Anthony's initial quote was pretty close, considering I kept finding things for AJ & Patrick to load onto the truck. Movers communicated before, during and after the move. AJ & Patrick are rock stars ! The move required almost 500 mile drive on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Through the mountains and desert in a vehicle that never missed a gas stop. They arrived and unloaded in 100+ degree weather. Of course downsizing means a smaller place, but I neglected to downsize all the furniture so the boys are creative on fitting everything in. I called All Out Movers on April 7 to see if they could handle a small move on April 12, super short notice. Anthony swung by my mom's place that day and said he could set us up for 10am on April 12. Day of move came and Victor and Brett showed up 10 minutes early and boy, did they hustle! John, the supervisor came by to make sure everything was going smoothly. All the furniture arrived in pristine condition and they even went the extra mile to make sure the bed's side rail grab bar was nice and secure. Do not use this company. This company is a "loading and unloading" service only, and is not subject to a lot of consumer protections under NRS. Their loaders were incompetent and slow, they broke and damaged many items of ours, and did not deliver and set-up furniture as agreed upon, instead shoving much of it in the garage and leaving pieces in rooms where they don't belong (like a king mattress and box springs in the living room). They admitted wrongdoing in breaking items, and their insurance company denied the claim, stating "Personal property in the care, custody and control of our policyholder &/or an incident arising out of "loading and unloading" from an "auto" is specifically excluded from this policy." Thus, they're not insured for the job they do. When I settled upon a fraction of the cost of the damaged items, they delayed significantly, saying "the check is in the mail." When I finally got the check, it was dishonored by my bank. I finally did get a check, which I immediately cashed at their bank. They are not competent, fair, or ethical. Lana's reply to my review is full of inaccuracies. Call the Nevada Transportation Authority for information on their dealings with this company. read more

We recently had to empty out our parents home of 28 years after they passed away. I live 6 hours from them and wanted to keep some of their beautiful furniture in the family. I contacted Anthony after reading the reviews here and they did not let me down. From Lana, to Anthony, to the crew, they did a great job during a difficult time for us. We trusted the crew to be in the home without any family members to begin the loading process. To my surprise, I received a phone call while I was on the road from one of the guys regarding 2 ring boxes that had fallen out from some hidden spot when they were moving my parents dresser. Inside were 4 valuable, priceless rings! One was a wedding set inscribed from 1899 that I believe was my great-grandparents that I've never seen before. Another, a big teardrop diamond ring that we had forgotten my dad gave my mom years ago. Truly a surprise gift, and reinforcement that we had entrusted the right people with our important family possessions. All Out Movers was extremely helpful during our move. The owner actually came to our house to give an accurate estimate instead of just spouting off random numbers over the phone. This was the first thing I really appreciated. They were able to provide trucks and drivers, which is something else that was not common with other moving companies I contacted (it did cost more, but it was well worth it not to have to drive a moving truck myself). The movers arrived on time, were friendly and polite, and did a fantastic job of getting the majority of my belongings moved. We just moved to Carson City and we had a wonderful experience with All Out Movers. Because we didn't know what time we would receive the keys to the property, Anthony worked with me on being flexible for when his guys could help us unload our moving truck. When I called him the day of the move, he was able to be accommodate our last minute decision to move in that evening. We had two guys from All Out Movers unload our Penske truck and they were so careful and worked so fast! This company is an absolute joke!! I called and had to leave a voicemail. No one from the office ever called me back so I called again and reached a girl named "Lana" who apparently was in sales and in the field (not in the office). She said she had a bad connection because of where she was and could she call me back when she got into the office around 4. She ended up calling back @ 9PM in the evening. I said we expected your call earlier today and I didn't want to discuss things at that time, could we please speak during normal work hours. She said she would call me back the next day but didn't. I sent her a txt and she proceeded to txt me saying again she was sorry (that's all I heard was how sorry she was etc), then said she would call me back....once again no call back at all. Then she texted me saying she would call me the next day and again, no call back. I sent her a text saying we're done with her and her company and how unprofessional she was etc. Bottom line there are way too many movers out there as options so do not waste your time on this one. If they perform this way on the onset, who knows how they would do at moving your goods. Certainly doesn't leave you with a very warm and cozy nor confident feeling. read more

Whether you move from out of state, across the state, or just 3 blocks (as I did this time) it is stinkin' stressful. I had a lot of friends to come and help on a Saturday with the furniture and a few other things, but didn't want them giving up the whole Saturday with their families to move me. Five stars is not enough for all out Movers. They were punctual, efficient, and most importantly, easy to communicate with. Dwight, Mychael, and Cody were extremely respectful, and they worked almost Non-Stop, tirelessly, and carefully. They were also very creative with moving certain things that would otherwise have been impossible to get into narrow spaces and Winding staircases. Not a scratch on anything! I've had other moving companies before, and these guys were bar none best. Lana and Anthony were both great. They followed up with me after the work was complete to see if I had a good experience as well. Additionally, I had three other estimates, and these guys were less expensive than all of them. I cannot say enough about these guys. I will use them again if I ever have to move, and will recommend them to everybody I can. This was an amazing experience. John and Justin and crew rocked. They are incredibly professional. I just moved from Reno to Tahoe. Anthony was very explicit with details, and when I was concerned about affordability, he offered some ideas to cut costs. Justin walked in, explained the fine details to me on the day of the move and totally put me at ease. John asked questions all along the way to ensure everything was done to my expectations. Nick and his cousin, the other two, were amazing. The guys HUSTLED, there was not a second of slacking. We ran out of room in the 26 foot truck they had, and, at their lunch hour they got another one. I got apologized to because one of the guys had arm tattoos showing. Anthony runs a tight ship. The fellas that work there are proud of their work. They're incredibly friendly, I don't think Nick ever stopped smiling. It was really a great experience. I DID get other estimates, one Reno mover wanted literally 2x than Anthony's estimate. If I decide to move again, I want this exact crew again. There were exactly 3 things that broke. 1 was the glass on a picture frame. It fell from the attic of the truck and was in a box fan box I packed, probably not so well. There was a 6" mirror that fell from between frames I never put in boxes, and buried in a kitchen box, there was 1 broken shot glass. It was packed inside a glass bowl with 7 other shot glasses and no packing material. I highly recommend these guys. No BS, I got an estimate on a saturday evening, a quote on Monday, and moved on thursday. We had been moved by another company in Reno in the past. It was a similar setup, 4 guys, a big truck... but it took probably twice the amount of time, and the workers were tired older fellas. read more

My mover canceled on Sunday the day before I was scheduled to move. I called Lawana at "All Out Movers" on that same Sunday (most movers are closed) & she was able to get a couple guys out to move me on my scheduled moving day (Monday). Because of "All Out Movers" they saved my move. All my plans would have been scraped. My closing on my property would have to have been moved back, my advance purchase of hotel rooms would have been lost, my movers at my destination would had to have been canceled, etc etc etc. But "All Out Movers" saved me. I have to say that the guys who she sent out to move me were terrific (Cesar & Shiloh). They both worked hard & smart. Loaded my smallish truck so tight it was like a can of sardines. They had to, so as they could fit everything I wanted into it & they did with a little room to spare. They are really good workers, no bickering or slacking off. Professional. We recently used All Out Movers for a residential move and clean. They were great to work with from beginning to end. They showed up on time to do the initial walk through so they could better understand the move and make sure their quote was accurate. They were able to get us scheduled for the day we needed to move (and we had to adjust a couple times). We had a couple unique problems that All Out Movers overcame. First, we had one day to move everything out of a house we were selling and get the house cleaned as the buyers would not close until the house was empty. Second, we had 85 horse panels that needed to be moved as well. On moving day Anthony, two additional movers and two cleaning ladies showing up very early and got started. They were able to get everything loaded in one trip by using two trucks and they brought all the moving blankets and everything needed to move. By the end of the day we were moved into our new house and the old house was empty and clean. All Out Movers did a great job being flexible throughout the process and we had to move a large shed and horses that day, which delayed them a couple times, but they kept moving forward. My wife and I had to manage the other parts of the move during the day and never worried about All Out Movers handling the moving. One piece of furniture did get broken during the process, and Anthony handled it perfectly and we were able to replace the piece of furniture. Just make sure everyone is on the very same page and I mean everyone. I was quoted 2100.00 (for full service, packing, loading, etc.) by the owner and handed a bill of 3200.00 by the on-site supervisor at the end of the move. This was a 12 mile move of an 1800 sf home. The individual movers were mostly okay, but if I didn't help a full day with them, (loading boxes, paying for and getting lunches, carrying furniture, etc.) we would not have finished before midnight. Trust me, me humping boxes all day was never part of the original quote. One particular mover was near sleep walking the whole day without much motivation. This same mover dropped a four foot tall glass vase in my driveway, not a super big deal until the bill came- at that point I for certain felt a tad miffed especially since I carried just as many boxes as the hired help that I was paying for. read more
