I first met Ed Clarke from All Natural Wood Flooring many years ago when we had water damage to our kitchen hardwood floors. The damage was so bad the floor was buckled and needed extensive work. Ed came in and gave us an estimate that was quite fair. At the time, he did all the work himself. The floor looked beautiful. Recently, we had an incident with water damage again. My husband and I would not have anyone else do our estimate. Ed came the next day and did an extensive estimate that when compared to the insurance estimate, was right on the mark. Ed has a crew of 3 men who are mannerly, considerate of your home, and make sure your furniture is not damaged when moving it. They were the nicest group on men. I trusted them in our home with no qualms. I left for a lot of the time. All of them would answer your questions without treating you like you were asking silly questions. We were so impressed with Ed and the guys, that we had them come back a month later and refinish our living room, dining room, stairs and upstairs hallway hardwood flooring. Our floors are old as our house was built in 1911. The work they did was hard. Everything is done by hand except the sanding. All staining and finishing was done with expertise. We were so impressed with Ed and his business we are having him come back in the fall to do our bedrooms. Ed also came back and put in a new flood on our front porch. My husband is very hard to please, but Ed quite impressed him and he said no one but All Natural Hardwood Flooring will touch our floors in the future. Our floors are beautiful. Ed will guide you through the whole process, helping you pick flooring, trim, and stain color. I have recommended him quite often. He is not over priced especially when insurance is involved. Honest, trustworthy, hands on owner, and always available by phone. When I see his lawn signs, I think lucky owners to have Ed Clarke and his men do work in their homes. Absolutely fantastic, high-quality work and extremely professional. My wife and I bought a 2-story colonial in Haddonfield and renovated the first floor, including installing new oak floors throughout the rooms. Start to finish, couldn't have been better. Ed Clark and his terrific team moved all of my furniture from the areas to be worked on quickly and respectfully, with no damage. They cut up and removed wall to wall carpeting, under padding and tacks, efficiently...with no damage. They then completely enclosed the areas to be sanded with plastic, protecting the rest of the house from dust...hand stained the floors and buffed to a golden glow. It was a miracle!
