    Cat after her flea bath

When I discovered my cat would need a flea bath, I decided to take a gamble and take her to a groomer to have it done. The whole process went very smooth, fast, and I love that they included nail trimming and ear cleaning with it! A bit pricey, but worth it to have a groomer experienced with handling kitties.

After a couple bad experiences at other groomers in the area i tried All Paw Spa. They are wonderful! My dog's feet were pretty matted and her ears and it was the start of shedding for her. I dropped her off at 8 and she was ready in about 1.5 hours. She came home relaxed and so pretty. So happy I finally found great place to groom her, not to mention the adorable little bandana

Honestly I feel like this place scammed me out of 60$ I booked a mini groom and literally it looks like they just blow dried my dog. Then the cut around his face is so uneven it look like they gave my baby eyebrows he look mad about the cut too

I love All Paw Spa and so does my dog! I have to be very careful to not say the word "bath" around him, he knows that means it's time to go to the groomers and can't contain his excitement. He's a very fluffy doodle and they do an amazing job grooming him. He comes back perfectly cut and smells so good. All the staff is kind and I can tell my by dogs love of that place that they treat him very well. I love that he always walks out with a cute new bandana! I can't speak highly enough about All Paw Spa. I do recommend booking out your appointment as they're very popular!

Love, love this place. My old lady has been going here for. While. She's 15, mostly blind and deaf. All of the staff has been patient with her. She wags her tail the whole time and the staff is friendly, efficient (not pushy), and loving toward my baby.

Attention to detail and listening skills are lacking. I explicitly said 'do not cut hair shorter, only shape it' -- and yet they shaved his face, forehead and eyelashes. Added two photos of before and after. Not a good look for an old English sheepdog. They cut the fur on his hind legs but didn't bother to taper it with the fur on his lower back and looks unfinished. I asked if I could bring him back in so they could taper the hind legs to look cleaner but they said they didn't have time and would need to book next week. I can't imagine trying to smooth out some details on hind legs would've taken more than a few minutes. The full service baths here are good, and if you have a dog that has short hair I'm sure they'd do a fine job with a cut, but I think they gave my pup the cookie cutter formula they give short hair dogs - and it was far from what I requested. Recommendation to management: slow down, listen to your customers, and put styling requests from customers in writing to hand them off to your groomers.

The best groomer I've ever taken Dexter to. He's a 6 year old doodle so he's been to a few. He happily goes in and is happy when he leaves. I know their staff is fear-free and is willing to work with any dog's needs. They understand what to do even when I'm terrible at explaining it and Dexter always looks amazing. Today he even got a bandana with his favorite movie on it! Cannot recommend enough

Great job grooming my dog the past few months but the entitled attitude of the people that run this business needs to be checked. I've seen reviews on here stating that rather than fixing an issue and apologizing the employees get defensive and combat the client. This is exactly what I experienced today due to a scheduling conflict that was clearly made on the business' part. I had booked an appointment for today, October 4, then cancelled and rescheduled for tomorrow October 5th over a month ago via phone. I received a confirmation email stating my appointment had been cancelled and switched to October 5th right after that phone call. I received two confirmation emails yesterday so I confirmed assuming they were both for October 5th because to my knowledge we had already taken care of this on both ends a month ago. This morning I receive a text asking if I can come in earlier today around 11 (which is not the first time they've reached out the day of an appointment asking if I can bring my dog in earlier) I was confused and let them know I had another appointment this morning. Then I receive the following text (see images) WHY THE EFF WOULD I HAVE THE SAME DOG COME IN TWO DAYS IN A ROW? first ask yourself that question. Second it's obvious the owner doesn't give a shit how the employees communicate and deal with clients seeing the way the employees are responding to peoples reviews on here for example stating "not to mention the frightful condition of your dog upon arrival" who the eff responds to a clients review in that manner? This establishment needs a real owner to put the employees in check unless this is the actual owner speaking to clients this way. The entitlement in this establishment is way beyond their wage. If you're miserable at your job then you should quit rather than rubbing your misery on others. Act your wage.

We have taken our pup to other places and nothing compares to All Paw. He always smells great and looks beautiful. Doodles are difficult when it comes to haircuts but they never disappoint. Curbside pick up and drop off is easy. They are very communicative with their process and our pup never seems stressed when we pick him up. The bandanas are a nice little bonus with the service too!

I had an interview to work here because my passion is dogs! I was very excited, however on my way to the interview it was raining very bad and the roads were icy. Its a bit of a drive from my house, me and my boyfriend were in an accident 10 minutes from their spa. We had to wait over an hour for somebody to come and help us and make a police report. Metal from the hood was digging into his right wheel, making it undrivable. We had to wait over an hour for police and family to come help. They wasted no time in texting me to let me know they 'black-listed' me on the website I applied through and that I wasted their time. I apologized for wasting their time and told them I was just grateful me and my boyfriend were unharmed. She chose to call me unprofessional for not calling in, when I was literally in an accident. I am 20 years old and have been in management since I was 18, never have I seen such unprofessional employers who value a 'call in' over the safety of a potential employee. It truly made me sick to my stomach to know employers like that exist! I am grateful it happened, everything happens for a reason and god was showing me what awful people I almost worked for. I just found out a month ago I am also pregnant 3 months pregnant, so maybe it was hormones lol but I was sure to tell her how rude she was! I am now training to become a groomer at petsmart, and they treat me very kind! Never settle or deal with anybodys belittlement in the workplace. There is always better out there. A simple "Hey, is everything okay? Why couldnt you show up?" would've sufficed. They were sure to make me feel very uncomfortable. This happened in March and it still bothers me knowing they probably treat their employees and customers awful, I didnt deserve that. They also got my interview date mixed up a week prior and I had to correct them. I dont recommend working here haha, let alone entrusting them to care for your pups!

Took both our dogs for their first groom ever and they both look great! Easy Covid protocol right now too, the groomer came out to our car after calling. Will definitely be back

I would do less than this if possible. We have took my dog here multiple times. I was turned off when she came home and they claimed she had a mark from her collar being too tight. I took her to the vet because it looked odd, the vet said this was not from a collar, it was from a burn. Today somebody I know took their dog here. They cut him so bad he's limping. Instead of confessing and apologizing, they claim it was there before and the dog has been doing that. Which is completely untrue. Not sure if there is a way to report this business but I'm going to look into it!
