We set up a time to meet the following day. The next day Khuma texted me when he was in route and arrived on time with his assistant, They both put on shoe coverings before entering my home. After taking a look at the heater he assured me he could check several systems to find the culprit and gave me an estimate. The work was completed in about an hour. He then showed me the various systems he had checked as well as the results. He ended up placing a new valve on the overflow system. He cleaned up the work area when he was done. He also took $50.00 off the quoted estimate and charged me $200.00. I found Khuma to be polite, and concerned. The quality of the work and the knowledge he demonstrated in the type of water heater system was impressive. He even quoted the amount to replace the entire system. When it arrived, the delivery man said the ice maker valve needed to be changed from plastic to metal or the warranty would not be valid. Grrrrrrr! No new fridge. Mr. Khuma put on shoe covers then introduced himself. He did an inspection and gave me a price. I agreed to the price. Drain cleaning and replacing some pipes. His assistant brought in the auger.
