I really did not want to have to write this review but here we are. I have reached out many many times to try to come to a resolution with this company. They have not returned my calls, texts, emails, etc. This has gone on for a long time. All Nite was hired to instill new pipes from our house to the county clean out line. We live on a flag lot and so the stretch of pipe is long. Unfortunately, only a few months after the work was done we had a massive plumbing back up. We discovered that the newly installed pipes had settled due to improper and inadequate backfill of the dirt. This means the waste water from our house does not have adequate gravity flow from the house to the county line. The pipe is bellying significantly underground to the point that a significant stretch is completely filled with water. Additionally, our driveway has sunk significantly. It is very obvious the backfill work done was not properly done. This has caused frequent clogs and issues and is an ongoing liability to our home. Without getting it fixed, we risk regular plumbing backups and significant water damage to our property. Despite dozens of attempts to have them fix the issue, they have not and they never return our messages, emails, texts, or calls. Cannot recommend this company as they do not stand behind the work they do. read more

We had a bad problem in our Condominium with very Old cast iron pipes freezing and cracking. I had over five plumbing companies come out. Two of them looked at the hole in the ceiling and left. The others said they had to cut through the floor of the unit above one that had sewer leaking into their ceiling in order to replace the leaking section of pipe. Then I called All Nite Sewer and Drain and when they came out they told me it was a waste of money to replace the section of cast iron pipe because the whole length of pipe was bad, and would likely leak again in another part of the pipe. They said they would cap off the entire bad pipe and put in new PVC piping below it and connect it to the main building sewer drain. Did it in one day! These guys know Sewers. Very satisfied and highly recommend. read more

I have dealt with alot of different plumbing companies n this one was By FAR the BEST. They made everything easy from the 1st call in to the completion of service. Their prices were more than reasonable and they took one of the worst times in my life and made it so simple. The plumber is so knowledgeable and experienced that he made everything look effortless. They didnt try to add things to the bill or say it couldnt be done without other parts etc.to make the price higher. I had a similar experience as Jen B. (below) with All Nite Sewer and Drain. After using them several years, I called in Jan 2015 for service. They made an appointment they failed to keep. They left me with a clogged drain for several days before they arrived stating "family issues" had occurred. I called them in Dec 2015 again to clear the main sewer line and they failed to show for the appointment. They never called to reschedule or tell me they were not coming. I called them several times a day for seven days getting their answering machine. I left messages designated as "emergency", and with the promise of returning the call within an hour to no avail. They never personally answered their phone, nor did they return any calls. Consequently I was forced to find another source and I cannot recommend them as a reliable contractor. I read more

They were recommended by a co-worker. I really liked them at first for drain cleaning and installing 2 toilets, and a kitchen sink faucet. I later called about a tub and tub surround. I was told they could install. 3 men came and it took them about 2 weeks to complete. They would tell me that they were coming back the next day, then no call, no show. I would have to call Melisa and ask when they were coming back. I would get a new date and time, no call, no show. I would have to call/text again. Reschedule and maybe I would get a call that Kurt was held up at another job. We'd reschedule again, and they show up to do some work on the tub/surround. Finally, after 2 weeks, they finished. A month or so goes by, now my surround has an air bubble behind the wall. Eventually, it moved all the way down to the bottom of the wall. Now I'm back on the phone texting to see when they can come and fix it. After several times of missed appointments, Kurt finally shows up to assess the problem. He really doesn't know how it happened, but he will be back on Saturday to fix it. No call, no show on Saturday. I text him and he say "I promise Miss Robin, I'll be there on Wednesday. No call, no show. I've tried texting him and Melisa, and no answer from either of them. I guess my hubby and I will have to fix it ourselves. They sure don't have a problem taking your money, but they are not reliable, and they don't stand behind their work! read more

Fantastic small business. My mom found this company online and after a little research, I decided to try them out. I was not dissatisfied at all. Remedied my situation, made sure they cleaned up after themselves, gave me some feedback one what I should od next and there was no price gouging. I found All Nite because I became frustrated with the plumber I was using at the time. I paid him a fair amount of money to rotoroot a sewer line and it backed up a week later. He wanted to refer me to a buddy to replace the whole sewer line for thousands of dollars. I called around and found Kirk from All Nite. He snaked the line for less than the first guy and it has worked ever since. He saved me thousands of dollars. I have used him a number of times since for a variety of jobs. He has always been fair and reasonable and will discuss different options. Only downside is that because it is a small company, if it is routine work and not an emergency, it might be pushed back a little if someone else has an emergency. But it is well worth it because of their skill, integrity and reasonable cost. read more

I then got an apologetic email that they had revamped their customer service, so decided to give it another try. All nite S&D cleaning was called to replace a leaking diverter.we have used them for yrs.and were always happy with them.I decided to have them set a new toilet and laundry tub while they were here. When they arrived they immediately jumped to the toilet and tub which wasn't the emergency.when Kirk went to start on the diverter I was told the one I had purchased was not correct and that he would get the correct diverter and return another day.Well after 4 rescheduled no call, no show appts. It is not replaced.To make matters worse I discovered that the diverter I had purchased was the correct part.Im guessing they just didn't want to crawl in to do it which is fine but all they had to do is say so and not string us along for 3 weeks. We have been very understanding when we have had to be rescheduled due to emergencies or emergency plumbing issues with an appointment before ours. Even when our fourth appointment was a no call no show we rescheduled with this company. However, today was the last straw. Another no call no show. What a great way to waste a Saturday afternoon. I was reading the reviews and I felt bad because I have not left a review on Yelp for this amazing company! The first of my problems began years ago, with almost quarterly visits from Baltimore County to clear my sewer to stop the line from backing up into my basement. One day, they told me it was clear at the street (shudder). I did research and found All Nite and Kirk came out the next day, I was back in operation after an hour (it was Christmas-time!). A few more rounds, and Kirk told me that I really needed to have the main sewer line replaced. Very reasonably priced and once all components were scheduled, it took him just one-day to get everything done! Fast-forward years and the same thing started again. Baltimore County kept saying it was not them and Kirk went toe-to-toe with them and he and a manager came out together with a drain camera. Turns out, there was 10 feet more that I had to replace, but that was also awesome, to find the answers! He and his team have replaced faucets, installed a new laundry tub, installed a new gas oven and identified (and fixed) my families very long hair in the basement shower P-trap, that keep my home flushing strong! Highly responsive, honest, very clean (you would never know they were there!) and I could not recommend them any higher. read more

It seems so hard to find reliable contractors in Baltimore. I needed a drain snaked, faucet installed, a leak fixed and washer machine hooked up. I scheduled a Saturday appointment with All Nite. They were able to come when I needed them on time and called ahead to confirm our appointment. All the work was done quickly and correctly. He was also able to check my sump pump. All Nite Sewer and Drain did it all. Their price was very reasonable and fair. When I need a plumber again, I will definitely call All Nite. Our toilets were backing up into our bathtub and shower, and we called a number of plumbers. No one had availability for several days. I then found these folks, and I am glad that I did. Melissa was great about answering my questions, and she quoted a price over the phone. Kurt and his son arrived the next morning and took care of the problem.
