The groomer Lauren said he was matted on his ears and neck so he needed to be short. My son picked up our dog because I was at work. When I arrived home and saw my dog I was FURIOUS! He was hairless to the point you can see his bones. I paid $122 which includes de-matting but he has no hair so what was departed? Literally shaved him bald. I never received a call asking for permission to cut off all his hair. My dog doesn't even look like himself. Every time I look at him I want to cry because I'm so angry. I called to cancel his future appointment and i was asked what happened and did I want to go to another location. No THANK YOU! Will no longer be utilizing their daycare or boarder services either because I don't trust them with my fur child.

Leslie, Stacey and the team there are deeply devoted dog lovers with a core base of knowledge, experience, intuition and expertise that they bring to bear. They have established a large, well equipped, cozy, warm, soothing place -- and focus continually on dogs' interactions, play and socialization, while providing options (both stay, play and sleepover) for dogs of all personality types and ages, those who like to be alone, with humans or with the pack. Later, we introduced our new and second dog Cookie to the mix. She also thrived there. Even more later, we worked with Leslie to re-home a third dog, our little Rosalita, who we essentially adopted. Yes, we have three dogs, and we consider Puppy Love family, as they do us. Cookie and Rosalita play there M, W and Friday and all three dogs groom with Puppy Love. We do long-term boarding often. We've introduced probably 6 friends and their dogs to Puppy Love -- 99% have had a great experience. You may hear periodically of folks where it has not been a fit. Something, Leslie is always happy to address through a mutual exchange of feedback. She and her team know all too well what the other options available in the area are like. Abby's nails were awful at this point and needed immediate attention! (My fault) I was able to do a walk-in appointment, on a Saturday, and Abby's nails were tended to in minutes! My Abby is 13 years old with bad hips and and has always been a bit dramatic when getting a nail trim. I was amazed! Nicole got on the floor with Abby and she made Abby so comfortable. Abby didn't squirm, yelp or cry like she always has during nail trims. I'm so happy I went here!
