Sad to say I never wanted to write this review. Our move was in 2017 delivered October 5, 2017 Anthony and Lana are very nice people. They were honest in telling us they may be more expensive than other movers. Our experience with other movers who were expensive was awful we had $32,000 in damages. I gave Anthony a copy the inventory (11 pages) from the previous mover plus a list and description of the 100 plus damaged items so we both would know what was damaged from the previous move. They loaded up our items on the Uhaul they drove to our house and we drove them to a storage unit we rented and they unloaded.( A additional They high centered the Uhaul on the driveway of the home we had just sold, causing damage to the concrete. They said they would fix it, but we never heard if they did. When they finished loading the Uhaul we realized we hadn't got a copy of our contract and were told that a copy would be mailed to us in AZ. At that point we did sign something that the paper would come with the final move delivery. We did have a copy of the contract from the internet, but it was never signed. I had contacted All Out Movers once we got to our PO Box in Kingman, AZ Requesting the documents. I requested the documents over a year ago. Lana told me they were put up with their tax information for 2017. Never did find them or send them. We began to hold our breath if we would ever get our things our full household of things. The items were in storage about a month when they (actually we) rented 3 Uhaul trucks and they went to the storage and load up. Since we were in AZ, we had an agent meet them for the loading. It took a bit longer for them to get to our location and only sent 3 guys. In the contract we have, they charged us $1980.00 extra for 2 extra men to be hired in Kingman. They did not hire anyone in Kingman....we feel we should get a refund for this charge. The men who worked unloading were great guys but they were very tired. They said they spent the night in a KOA campground. Plus they were hungry and didn't have anymore money for food. We paid over $11,000.00 for this move. Now for the damages. Yes, there were things damaged and we told Anthony we wanted the moving insurance I remembering it being $125,000 coverage since we had such a big loss the previous move. We felt sure it would be OK. But here over a year later ( by law they had 120 days to respond ) absolute silence about the loss and refund. We gave them the pictures and list of the damages, that they gave to some guy they fired that was to settle the claim.....then nothing. I have called many, many times and talked to several employees. The amount of damages was $4,967.00. That was for a broken upright vacuum, broken Antique Treadle machine bottom brace, Antique Piano gouges, TV stand gouges, broken at the base Antique brass swing arm lamp, 2 glass shades shattered, wooden cutting board split in half, marble table with brass bottom one inch chip on the side, Antique Grandfather's fishing pole broken tip at about 6 inches from tip, Desk broken drawer, chunk out of the bookcase top, Master bed head board 3'' x 2'' chip and numerous other small chips on the side boards. After a year I felt this was crazy to have to live without these items. Clearly it says not to repair or replace damage items. So I suppose I don't vacuum for a year?? I keep shattered glass? Must I go on? I decided to get on with life, had to.....during this time I died twice and almost lost my leg and did lose my mother. I also kept calling to get this solved as I could. August 17, 2018 I talked to Cheryl and said I would settle for $531.00 for damages plus the overcharge of $1980.65 a total of $2,511.65 total. Then it would be all over and done.....nothing, no answer, no call, zero. We were more than fair to them and paid in full. I didn't mention the extra $210.00 charged for the Uhauls. Or that in July someone took a Uhaul under our name from Kingman. I suppose (hope) now we will be hearing from them. read more

I don't usually rate a business at five stars, because nobody is perfect. But I give All Out Movers five stars for their service on Aug. 24, 2018. On that date, Justin and his team, Will and Bill, arrived 20 minutes early, eager to get started. They also understood that time was of the essence for me. The team worked efficiently, making the move in three trips of the truck across town, and we finished ahead of schedule and under budget. More important than that, though, was their level of caring. They cared about my time constraints and worked with those in mind. They cared about all of my mother's furniture, as heavy and burdensome as much of it was. And they cared about us. The team was very friendly, flexible and accommodating. Plus they fit the large, heavy furniture into the 15-foot truck like the pros they are. 03/05/2018 I've recently moved to Carson City, knew virtually nothing about the area and when I turned my UHaul truck in I'd asked if there was anyone in town who helped with unloading trucks? Thanks to Dave Ortega at UHaul, he put me onto Anthony Longo with ALL OUT MOVERS who then sent two men (Hobie & Gary) to my rescue. THANK YOU from the bottom of my old heart for such GREAT service, and GREAT PEOPLE at AOM's!!! We just used Anthony and Lana for a cross country move to Virginia loading two 28 foot trailers. They were very impressive, great follow up and even sourced us with 100 paper pads last minute! The crew was efficient and courteous, it took 9 hours of solid work with 4 guys to load a 3000 sq ft home. Anthony even came back for 3 hours at no extra charge the following day to help us rearrange one of the trucks to pack it tighter allowing us to save nearly 600.00 as we were being charge per linear foot! Awesome! I would highly recommend them and won't spoil the surprise - but Anthony and Lana make things special at the end too! They are building a great company with solid customer service, excellent pricing and thoughtful attention. What more can we say - thanks guys! It really made the difference for us! read more

I would highly recommend this awesome company to anyone. I read the reviews that were posted and decided to take a chance on All OUT Movers, and thank goodness for that. I called Anthony and he was courteous and helpful from the beginning, and even worked with me to stay within my budgetary needs. When Anthony came out to do my estimate he was very pleasant to deal with and made me feel secure about letting his crew move my valuables. When the moving crew arrived ON TIME by the way John the lead was respectful and made sure everything went seamless without any glitches. On December 17, 2019 I hired All Out Movers to move me into my new home.....Upon meeting the movers a situation happened which almost caused my move not to happen.....I immediately called the owner Anthony who assured me that I should not panic, and everything would be alright......Before I could hang up the phone I see Anthony pulling up to my apartment........He walks over and shakes my hand saying James I am sorry and i will make everything right......of course I am alittle reluctant. I just moved from Carson City, where All Out Movers emptied my storage unit and house into a moving truck for me, to Arizona. I couldn't be happier with these guys. Anthony and Lana were awesome to deal with, but the crew that packed the truck was the absolute best! All my boxes looked like a well-played Tetris game. Not one single thing was lost or damaged, in spite of the really crappy roads in Arizona! Only one thing shifted the entire trip... a small box moved about 3-4 inches and tilted slightly to lean against another box. I'd say that's the sign of movers and packers who know what they're doing! Thanks to everyone at All Out Movers for getting me packed and ready for the trek to my new home! These guys really helped me in a pinch. I scheduled a move with another local Carson City company, I wont name names, and they basically just did a no call no show. This is our first house so I was devastated to say the least. I called All Out Movers and the owner, Anthony really calmed me down and was able to move some thing around to fit me in. I cant thank him enough for being so nice and for sending his amazing crew on such short notice. Andrew, Jon and Justin were so professional and fast. I was worried the bad weather would slow them down but they were great. They even protected all of my belonging from getting wet. The move took half of the time I expected. This moving company was the best experience I had moving. I had to move my 93-year-old mom from a rental home she had lived in for 9 years to a third-story apartment in a retirement community; emotionally, a very difficult move for my mom and me. They called before they came to let me know exactly when they would show up to start the move. The movers, Victor and Brett, were efficient and courteous. Victor even showed me how he would stop "the clock" on time charged when there was any interruption in the move, which was very fair. All items moved were treated with respect and nothing was damaged. I will definitely use this company again if I ever have to move again and will recommend them to all my friends who need to move. read more

My overall experience with All Out Movers was great! The night before my scheduled move I was inform that my move was going to be put on stand by. Concerned I had to call the next morning for an update and the office staff was very helpful and reassuring! Frankie, the lead for my move kept me informed of the time he would be able to make it with multiple updates! Upon beginning the move, Frankie and Tye were very professional and took great care of all of our furniture! They finished only a little bit over the quoted time/price but in my opinion that was attributable to the extra care they took wrapping and blanketing our furniture! If I could give a 10 star, I would. Anthony and his staff were extremely responsive to my questions and needs. He went above and beyond to make sure my move went smoothly. He even drove me to Home Depot to buy the straps I needed to secure my belongings and then helped make sure everything was all set. John, our estimator, and Lana in the office got us set up on short notice and with timing that worked perfectly for us when we had furniture and belongings moved from a condo and long-term storage to our new home during the week between Christmas and New Years. AJ, Angel and Pat in his Romeos showed up ready to go to move our badly packed (by another mover) household into our new digs. They were professional, courteous, hard-working, conscientious and most of all pleasant. They were so patient with my requests for placement of large items, and with a bunch of badly packed items in the 26 ft truck, which was just hideously hot in this July weather. But they kept their cool and kept up the pace to get us all moved in efficiently, even helping me out packing debris in the trash container.
