing. Call Wednesday. Says I'm really busy, No apology until I call them out on what they promised. I didn't set the expectation, they did. I tell them, if we don't even have a contract and you're being like this, what am I to expect? Next day, I get a text about the room to be done, is it upstairs or downstairs, and the bathroom, is it being done? I'm totally confused, we never spoke about a bathroom and the room is upstairs. I get the quote finally. It's ~$30k more than another quote I got from a 5 star Yelp business. WTH. Looking deeper into the quote, it's talking about terracota tile and grout...we never spoke about that, we spoke what I already have downstairs, which is laminate. They even stated, that's a manufactured piece we can't get anymore but we can get something close to match. Don't always believe Yelp reviews, but I'd believe this one.
